Very close to the beach and many dining options. Wifi connectivity was spotty and unreliable. One pool was closed and there was very little sitting room around the one available pool.

Bassenget er iskaldt og helt uten noe sol, vi bodde på rom med pool-access, men brukte ikke bassenget pga at det var for kaldt vann. Ingen andre brukte bassenget i løpet av de 8 dagene vi var der. De har også et lite basseng på taket som har sol, men også veldig kaldt vann, 6-7 solsenger. Hyggelig betjening. Bra beliggenhet og kort vei til strand.

The Kiang Haad turned out to be a great choice for staying in Hua Hin. The property is very nice, the staff is friendly and very prepared, the area provides a lot of options for shopping and dining, and the beach is a brief walk down an quiet side street. The staff is wonderful at this property. There are always two associates at the front desk which is extremely convenient, and the rest of the staff were great.The manager was present during the day and available to help. The property is neat, clean and well maintained throughout. There is a restaurant with a morning buffet, two pools, a rooftop bar/restaurant for lunch and plenty of parking. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. They provide a coffee maker, coffee makings, a fridge, a beach bag with two large beach towels and a pair of flip flops. You can pick up a beach mat in the garage on your way there. The area has plenty of shopping and dining options. There is a mall across the street and another one 15 minutes away on foot. The only caveat for the Kiang Haad is that it’s on the main road which can be noisy. Otherwise, I completely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

It is in a good location near shops and lots of massage parlors and a mall. They need a restaurant. The take out menu is really limited. Otherwise it is a really nice place with good pools . The gy needs a lot to be desired if a you are a hard core body builder, but the treadmill was good.

Staff are polite and friendly. The cleaning staff are always mopping, wiping and quick to respond when I need items replaced or just to deliver towels, water ect. It has everything I need, a decent gym, swimming pools, and overall a good value hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

ホテルの周辺にコンビニ、マッサージ、ショッピングセンターがあり、食、買い物には全く困りません。 ホテルのルームサービスやプールバーの値段が良心的です。 スタッフの方もフレンドリーでとても気持ち良いのですが、 部屋の中のタオルが使い古されていてほつれている物でした。 それ以外は全くきになることなく、 また宿泊したいと思えるホテルでした！ コスパの良いホテルです！

Terrible experience. Unfriendly staff. We had to leave the hotell due to red dots all over our bodies due to bedbugs. Our room was booked with an outdoor jacuzzi that was not only broken but did not even have hot water. That ignored us when we tried to get things resolved and referred us to hotels.com (they where very helpful btw).

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was in a good location. Two minute walk from the beach. 3-4 minute walk to a big shopping mall (Market Village) with everything you needed in there. The staff was very nice. The room was clean and spacious. We got the room with pool access and it was great. So far…a perfect experience. Will definitely choose this hotel again.

Close to the beach, and a 5 minute taxi drive from the city center. All in all a good experience. Plus for good breakfast with an egg station, and friendly staff. Minus for a voucher WiFi system that required you to “constantly” log on, and slow connection.

全体的にはコストパフォーマンスに優れた良いホテル。外見やロビー内装はホアヒン駅のイメージで鉄道好きにはうれしい。スタッフも普通に親切だった。最も安かった「デラックスルームシティビュー」に宿泊したが、中庭に面した5階のベランダ付きの部屋で実際には「向かいのウイングの各階部屋のベランダビュー」であった。部屋自体は清潔で広く、洗面台からお湯が出ない（冷水と温水の混合栓が装着してあって一見お湯が出そうに思うが、下側の配管を確認すると冷水の管しか接続されていなかった）こと以外文句は無い。問題は騒音。交通量の多い幹線道路側の部屋で車の通行音がかなりうるさい。ただし午前1時から5時までは通行量が激減しほぼ静か。それ以上に気になったのが、ホテルのせいではないんだけど、道路の向こう側にあるショッピングセンターのマーケットビレッジ前庭で午後6時頃から10時過ぎまで開かれるビアガーデンでのバンド演奏の音楽。距離は200－300mは離れているのだが、PAがこっち側を向いているせいか5階の部屋まで上空を通った音響の直撃を食らい、おまけに向かいのウイングに反響して、ドア側ベランダ側完全ステレオですぐそこら辺で演奏しているが如く良く聞こえてしまう。特にボーカルの音程が外れていたりギターのリズム感が悪い場合ストレスがたまる。もう少しうまいバンドだったらいいのに。道路に近い「シティビュー」の部屋だから問題なのであり、道路から遠い「シービュー」の部屋であればもっと静かなのかもしれない。音が気になる方はホテルに確認の上、道路から遠い部屋を確保することをお勧めする。朝食はタイ料理が主体でパンは食パンしかないが、５，６品日替わりで提供される料理はどれもおいしかった。大きなオムレツもその場で焼いてもらえる。また、レストランで提供される料理も、バーで提供されるドリンクも価格はリーズナブル。ビーチへは玄関に向かって右側の小道を歩けば3分程度で行けるが、この辺は比較的静かで海好きの人にお薦め。マーケットビレッジへはエレベーター付き歩道橋経由で徒歩5、6分程度。奥には巨大スーパーマーケットのロータスがあり食品も日用品もそろっているし、マクドナルド、シャブシ、MK、やよい軒、フジレストランなど飲食店多が多く便利。なお部屋のカードキーは基本1枚だけしかもらえないが、200バーツをデポジットすることでもう1枚発行してもらえた。

Hotel is a little older but still very nice. Spacious rooms - do not choose city view is is directly facing the main highway and too loud to sleep. Staff were friendly and attentive. Location is right across from market village which is good but if you want to go to night market or the main area it is about a 5 min taxi.

Great hotel clean rooms but a very noisy street. Could not sleep for 5 nights no blackout curtains so the room was always bright even at night. The wi fi on floor 6 was just not there. Intermittent at the best of times. But all in all it was a good break
Great hotel clean rooms but a very noisy street. Could not sleep for 5 nights no blackout curtains so the room was always bright even at night. The wi fi on floor 6 was just not there. Intermittent at the best of times. But all in all it was a good break

I would not suggesting to stay here. The staff is not very pleasant. They play music at the mall next-door up to 11 o’clock at night so you can hear loud music. I do not like the shower right in the bedroom. Water is all over the place. do not recommend this hotel my bad I guess you get what you pay for but still they need to do many improvements.

Easy access for Grabs and drivers. Friendly, pleasant staff. The rooftop pool has a nice atmosphere, quiet and not overstated. The staff are attentive with drink and food orders here. Terrible experience. Unfriendly staff. We had to leave the hotell due to red dots all over our bodies due to bedbugs. Our room was booked with an outdoor jacuzzi that was not only broken but did not even have hot water. That ignored us when we tried to get things resolved and referred us to hotels.com (they where very helpful btw).

The Kiang Haad turned out to be a great choice for staying in Hua Hin. The property is very nice, the staff is friendly and very prepared, the area provides a lot of options for shopping and dining, and the beach is a brief walk down an quiet side street. The staff is wonderful at this property. There are always two associates at the front desk which is extremely convenient, and the rest of the staff were great.The manager was present during the day and available to help. The property is neat, clean and well maintained throughout. There is a restaurant with a morning buffet, two pools, a rooftop bar/restaurant for lunch and plenty of parking. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. They provide a coffee maker, coffee makings, a fridge, a beach bag with two large beach towels and a pair of flip flops. You can pick up a beach mat in the garage on your way there. The area has plenty of shopping and dining options. There is a mall across the street and another one 15 minutes away on foot. The only caveat for the Kiang Haad is that it’s on the main road which can be noisy. Otherwise, I completely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The Sky bar was great may have over indulged on a few occasions happy hour by and in the pool. Staff offered advice were to eat and for massages. Breakfast was a great way to start the day great selection. Will be there next year.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Easy access to the beach down the side of the hotel and across the road from Market Village. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was adequate for our needs both thai and foreign options. Used the gym everyday and it is basic but ok for our needs. Being opposite Market Village was both a positive and a negative. Great for popping over whenever you needed something but very noisy at night with the bands playing. The music is the same every night so gets monotonous listening to it from your hotel room. Luckily they stop at 11pm. Unfortunately it's also very noisy from the traffic being right on the main road. I would say this hotel is not suitable for light sleepers or I would suggest bringing some ear plugs. Overall happy with our stay

全体的にはコストパフォーマンスに優れた良いホテル。外見やロビー内装はホアヒン駅のイメージで鉄道好きにはうれしい。スタッフも普通に親切だった。最も安かった「デラックスルームシティビュー」に宿泊したが、中庭に面した5階のベランダ付きの部屋で実際には「向かいのウイングの各階部屋のベランダビュー」であった。部屋自体は清潔で広く、洗面台からお湯が出ない（冷水と温水の混合栓が装着してあって一見お湯が出そうに思うが、下側の配管を確認すると冷水の管しか接続されていなかった）こと以外文句は無い。問題は騒音。交通量の多い幹線道路側の部屋で車の通行音がかなりうるさい。ただし午前1時から5時までは通行量が激減しほぼ静か。それ以上に気になったのが、ホテルのせいではないんだけど、道路の向こう側にあるショッピングセンターのマーケットビレッジ前庭で午後6時頃から10時過ぎまで開かれるビアガーデンでのバンド演奏の音楽。距離は200－300mは離れているのだが、PAがこっち側を向いているせいか5階の部屋まで上空を通った音響の直撃を食らい、おまけに向かいのウイングに反響して、ドア側ベランダ側完全ステレオですぐそこら辺で演奏しているが如く良く聞こえてしまう。特にボーカルの音程が外れていたりギターのリズム感が悪い場合ストレスがたまる。もう少しうまいバンドだったらいいのに。道路に近い「シティビュー」の部屋だから問題なのであり、道路から遠い「シービュー」の部屋であればもっと静かなのかもしれない。音が気になる方はホテルに確認の上、道路から遠い部屋を確保することをお勧めする。朝食はタイ料理が主体でパンは食パンしかないが、５，６品日替わりで提供される料理はどれもおいしかった。大きなオムレツもその場で焼いてもらえる。また、レストランで提供される料理も、バーで提供されるドリンクも価格はリーズナブル。ビーチへは玄関に向かって右側の小道を歩けば3分程度で行けるが、この辺は比較的静かで海好きの人にお薦め。マーケットビレッジへはエレベーター付き歩道橋経由で徒歩5、6分程度。奥には巨大スーパーマーケットのロータスがあり食品も日用品もそろっているし、マクドナルド、シャブシ、MK、やよい軒、フジレストランなど飲食店多が多く便利。なお部屋のカードキーは基本1枚だけしかもらえないが、200バーツをデポジットすることでもう1枚発行してもらえた。

Hotel is a little older but still very nice. Spacious rooms - do not choose city view is is directly facing the main highway and too loud to sleep. Staff were friendly and attentive. Location is right across from market village which is good but if you want to go to night market or the main area it is about a 5 min taxi.

The location is good, although like many other hotels this sits on a very busy road. Unfortunately because of the hotel design there isn't a single spot you don't hear the traffic 24/7. Judging by the breakfast the hotel primarily caters to the Asian Market, Western breakfast options were limited to mugs of cornflakes or toast. Beyond the hotel the beach is just a short walk away. Sadly the beach was covered in litter. Walk along the road and 90% of the shops nearby are seedy massage parlours.

It is in a good location near shops and lots of massage parlors and a mall. They need a restaurant. The take out menu is really limited. Otherwise it is a really nice place with good pools . The gy needs a lot to be desired if a you are a hard core body builder, but the treadmill was good.

The hotel is amazing the breakfast is awesome close to the beach. They provide beach mats, towels, chairs etc. it is close to the mall which has shopping for everyone and street food market in the lower level. I will stay there again
