The location is wonderful and street parking is fine. Facilities and amenities are wonderful. I would have appreciated a table to sit at and eat but there is no room in that unit for a table (I did see one in 6C). Instructions on setting up the TV would have been helpful. Communications before and during my stay were very helpful. Not having a key, but a combination was very handy. Nice place.

It is close to everything, the location is prefect!! Everything was nice and clean. Parking is on the street in the neighborhood but it is really easy to find somewhere to park! My only complaint is that you do hear people walking above you all the time even late at night and early morning & if you’re a light sleeper you’ll wake up in the middle of the night to people walking or moving things around for whatever reason. Other than that it is a nice place to stay.

We had a fantastic and comfortable stay. The moment we stepped into the unit, we knew our stay was going to be relaxing and enjoyable one. It provided all the amenities, a spotless clean bathroom, and a very soft, comfortable bed. The neighborhood was awesome! We felt safe and comfortable. We walked our dog a couple of times around the neighborhood and everybody was very friendly. Whenwe went to sleep, we didn’t hear any noise from the neighbors. The location was walking distance or close driving distance to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The owners gave easy instructions on parking, entering the unit, and checking out. Upon arrival, the owners were attentive to welcoming us and making sure we had what we needed. We would highly recommend staying in this VRBO if you are in Santa Barbara.

My friend and I stayed for one night here. The building and room was easy to find, but beware of parking. We parked on the street and within 2 minutes we had a parking warning for street cleaning (the street sign said cleaning was on Monday, we were here on Tuesday). So keep that in mind! Everything was extremely clean and the room exceeded expectations. Bed was super comfy, but it was hard to sleep because you can hear evvvvveeeerrrrything happening in the unit above. Overall, great stay despite the minor hiccups that didn’t have to do with the room!

This was a great place to stay for 1-2 people who wanted to be close to the action of State Street. I walked everywhere from here. Street parking was easy to find and I never had to move my car Wednesday to Saturday. Lots of restaurants, theaters, and a small market are within walking distance. I appreciated having a mini fridge and Keurig for morning coffee.

I had requested a kitchen. What you had was a refrigerator, sink and microwave. What would have been helpful would be a table to sit at and eat. There is only the little desk against the wall in this unit. I saw an adjacent unit that did have a table. Everything was clean and well appointed and it even had toiletries and supplies, which was very nice. I would have also appreciated some instructions for setting up the Smart TV. It's in a nice part of town . Parking on the street wasn't too hard. Hosts were available to help when things went wrong or I had questions. On balance it was good.

Great location, just a short walk to the downtown area. The house was clean and had all the necessities you may have forgotten. The check in process was so easy and the owner/staff was available for any questions and concerns that we had. Even though it was street parking only, we never had any issue getting a close parking spot to the house! Overall all it was such a great stay in a very beautiful house!

The Appartement is located very well in a quiet street, street parking ist pretty easy, you can walk down town about 10 mins or take the car (3 mins to public parking). The room could be a bit spacier, but it is well equipped and maintained so we would recommend it!

Very clean and big bathroom! Huge bed and TV, perfect for a few days in SB! Upon arrival in SB the vrbo app was glitching and wasn't showing our booking. I managed to find an email and call the property and they were really helpful. The code pad on the door wasn't working due to rain and when I called them they were helpful in letting me know instructions for the lockbox. They provide tea and coffee, and there's a very small fridge that we used for the few days we were there. Walkable. We even took a nice walk back all the way from the botanical garden. Most affordable option in the area.

Was a quick overnight visit with my daughter, lovely short walk to a delicious dinner and next day off to wine taste. Very well equipped, extremely clean and very lovely. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Nice, clean, and modern unit conveniently located just steps from the most popular area of Santa Barbara (state street). Everything about this place was seamless; the check-in was quick, the communication was prompt, and the unit was small but perfect for a couple. In addition, the King size bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. Having a bigger bathroom with double vanity helps with getting ready since my wife takes up so much space ;) when getting ready. I highly recommend staying here!

The inside of this property - in particular the bathroom- needs more cleaning. There was mold around the sink areas and in the bathtub. After I complained to the property manager they quickly remedied my issue about the property by moving me to a different available property at a different location. The property manager was absolutely wonderful and accommodating.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Location placed us within walking distance of the downtown pedestrian area. The staff was very helpful and communicated promptly and courteously. We experienced some street noise so took advantage of the sound machine provided. We were particularly happy with the helpfulness of the staff.

My daughter and I stayed at Casa Valerio for one night while we were visiting UCSB. The unit was perfect for us. We appreciated the cleanliness, updated decor, kitchenette, and double sinks in the bathroom. Also the location was ideal - just a few steps from downtown SB, which was great for shopping.

This is a lovely suite that has everything we needed for a short stay. The host was extremely communicative and responded quickly! The one drawback to this place (which was no surprise to us given that it was mentioned in the listing) was that you can hear every footstep from the unit above. If you have a light sleeper I would recommend going elsewhere. Otherwise, would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The property is great, it’s exactly as shown in the advertising. It’s modern, clean and in a safe and convenient location. Only cons are it’s a late check in with accommodations for an early check in, which I knew before I reserved it. But I sat outside for at least an hour waiting to get in. The cleaners had finished much earlier, so it was possible but the managing company are not very accommodating.

Lovely stay very close to downtown. The room had many nice updates and was comfortable. Really appreciate that it was dog friendly. The host is extremely communicative and understanding. The only bummer is that you can hear guests above you if you’re in a bottom unit. It’s not a big deal unless you have people who are loud. Would bring earplugs or sleep with your ipods in. On a plus, when I let the host know of an issue, they responded and took care of it. Thanks!

The property was exactly as advertised. Clean, everything worked, nicely decorated and in a part of town that is quiet but just min away from downtown. Communication was great and timely. I had everything I needed before I arrived at the property. I would easily stay here again

One block off State Street. Clean, well appointed. Needed help with a couple things and they responded immediately. Only suggestion would be a hand bar in the shower and a couple less fluffy pillows for back sleepers.

The inside of this property - in particular the bathroom- needs more cleaning. There was mold around the sink areas and in the bathtub. After I complained to the property manager they quickly remedied my issue about the property by moving me to a different available property at a different location. The property manager was absolutely wonderful and accommodating.

We stayed overnight in Santa Barbara at this cute, well supplied place that was easily accessible to the pier, to shops and many restaurants! It was a great experience, the owner very responsive to questions! We would definitely return!!

I had requested a kitchen. What you had was a refrigerator, sink and microwave. What would have been helpful would be a table to sit at and eat. There is only the little desk against the wall in this unit. I saw an adjacent unit that did have a table. Everything was clean and well appointed and it even had toiletries and supplies, which was very nice. I would have also appreciated some instructions for setting up the Smart TV. It's in a nice part of town . Parking on the street wasn't too hard. Hosts were available to help when things went wrong or I had questions. On balance it was good.

I stayed at Casa Valerio for 1 night during my road trip from LA to SF after thanksgiving holidays! I found all I need there and service provider is top! only one thing is the chk in time which is quite too late ;)

Our stay was wonderful. We were in town for a concert at the Arlington Theater which is walking distance from the room. We were able to enjoy all the shops restaurants and bar and simply walked back to our room when the night was done. The place is super cute and very clean. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Nice, clean, and modern unit conveniently located just steps from the most popular area of Santa Barbara (state street). Everything about this place was seamless; the check-in was quick, the communication was prompt, and the unit was small but perfect for a couple. In addition, the King size bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. Having a bigger bathroom with double vanity helps with getting ready since my wife takes up so much space ;) when getting ready. I highly recommend staying here!

This was a great place to stay for 1-2 people who wanted to be close to the action of State Street. I walked everywhere from here. Street parking was easy to find and I never had to move my car Wednesday to Saturday. Lots of restaurants, theaters, and a small market are within walking distance. I appreciated having a mini fridge and Keurig for morning coffee.

Great location, just a short walk to the downtown area. The house was clean and had all the necessities you may have forgotten. The check in process was so easy and the owner/staff was available for any questions and concerns that we had. Even though it was street parking only, we never had any issue getting a close parking spot to the house! Overall all it was such a great stay in a very beautiful house!

The Appartement is located very well in a quiet street, street parking ist pretty easy, you can walk down town about 10 mins or take the car (3 mins to public parking). The room could be a bit spacier, but it is well equipped and maintained so we would recommend it!

My daughter and I stayed at Casa Valerio for one night while we were visiting UCSB. The unit was perfect for us. We appreciated the cleanliness, updated decor, kitchenette, and double sinks in the bathroom. Also the location was ideal - just a few steps from downtown SB, which was great for shopping.

We stayed here for four nights while visiting our daughter. So glad I found this spot. Very clean and comfortable, and also beautifully renovated. Just a block off State St, so close to many restaurants, bars, and stores. Beach was a short 20 minute walk away. The bathroom had everything you’d need, and they even had coffee and tea for our use. Staff was quick to respond by text to any questions we had. Great place for a short stay!
