Shikitei Morioka TsunagiOnsen

The staff were very friendly and attentive! The ryokan was beautiful in the snow. In the best possible way, we had a great time laughing with the staff over my stilted Japanese. The lady who showed us our room went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We had a lovely time at Shikitei, and I hope we return!

The facility is beautiful. The baths were comfortable with a lovely view. The room was stunning. The food exquisite, and the staff were impeccable. I was able to get a pescatarian dinner and breakfast which was also very appreciated. Everyone was very helpful and kind.

Overall is good

We had a wonderful stay! The food was absolutely delicious, and our room was impeccably clean with a gorgeous treetop view. The staff's exceptional politeness and helpfulness made our experience seamless and memorable.

Shikitei is a favourite of mine. Traditional service and ryokan experience. Everyone makes sure your stay is always excellent and once again I thank everyone at Shikitei for yet another wonderful stay
