It was comfortable, not bad at all

Clean Room, easy / Rapid check-in, kind staff! Confortable bed. Smell marijuana on the fourth Floor but nothing to bother. Coffee machine, glass and maybe à fluffy blanket can Ben I good recomnendation. I recommend this hotel.

When I got to the hotel room the Bathroom smelled like cigarettes, the shower didn’t have no body soap to take a shower only shampoo, no toilet paper. Also when I had to physically fix the refrigerator myself to make my drinks cold. I connected my Hulu account to the TV it was taking long to connect when it connected it would play a show/movie for 7-9mins with a little bit of buffering then it would cut off and reset the whole app then have to re-log in. I contacted the front desk on the phone 4 TIMES NO ONE ANSWERED like around 11:42am. Later around 5:17pm i went downstairs to make the complaint to the front desk all he said was “ people smoke in the hotel or out the hotel smelling like smoke i don't know what to do”. When it was time to check out the guy at the front desk was making up excuses that everything was fixed an done which was NOT. ( Not recommended 4/10 ) rating.

Decent, helped me last min

Our experience at the King Hotel was relaxing and pleasant. Great lighting in the room. All the essentials you could want! Service when we needed it, alot of channel options, effortless shower experience, relaxing view of the neighborhood. Quick access to mass transit. Thanks Sony, Khan, Sirhag, Jason and the many supportive staff members for allowing us to have those pleasant mpments!
