There was no working ice machine and the laundry was not available. The AC was impossible to regulate and the shower temperature went from hot to cold multiple times almost scalding me.

It was dirty and old. Tv didn’t work. Room was cold no matter how high I set the temp because of the walls not insulated. Gravel parking lot is tough on suitcases.

I was traveling from AZ to UT, it was the perfect halfway point. I missed the sign for it but managed to flip around easily enough and go right to it. Very friendly staff they were helpful and nice, It was clean and quiet. They also have a washer and dryer for use. I plan to stay again on my trip back.

This place is so cute. The woman who runs it was so welcoming it made us feel appreciated. The room was CLEAN and well put together. Also the place is safe. We left over 15K of camera equipment in the room and it was not touched. The staff is wonderful and there is plenty of room to park. Well def stay here again :)

Not Four Seasons but good bang for the buck considering only 20min away from Page. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Property is clean, organized and cozy with tons of resources at lobby.

The place was clean, and the beds and room were comfortable. The property owner is very prompt when we had a problem. The ice machine was a plus. The only reason I discounted a star is the rooms are a little run down. But the price was just right!

Amazing View! The building was old, but the rooms were well kept and clean. The property manager was super friendly and helpful. It had laundry facilities and a patio area with lots of tables and ample room to walk your dog. Coffee was provided, but no continental breakfast. I definitely would stay there again.

It was ok as far as hotels go. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and helpful, so that was a plus. The rooms were alright, but the beds were not particularly comfortable and the bathroom was a little iffy. Perfectly usable, but looked like there may have been a couple mold spots on the ceiling. It was very quiet and out of the way. A bit too far out of the way for us, but that’s on me for not researching the physical location better. A good option to save some money and have a quiet stay, but it was just alright.

Location of property out in the middle of nowhere. Property is run down and dirty. Shower showed visible caulk (sloppily applied) to inside walls. Shower drain needed cleaning out. Bathroom vanity missing bottom trim. Door to bathroom damaged - gaping hole from hitting cabinet “scotch tape applied” to “repair” it. Parking area not lit in a safe manner. Overall, Property extremely outdated. Will never use again.

This was a great value place to stay and was super clean. The only small issue we had is we wanted to get to bed early since we had an event the next morning. The walls are super thin and we could hear the people next door talking. This was only an issue though because we were wanting to get to bed way early, so if you're doing the same, I'd recommend some noise cancelling headphones or something. I would highly recommend this place as it's a great price and super clean!

On my way back to Cedar City, Utah after dropping my grandson off to spend time with his bio dad. The room was very dated but very comfortable and clean. Andrea was very welcoming and check in was quick. I will definitely stay there again rather than staying in Page on a trip to Arizona.

This was a great value place to stay and was super clean. The only small issue we had is we wanted to get to bed early since we had an event the next morning. This hotel was really great. The rooms are on the small side, but had everything I needed and was clean. The staff member wasn't at the desk when I arrived, but I followed the instructions on the desk and made a call and she was there within a couple of minutes. I will for sure stay here again if I'm in the area.

This property is a decent value. I wasn’t expecting much for $60 a night. Horribly run down and outdated. But I got what I wanted. Clean sheets and a bed. Friendly staff. If they were changing $100 a night, they’d get 1 star. 3 stars for value.

You get what you pay for. The hotel itself was clean, but the rooms are dated and not properly maintained. Doors are squeaky, shower floor makes a lot of noise, door does not lock from the inside (bolt was not working, kinda scary). Overall, good to rest and keep going, but it is far from everything. Nearest town is 25 mins away.

The beds were uncomfortable and squeeky. The worst, however, is that there is no one on site. One of the guests went out for coffee in the AM and couldn't get back into the room because her card didn't work. She, and us all tried multiple times to call the desk clerk from the lobby phone but it went to VM for over 1 and a half hours. I called the police department and explained the situation, then asked to be transferred to the fire department to respond. Fortunately, someone from our group used his key card to just slip past the door lock!

Out in the country: view of cattle and rodeo arena in back. Full view of mountains and stars. We had our own TV dinners and cold breakfast with us. Not for pampered guests who like to dine nearby. It is ideal for price and country bumkins! Only 15 miles from Page!

We stayed at this motel because it is near a tour company where we have to be at 8am. The hotel itself is ok, reasonably clean, a bit run down, but ok for one night. But theres almost nothing nearby. A gas station with a mini market has very limited hours It closed at 4pm). There is no restaurant nearby—you have to go to Page, 20 minutes away. No breakfast served here either-so you need to plan ahead.

Older place but seems to be in excellent shape and clean. Check in was quick, nice lady at the desk. Great view from my room. Place is a bit out of town, (less than 20 miles from Page) but nice and quiet. Will stay here next time I'm staying in the area.

Mountains surrounded the motel makes it look like a western cowboy movie scene. It’s interesting located at the road cross 2 states Utah and Arizona. A lot attractions like Horseshoe Bend, Glen Canyon, Antelope Canyon and Page city are close to it, it’s convenient to drive around

This was supposed to include breakfast and there literally was one small pot of coffee for everyone coming into the lobby. They also over charged me almost $7.00 and claimed it was not an Expedia Reservation, so Expedia price did not apply. DO NOT RECOMMEND

We love this little motel. We stay any time we are in the area. Inexpensive and always clean. My only complaint is the lack of morning coffee/snacks. Big Water has no amenities. A coffee pot in the lobby with a sign on it telling us to push the button to brew is not helpful when you just want to grab a cup and get on the road. Other than that, I definitely recommend this motel.
