The pool was fantastic and clean. We had a wonderful room with two bedrooms and a gorgeous view! The amenities in the hotel were excellent. We had everything we needed in the little kitchen. It was close to everything we wanted to do. But the hill prohibited me from walking.

Great place to stay and have a base if you have a car. Using public transport meant walking up about 250 steps from the town centre. In 35 degree heat with luggage took a while. We had to pay for early check plus taxes. As we had just come from Paris on the sleeper train we just wanted to get in the pool and relax. Great infinity pool and lovely place to take in the views. No snacks/drinks available except at reception and these were extortionate hence the benefit of a car. Inside our triple room the washbasin drawers were not shutting and one of the panes of glass on the balcony had cracked. They were aware of this when the room was allocated but didn't tell us until we reported the issues. Melissa was lovely and super helpful but couldn't do anything about the early check-in charges.

Excellent location for Monaco, steep hill and lots of stairs but not a problem for us. Apartment and area was clean enough some residential units on the plot as well. The pool which is amazing and not done justice by the pictures was closed, this was a big selling point of this apartment. I was told when i asked it was seasonal but it was 23 degrees all week. The tourist tax i was charged was more than advertised in the apartment and wasn't mentioned in the ad online. Close to everything by car, 15 mins by steps down to the station

Leider nicht wie auf den Fotos !! Unterkunft sehr schmuddlig. Viel kaputt ( Kühlschrank, Lüftung, usw.) und runtergekommen. Vom Parkplatz bis zum Apartment steile Wege, mit vielen Treppen. Das einzigste die Aussieht traumhaft.

The view was beautiful and the apartment was very small but nicely appointed. The air conditioning didn’t work and they did not have anyone to fix ii and it was very hot all day and into the night. The lights in the living room would not turn off and lite up the bedroom all night. The lock on the outside patio did not lock and the apartment lock was very difficult to unlockand lock. The carpet was stained and in need of a cleaning. You would think the owner or management company would take better care of the apartments. Very unhappy with the apartment outside of the beautiful view!!

Infesté de fourmis! Un gentil carton nous attendait sur le meuble à l'entrée nous demandant d'accepter ces gentilles bestioles car nous sommes en nature. Hors, ma femme que j'ai épousée il y a 2 semaines, a horreur des fourmis! Voyage de noces pas mal bousillé. Une organisation sérieuse comme Expedia devrait avertir ses bons clients de quelque chose d'aussi important! J'exige un remboursement intégral de mon séjour.

It is a nice concept, but not perfectly executed. Our room was not fine when we arrived ( not cleaned after the previous people left). They gave us another room, that stank because of the dishwasher that was not run. We ran the dishwasher for them, but the smell was there anyway, even more when you stopped the AC. Really bad. The pool was closed earlier in the afternoon, so we couldn t go. The staff was very responsive and super nice though. The way it s set up ( on a cliff) makes it complicated to navigate and go in and out… it s like a maze. I wouldn t recommend for everyone. And they need to fix that cleanliness issue ( issues really)

Amazing view. Excellent experience. Must be to walk up lots of steps and uphill walkway. Some issues with the Wi-Fi Internet. Not able to operate the TV, stove and microwave probably not familiar with equipment as we are from USA. Definitely would recommend for anyone wants to come to Monaco.

The view from the rooms in this hotel are fantastic! However, the hotel is extremely inaccessible, and our rooms were all at opposite ends of the complex. It was very difficult to get our luggage from the car park to the hotel rooms, as all of our rooms required climbing stairs as lifts didn't go to our floor and at night it was very dark. - We wouldn't recommend staying here if anyone has mobility issues as you would struggle. Whilst the reception are always easily reachable by WhatsApp and respond quickly, there are however no staff on site in the evenings so you are unable get extra linen or towels, or toilet roll, despite asking multiple times. Three days in a row we asked for our sofa bed to be made up, someone brought us new towels but never made the bed up. Rooms weren't cleaned each day. Some rooms in the hotel are really lovely, clean and modern and all rooms have an excellent sea view. However, some rooms are dated and are in need of repairs as some of our rooms had doors which didn't shut properly. Parking was great though, there was very ample parking at this hotel and for tall vehicles.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The property is clean and the mattress is comfortable but the place could do with a general refurb. The apartment we stayed in was difficult to get to for my wife as she has a back injury and there were a lot of stairs. The lift was out of order so we had to take the stairs. Definitely not a wheelchair-friendly place. The front door to our apartment was broken and couldn't be closed properly so it got pretty cold in the night. The walls in the apartment are super thin and we could hear the neighbours having a conversation at pretty normal volume. Just something to keep in mind.

Okay so accept you are staying in an apartment and it’s not the 4 Seasons. However the view from my enormous balcony was spectacular. The space clean and practical. Bed comfortable. Shower ok. The staff are amazing and really helpfully. Only downside was lugging my bag up the hill day 1. Close. (15mins on average to Monaco) with access to the coast and all It has to offer. Overlay, I will be back next year and would highly recommend it to others who like privacy and space. Thank you and Thank you!!

Looks like an unfinished blockhouse . When I booked my reservation , for whatever reason the dates were wrong. Waited at the front office for 20 mns until someone comes . Hotel is deserted because low season . Talked to the manager asking her if we can change the date for two days earlier .there is absolutly no one in the hotel .she requires more money ( 24 euros ) saying the staying is more expensive . Quickly check on line and actually the price was lower . Then she said it cost administrative time to make the change ? Pool was empty and so was the jacuzzi . All the lounge chairs are piled up in the restaurants ! The room was nice and so was the view . This property had a bad energy.

Superbe. L'endroit est un peu difficile d'accès (si vous venez en bus comme moi avec le 607, il y a pas mal de marches a monter, ce qui peut être pénible avec les bagages). La situation des chambres en surplomb tout en haut du Cap d'ail est absolument magique, et que dire de cette piscine vue sur mer. Le personnel d'accueil est absolument adorable.

The pool and rooms are comfortable. Lots of light bulbs burnt out. It is not easy to get to beach and store. Very steel walk down with over 200 stairs then you have to get back up hill. A 5 minute cab ride cost 80 euros and to airport 150 euros. Found the location inconvenient.

Cadre magnifique, vue exceptionnelle, piscine grande avec un panorama splendide. Seul petit bémol sur cette résidence, il n'est pas indiquée que l'accessibilité est compliqué. Ligger högt uppe på ett berg! Ska man bo här ska man ha bil, tog 1h för oss att gå i uppförsbacke med packning, många jobbiga trappor. Fick oturligt nog en lgh längst bort vilket betydde ytterligare 200m uppför i garaget. Liten toalett, för att tvätta händerna måste du gå in i badrummet, som också är litet. Hårda kuddar, hade ont i nacken på morgonen. Vi hade balkong med havsutsikt, vackert! Tjejen som jobbade em när vi var där var jätte gullig om omtänksam.

Absolutely great experience! I travel solo everywhere and found this gem of a hotel for a really inexpensive rate. The room was phenomenal..air conditioning blew super cold, the view from my balcony was amazing, breakfast was superb and they even gave me extra coffee because I’m addicted to the stuff and Sara was extremely nice & accommodating. Whenever I come back to Monaco, I know exactly where I’m going to stay. Everybody was professional & friendly from start to end. 10/10 stars!!! Thanks again!! 💯💯💯

Initially, it was somewhat difficult to access the property but once we contacted the phone number at the gate it was a super easy process. Our hostess was very flexible, accommodating and made the process of checking in extremely easy for us. The property was beautiful the views were amazing and it was extremely clean. Places to eat and shop were at a far walking distance but if you like exploring you’ll enjoy the journey. Uber eats is also available and has decent choices.

Fint boende med fantastisk utsikt! Saknade möjligheten att beställa enklare mat/dryck vid poolen. Några småsaker i lägenheten skulle behöva ses över, men inget som förtog vår vistelse. Väldigt lugnt område där det förväntas vara tyst tidigt.

Sara goes out of her way to accommodate guests and their needs in both a friendly and professional manner, even giving me keys to several apartments , so I could chose the one I preferred, rather than the one I had booked, and also arranged for a sunlounger to be brought up for me.You can’t beat these views or value for money anywhere along the Côte d’Azur I believe. The outdoor infinity pool is divine, drinks are available all day , and breakfast was served at my apartment on the dot at my request at 8.30am. The breakfast as Sara kindly pointed out was simple , and told me exactly what to expect which I was quite happy to accept so I didn’t need to go out. If you do there are various shops in the village to cater to your needs. As a single traveller I felt comfortable and safe, and would totally recommend staying here. I’m at a loss as to some of the negative previous reviews, as I found all the staff and especially Sara , nothing but accommodating and helpful. Nothing was too much of an effort , and by the way I totally recommend treating yourself to their own riviera champagne. It’s fabulous. Thankyou for making my stay so pleasant. I will be back .
