Le cadre est parfait. Le seul bemol est une insonorisation inexistante. Nous avons été réveillés à 4h50 par des bruits de chasse d'eau....et le matin les voix dans les couleurs. De plus il faut prévoir une petite laine car le petit déjeuner a été servi en extérieur bien que la température était à 13 degré à 8h00....dommage, j'ai eu froid.

Mon séjour dans ce gîte a été extrêmement décevant. Dès l’arrivée, les choses ont mal tourné : les gérants ont exigé que je paie une seconde fois la chambre, prétendant que le paiement initial n’avait pas été effectué, alors que j’avais le reçu et toutes les preuves de la transaction. Ils ont même refusé de me laisser partir tant que je ne payais pas une nouvelle fois. Face à cette situation absurde, j’ai dû contacter le service client d’Hôtel.com pour intervenir, car la gérante, ne parlait pas anglais et se montrait incapable de gérer la situation avec professionnalisme. Je déconseille fortement ce gîte. Une telle gestion et un accueil aussi irrespectueux sont inacceptables. Passez votre chemin.

Nous avons passés un séjour de deux nuits merveilleux au domaine de la Réveille. La demeure est magnifique mais se sont ses hôtes qui en font une merveille. L'accueil est top, la propreté des lieux irréprochable, le service aux petits oignons! Un grand merci à Patricia et Ludovic pour la générosité et le professionnalisme qu'ils offrent aux voyageurs qui ont la bonne idée de s'arrêter au Domaine de La Reveille
