The staff was friendly and luckily there was a dinner across the street which was OK. The unit was downstairs which was good since no elevator but was noisey at 6am. There’s a cement factory across the street and lots of truck traffic at night do not the best sleep. Room was adequate for 1 night stay.

Supposed to have continental breakfast, which I didn't want. However, did want coffee and at 8:30 a.m. was not able to enter lobby. Had to leave without my coffee. I'm not a happy camper!

It’s unique that you have to pay $5 for a real towel because the towels that they have are not even body size and they give you two even if you stay for a whole weekend. I don’t like that I’m supposed to be able to get coffee in the lobby because they don’t have coffee pots in the rooms. Every time I have gone to get some, the door is locked and no one is in the lobby working as well as the coffee has never even been made. Also, the air conditioning doesn’t work well and the floors are dirty.

There was never anyone in the office or on premises. We were suppose to get free continental breakfast but the office was always closed. I tried calling but only got voicemail with no one calling back. If there had been an emergency we would have been in trouble. The room was clean but the window of both rooms were broken and when we told staff they didnt seem to care.(The only time we saw staff was when we checked in and that was 30 min after checkin time) I was very dissapointed and think I should get a refund since we had to buy breakfast. the continenal breakfast is the number 1 reason we booked this hotel.

The room was missing the blow dryer. The t white towels were stained. And the ice maker that is located outside did not work. No bag was even in the ice bucket nor was there a bag for dirty laundry. There is no coffee maker in the room but the lobby stayed locked so you could not get. In there for coffee nor was there any made. This room cost $82 a night and you can’t even get ice, coffee, or breakfast although Expedia advertises as though they have a complimentary breakfast. The bed has uneven lumps as well.

We showed up at 9:30 and had to call the staff. To come to the office We got our room and we were exhausted and just piled our gear in. We started to set up a bed for our daughter and discovered the made bed had no sheets. Went to the office, no body there, called again and finally got some sheets Went back to the room only to discover the pillows had no pillow cases and there were no towels or wash cloths Called again and got the manager. He showed up with two towels and two pillow cases We made due for the night as everything else close buy was full Then discovered there was no toilet paper! The next morning I found another motel, went to cancel the room and was told no refunds. So 3 nights paid and out for 2 of them The floor was so dirty your feet turn black just walking to the bathroom The building is old and run down, the rooms are filthy, it had not been cleaned and the staff didn’t care. No apologies, just excuses that they had been busy and didn’t get to it Then the manager said, I can’t give you a refund but I care give you a free night for the next time your in town, Stay away, do not waste your money

This is a very basic motel, but it is very well kept and worked well for my husband and I to get a quick stop off the highway for a quiet night's sleep. There are pretty much no extras. However, it worked well for what we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was secluded (except for a highway stop across the street) and was very quiet. I also felt very safe.

Never even stayed here. Expedia booked me here in error and when I tried to cancel, I wasn't allowed. I called them to try and talk about a refund and they hung up on me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE equates, for me, to all around terrible. PERIOD

The staff was friendly and luckily there was a dinner across the street which was OK. The unit was downstairs which was good since no elevator but was noisey at 6am. There’s a cement factory across the street and lots of truck traffic at night do not the best sleep. Room was adequate for 1 night stay.

This is a very basic motel, but it is very well kept and worked well for my husband and I to get a quick stop off the highway for a quiet night's sleep. There are pretty much no extras. However, it worked well for what we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was secluded (except for a highway stop across the street) and was very quiet. I also felt very safe.

They were not prepared for our arrival and took no pride in property or their work. All in all the property was clean, bed was comfortable. It seems to be a property transitioning between past and present. Breakfast was almost non-existent except for cereal and pop tarts.

The web site says breakfast included. An earlier review mentions a voucher for the diner, not anymore. At a little after 7AM we found one small cellophane wrapped donut, an apple and a very ripe banana. There were two cereal dispensers but no milk, checked the fridge, nope. Guess I could have used 15 or 20 coffee creamers. There was hot coffee but no juice. No bagels, no toast, no muffins, no, no, no. Not breakfast 😕

Supposed to have continental breakfast, which I didn't want. However, did want coffee and at 8:30 a.m. was not able to enter lobby. Had to leave without my coffee. I'm not a happy camper!

It’s unique that you have to pay $5 for a real towel because the towels that they have are not even body size and they give you two even if you stay for a whole weekend. I don’t like that I’m supposed to be able to get coffee in the lobby because they don’t have coffee pots in the rooms. Every time I have gone to get some, the door is locked and no one is in the lobby working as well as the coffee has never even been made. Also, the air conditioning doesn’t work well and the floors are dirty.

There was never anyone in the office or on premises. We were suppose to get free continental breakfast but the office was always closed. I tried calling but only got voicemail with no one calling back. If there had been an emergency we would have been in trouble. The room was clean but the window of both rooms were broken and when we told staff they didnt seem to care.(The only time we saw staff was when we checked in and that was 30 min after checkin time) I was very dissapointed and think I should get a refund since we had to buy breakfast. the continenal breakfast is the number 1 reason we booked this hotel.

There is no coffee maker in the room but the lobby stayed locked so you could not get. In there for coffee nor was there any made. This room cost $82 a night and you can’t even get ice, coffee, or breakfast although Expedia advertises as though they have a complimentary breakfast. The bed has uneven lumps as well.

Apparently, they don't know what handi-capable is. I couldn't get in the tub to take a shower. I had to leave the bathroom door open in order to pull myself up off of the toilet. The pictures of full breakfast are a fraud. All the had in the office was coffee, pop tarts, a toaster but no bread, oatmeal with no hot water, no fruit or dairy. The only thing good was the mattress, it was comfortable.
