The photo of this hotel was misleading. It consists of 5 or 6 rooms, all on the second floor, which are accessed only by going up a flight of stairs, where the reception desk is as well. That said, the price was low for a simple single room in a hotel only about half a mile from Venice airport, and I just needed a few hours sleep between two flights. Note about transportation. Airport taxis have a minimum charge of 20 euros, and I hated paying that much for a half mile ride! The distance could be safely walked, for many people. I needed to leave the hotel at 4 a.m. and, while I was checking in the night before, was able to make arrangements with the reception clerk for a van ride the following morning for 8 euros. It arrived promptly.

O básico bem feito. Próximo ao aeroporto, com opção de transfer a qualquer hora que precisar. Café disponível à vontade na recepção. Precisamos sair às 4h e já havia comidas servidas na recepção pra gente comer antes de sairmos! Amei! Muito conveniente para nós que desejavamos passar apenas uma noite para fazer um bate e volta à Veneza.

This is great for an overnight stay just prior to catching a plane. It is near the airport. It has very basic, clean accommodations. No refrigerator or coffee supplies. Staffing for reception begins at 2pm. Sometimes it was hard to find anyone when we had questions. READ THEIR EMAILS because check-in should be done in advance. Staff was helpful arranging a shuttle to the airport. It fit our needs for a brief overnight stay.

Very utilitarian room, but a good value for the price. Nice breakfast. Two good restaurants a one-minute walk. Long flight of stairs, but a lift for bags. Early check-in is possible. Actually walkable to the airport, but manager got us a shuttle for 10 Euros. For a quick airport stay at a very reasonable price this is a good choice.

Checked into room and found it was not up to usual hotel cleanliness standards. Bed was not done properly, mattress was smelling like body odor, washroom was not properly cleaned. We did not stay overnight in the room and checked into another hotel which was much cleaner and the cleanliness was up to hotel standards. The staff were not at the Front Desk nor any House Keeping staff. Room keys were left out on a table by vending machines with registration sheets. Did not feel secure.

This is very basic accommodation near the airport. Pros: Property is clean and the owner is friendly and helpful. He arranged a very early shuttle for me that arrived exactly on time. Cons: There really isn’t much to see or do in the area. It’s probably only appropriate for someone flying out early in the morning. The walls are thin and you hear everything in the hall and next door.

For a one night stay close to the airport this is perfectly acceptable. Bed was comfortable, shower very good and air conditioning on a warm night kept us cool. The price was about a quarter of what we were quoted at the Courtyard by Marriott 200 yards away. The airport is walkable , just depends how much luggage you have and how hot it is.

Perfect to go to airport. My flat wad at 5am and we just walk to airport because no bus this time and the taxi cost €30 or more.. walking only 20 min. No one on reception, but all works well.. they left the key on the table entrance. Very easy to arrive from Veneci - just take bus 5 on Piazza Roma and arrive in 15 min, bus stops on the corner.

We had an excellent stay at this small but very welcoming hotel. It’s minutes away from the Airport with excellent bus links to Venice. The bed is super comfortable and the owner is a fantastic person. I will stay here again.

I had a problem at this hotel. On the morning of departure, I booked a taxi at the hotel the day before and paid €13 in cash to the hotel as it was a private taxi. However, even after waiting for 30 minutes that morning, no taxi came, so I grabbed my skis and suitcase and walked to the airport. Please return the €13 I paid to the hotel.

The Hotel is just a stones throw from the Airport, takes only 20 minutes to walk. Arrived at the hotel around 9pm and was checked in by a very kind gentleman who also swapped out my TV which was having a few technical issues. Tickets for the No5 bus into Venice the next day were from the helpful lady in the small shop just up the road - another 20 minutes later and you're in Plaza Roma. After my 2 night stay I had an early morning flight so after making breakfast in the hotel I left to walk to the Airport at 4.30am. I was then sat in departures at Marco Polo Airport i.e. through security and passport control by 5.10am!!!! The hotel is just so convenient. Will definitely stay there again. Thanks for a great whirlwind break.

Very utilitarian room, but a good value for the price. Nice breakfast. Two good restaurants a one-minute walk. Long flight of stairs, but a lift for bags. Early check-in is possible. Actually walkable to the airport, but manager got us a shuttle for 10 Euros. For a quick airport stay at a very reasonable price this is a good choice.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was great though definitely a smaller single as advertised. There were great breakfast options out even at 6:00 AM. It’s walkable from the Venice Airport and there is also good bus service to/from there

Room was very nice, clean, and quiet. Breakfast was good. And, there is a very nice fast food restaurant to the right side of the hotel, called Pizzeria Amici (Pizza & Kebab). Great food, and very good prices, friendly staff.

25 minute walk from the airport makes this simple clean bedroom stop over perfect for the overnight stop. Breakfast is a few cakes and a coffee machine in a reception area is all you get for breakfast. The reception is unmanned and a little teasy when disturbed from what ever they are doing. The hotel is above the restaurant for pizza and pasta so convenient for food on an evening Was value for money. It’s clean tidy and quiet.

Condições do hotel foi otima. Cama muito confortável, chuveiro muito bom, secador de cabelo, aquecedor de toalha, um cafe da manhã bem simples, voce come em pe mesmo na recepção na hora de sair, mas bem saboroso para comecar o dia. Fica bem proximo do aeroporto, e para veneza fica a uns 40 minutos de onibus. Em proximo ao hotel voce pega o onibus numero 5 e ele vai parar na estação de veneza. Foi bem pratico. Perto do hotel tem alguns restaurantes e do lado uma pizzaria e vende um kebabe muito saborosa e barato. Isso foi a nossa janta para econommizar. Estadia foi muito boa. Dormimos muito bem, cama muito confortável.

La chambre est d\'un accès facile, proche de l\'aéroport (0:20 à pieds). Le petit plus :"une excellente pizzeria , la porte à côté de l\'hôtel" . Le rapport qualité -prix est très appréciable . Nous avons également apprécié le grand lit ,très douillet et la bonne nuit passé dans cet hôtel .

O básico bem feito. Próximo ao aeroporto, com opção de transfer a qualquer hora que precisar. Café disponível à vontade na recepção. Precisamos sair às 4h e já havia comidas servidas na recepção pra gente comer antes de sairmos! Amei! Muito conveniente para nós que desejavamos passar apenas uma noite para fazer um bate e volta à Veneza.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for what we used it for. We arrived around 6pm, showered and slept. The next morning, we walked to the airport. The a/c seemed like it struggled to keep up with the heat wave that was going through northern Italy, but it wasn't uncomfortable. I would certainly stay here again for a quick sleep before a flight.
