This is a great spot. I will definitely stay again. Check in and out was straight forward and uncomplicated unlike other hotels. The swimming pool area is very relaxing and very well kept. We found the location excellent for getting around. This was a very positive experience.

The room was clean and tidy and was extremely quiet. No noise from the road at all. The facilities were fantastic especially the swimming pool which was clean and well maintained. It also had a very nice bbq area around the pool which provided good shade. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We had our car window broken and our car broken into in the car park outside of our room and personal belongings stolen. The manager however was very helpful and compassionate and I couldn’t fault the rooms. Very distressing and inconvenient stay.

Uniqueness - ants in the bed Mouse - running around in the night. Despite these visitors I ended up sleeping well on a very comfy bed. Excellent cleanliness except for doona on bed- needs to be replaced.

Bedsheet had a stain on it and there was a big Cockroach in the room. Bed mattress was uncomfortable. Carpet felt dated, dirty and things stuck to the bed side tables. The shower was excellent though.

I did not like the white king smell in the room. I left the door open, I sprayed the room with vanilla room spray. I removed a cleaning cloth from the bottom of the shower and left it outside. We went out for dinner and came back to the smell just as strong. I would have asked for a different room but there were no vacancies

Clean room and quiet night's sleep. Shower pressure good. No flyscreens on rear windows. Basin mixer was for a kitchen sink, too big, and the handle hit the mirror so couldn't get cold water. Dated property but prices reflect this.

I regret to say that our recent stay at Sleepy Hill Motor Inn was marred by significant service issues. Despite our efforts to address concerns about room service, the response from the owner was not only unhelpful but escalated to a highly aggressive and confrontational level. To add to the frustration, false excuses were made regarding the service not being done, creating an environment of mistrust. The situation reached such an extreme point that we felt compelled to involve the police. This experience greatly overshadowed any positive aspects of our stay in this crappy motor in, leaving a lasting negative impression. The owners are extremely rude and narcissistic (clearly visible from all negative review replies as well).

Hi there we stayed here for 4 nights actually , on the 3rd night there was a widespread blackout which we copped , we found the accom satisfactory clean and generally ok the bit we found strange was when the motel had no power the managers did not contact us to see if we needed anything or to touch base , so some more people skills might be needed

The property is within walking distance of the shopping mall. The only difficulty is it is located on the busy main road and can be a problem exiting during peak hour particularly if you want to turn right. To enter if coming from the north I would suggest going down to the shopping centre first and come back from the south.

The entrance to the motel is not easy to find as we went to the hotel first then found the entrance to the motel. The room itself is ok - clean and comfortable a bit of noise from the hotel. Convenient to walk to the hotel for dinner. No breakfast provided. Close to the supermarket. One night stay is enough.
