Loved the spa and Turkish bath

Les massages au spa etaient tres bien.

We booked a triple room for the price of £150!!! per night so when we arrived at the hotel we were suprised by the state of the room and not in a good way. The room had a broken door frame, like a corner of the frame just hanging there, half broken curtain that was just hanging in a corner, windows that would not close fully and were hard to slide open and shut, ripped bed sheets and although the room was booked for 3 person, we were only left 2 towels and were unable to obtain more from the reception as they said they don't have any, we were offered on the second night a pool towel to use instead. The pool is small and the water was cloudy and the kids pool was full of sand and small stones. The private beach doesn't look like in the pictures and had no signage that belongs to the hotel, we actually wandered around for a while until we stumbled across it as we were actually asking for directions but other than that is was ok. The good bits were the breakfast buffet which actually had a decent selection and was tasty; the hotel lobby and ouside area looked nice and was clean; there was a bus station only 5 min away which had plenty of busses going into Lara area where the shops and restaurants were. Around the hotel not really any options for eating out, there was a pizza place and a restaurant next to the beach but other than that the closest place to eat that we have found was a 20 min walk away which can be a fit annoying to walk to in the heat. Not a good experience!!!

Zimmer war sauber; bekammen 9. Stock (Letzten) mit seitlichen Meerblick. Nachteil der Privatstand ist ca. 300-500m zu Fuß weg; Pool ist Deto Okay; auch Frühstück und Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Lage nahe am Flughafen, daher etwas Lärm.

We had a nice time at this hotel we stayed on the ninth floor and we had a fabulous view of the city and the sea Room had a fridge no kettle for teacoffee… if you wanted a drink you had to go during restaurant hourshelp yourself from the machine where they had coffee etc.there was several times when we wanted to drink and the restaurant wasn’t open, we had to pay… In this day & age why don’t hotels just put a kettle in the room!? The cleaning girls were lovely & worked hard to keep our room clean -the shower was fabulous. The beds very comfortable. The pool area is very nice - the kiddie area is just basically a triangle off the pool Lots of lounges & shade. Ziya the food manager was lovely always making sure we had what we wanted the food was delicious - nice selection of salads & hot foods also served. Breakfast was fabulous we also signed for dinner, some nights it was great, others maybe a little more variety would’ve been nice but overall we were happy. You can walk to the beach and beach clubs from the hotel there’s also restaurants & markets close to the beach. The hotel does provide a beach club shuttle to a beach club a mile or so away Larena Beach… I went once- I think the only problem were the guys who served just couldn’t be bothered to take your order or see if you wanted anything. when you walk in They ask you what hotel you’re staying at and show you free loungers.

All staff are very helpful. Very nice hotel. The only problem is they have only 1 lift, and it takes a very long time to come.

It was my second time staying here and they never disappoint the reception Personnel is excellent the pool is small but beautiful and quiet. The view from the room to the sea far away are tremendous.

Hotel was sufficient for the short stay. Bedrooms clean and tidy- bed cover very hard and rough uncomfortable to sleep with. Pool had a lot of green around edges staining sons swimwear. Staff helpful and pleasant. Buffet breakfast was good

The property condition inside the room was average (some furniture is older than expected in the bathroom and the AC), but overall it was a comfortable stay. One of the staff who handles the morning reception was rude and lost his temper cause he doesn't understand English. The rest were fine. The area feels safe and the pool was excellent.

Llegamos con temor porque sabemos que aún no era temporada de playa, y el trato desde el comienzo fue muy bueno, tuvimos un problema con la habitación pero la solucionaron rápidamente, nos dejaron hacer el check in antes y usar la piscina luego del check out, el desayuno bueno y variado, en la playa también la atención fue buena, el personal atento y con ganas de ayudar, solo dos cosas: debería haber restaurant dentro del hotel eso sería genial, y en una de las dos habitaciones no había Internet en la TV😔, por lo demás volvería a quedarme allí, un hotel con 3B bueno bonito y barato, Limpieza todos los días, útiles de aseo, agua embotellada, lindas vistas, camas cómodas, instalaciones limpias, la piscina bien cuidada, PERSONAL AMABLE , gracias

Le ménage dans la chambre à notre arrivée betai pas terminé. Les plinthes se décolle avec des clous qui dépasse, dangereux pour ma fille. Fuite de la salle de bain du haut qui coulait dans la miennes. La piscine étai bien. Le personne ne s'intéresse pas a nos réclamation Je déconseille fortement cette établissement

Für das Geld kann man echt nicht meckern, es wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Das Frühstück hat auch vollkommen gereicht und man hatte echt viel Auswahl. Das Personal ist Mega lieb gewesen. Handtücher für den Strand/Pool hat man auch bekommen. Gerne wieder

Hotel near the beach. Worst part was the WiFi in the room I couldn’t even do my office work because the WiFi was so bad. Good for a beach vacation, breakfast was decent.

Avoid this property at any cost! Staff isnt helpful at all. They won’t provide room services in the evenings. Only one lift between 10 floors. Food options are limited with cold juices. I would definitely would not recommend this to anyone who is visiting aantalya. There are plenty of other hotels around this area which would be great choice. Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the rooms at all. Bedding can be upgraded and air conditioning wasn’t powerful enough for small room. Overall, extremely disappointed with services and facilities. Good items aren’t tagged up on breakfast and dinner buffets so you would not know what are you about to eat. Strong advise is to avoid this hotel and book other hotels around this hotel.

First I stayed room 406 there is no wifi signal second breakfast need to improve taste good but need to add more food otherwise everything is fine staff also very nice

Vi lå noen dager på Tourist hotell Antalya nå i November. Vi var heldige å fikk rom med panoramautsikt. Rommet og hotellet var helt basic,personalet var kjempehyggelige og skal ikke se bort ifra at vi kommer igjen .

Wellnessbereich wurde nicht genutzt, Zimmer und Frühstück waren für eine Nacht okay, sehr gute Aussicht zum Meer. Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis vollkommen in Ordnung.

Genel olarak otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Sahile maksimum 5 dakika uzaklıkta kendilerine ait olan Yakamoz Beach'te denize giriyorsunuz, marketlere yakın, hastahane, fırın, duraklara yakın bir otel. Ulaşım açısından hiç bir şekilde sorun yaşamadık. Bizim normalde tuttuğumuz oda yandan deniz manzaralı olan odalardan biriymiş ancak oda doluluğundan olsa gerek ful deniz manzaralı odada kaldık. Manzarası inanılmaz güzel. Genel olarak konaklamamız sorunsuz ve güzel geçti. Tek sorun şu ki otel biraz eski. Eskiden ziyade bakımsız. Pencereler oldukça kirli, tuvalet banyoda bulunan duşakabin sorunlu. Ses yalıtımı yok. Herkesin sesini çok net duyabiliyorsunuz. Lavabolar sanırım kireçten zor açılıp kapanıyor ve üzerleri lekeli. Mutfakta kullanılan suyun arıtma olduğu söyleniyor ama bariz bir çeşme suyu tadı mevcut. Asansör çok eski ve çok yavaş. Odalarda dolap yok malesef, portmanto gibi bir şey var, bu açıdan da bence eksi değerlendirmemi sağlayan unsurlardan biri. Otelde kablosuz internet var, çalışanlar yorumların aksine gayet her şeyde yardımcı olmaya özen gösterdiler. Bir haftalık tatil sonunda, arkadaşım otelde kalmaya devam etmeye karar verdi. Tam bir fiyat performans oteli. Mükemmellik beklemeyin. Bizim gibi sadece uyumak için oteli kullanacaksanız, fiyatına göre çok iyi bir otel.

Das Hotel ist recht alt und dies ist an jeder Ecke zu sehen. Rost, lose Amaturen, Putz der von den Wänden fällt, etc. Ebenfalls sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Staff und Reinigung haben ihr bestes getan. Hotel liegt direkt in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens, daher wird es auch laut. Ein toller Ausblick auf das Meer und der Preis haben es für zwei Nächte akzeptabel gemacht.

Clean, comfortable. Very good breakfast. Hayri at reception was very helpful. Enjoyed staying.

Giris yaparken resepsiyondaki genç beyefendi baya güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Ancak diger calisan beyefendi gayet lakayit ve ciddiyetsizdi. Yeterince rahatsiz edici bir durum olduğu kanaatindeyim. Onun dışında oda temizdi. Yatak rahattı. Ulasim otele kolay o bir artı. Kahvalti gayet yeterli bana kalirsa tek eksisi içecek yönünden çok fakir bir menü. Ayrıca olur da kalırsanız otel içinden herhangi bir yerden kesinlikle kahve içmeyin. İnsan bünyesine böyle bir hakaret yapılmaz. Şerefinizle suyunuzu içip hayata devam etmeniz tavsiye olunur.

Well the staff there doesn’t understand English and I told them to call me room when the taxi come they told me ok will do but the taxi was waiting for long time nobody called me at the reception Very bad customer service not happy at all very rude staff

I haven't used the pool. I haven't used the spa. I find the breakfast average. I liked the beach, it was close to the hotel. Limited dining, limited public transport. I took taxi to go out and eat.

This was the worst start of our holiday, the place is awful and the pics don’t do any justice. The area was so bad it wouldn’t even be safe to walk around after dark, we only stayed for 6 hours and we had to organise another hotel ..Falcon hotel! Trust me save yourself and pay the little extra to have a decent and safe holiday Falcon or Akra hotels are by far the best ones and the area is so much better.

El hotel esta a metros del mar, tiene playa privada y mantienen el hotel y la playa limpia, es el mas alto de la zona, con una vista panoramica al parque y cascada de Duden y al mar, esta ccerca de restaurantes y transporte publico. Para nosotros nos facilito nuestra estancia en Antalya, ya que por el dia disfrutamos del calor y mar, y por las tardes, disfrutamos con salidas al centro historico, parque de Duden y ruinas de Perge. Los taxis son sumamente baratos y la comida riquisima. Felicitaciones al restaurante y personal, que se esfuerzan por ofrecer lo mejor.

Antalya ziyaretimde ilk bu oteli düşünmüştüm sonra negatif yorumlardan dolayı vazgeçmiştim. Tuttuğum diğer otelde başımıza talihsiz bir olay gelince bu oteli tuttum sonrasında. Genel olarak memnun kaldım otelden. Kahvaltısı muhteşem hergün ayrı çorba çeşidi, geniş menüsü ayrıca tatlı çeşidi bile vardı. İlk tuttuğum X otelin kahvaltısının yanında saray kahvaltısı gibiydi. Odalar günlük temizlendi söylememize bile gerek yoktu. Bazıları resepsiyondaki görevlinin asık suratlı olduğuyla ilgili yorumlar yapmıştı, bu oteli ilk başta tutmamamın bir nedeni de buydu. Yani eğer turizm sektöründeyseniz güler yüzlülük önemli bir faktör. Bu kişi hakkında benim yorum şöyle: yani profesyonel olarak işini yapıyor ama pek güler yüzlü olduğu söylenemez. Ben yinede sadece bir kişinin tavrı yüzünden düşük puan veremem. Hatta bu kişi bizim erken check in yapmamıza da yardımcı oldu. Havuzu yeterliydi çocuk baya bir yüzdü hatta çıkış yaptığımız akşamına kadar da havuzu kullandık birşey demediler. Zaten manzarası muhteşem öyle aşırı uçak sesi falan da gelmiyordu rahatça uyuduk. Tavsiye ederim.
