SpringHill Suites by Marriott Oceanside Beach

Tolle Unterkunft. Habe mich sofort wohl gefühlt. Einfache Surfbretter und Fahrräder kann man kostenlos ausleihen. Aufgrund eines gestrichenen Fluges hatte ich Schwierigkeiten, meine Reise wie geplant durchzuführen, aber die Managerin des Hotels war absolut kundenorientiert / hilfsbereit. Kann das Hotel total weiterempfehlen.

Hotel was overall a good experience. I did request 2 extra towels that didn’t get delivered and the shampoo remained empty thankfully I brought my own.

The 2 elevators were very slow. We spent a lot of time waiting for an elevator. There was a faint oder of sewer in the shower. Unsupervised middle-schoolers were playing outside the lobby blocking the driveway. Housecleaning forgot to give us paper coffee cups and neglected to clean the glasses.

Had a very nice spacious room with a balcony (with no furniture) that overlooked the terrace. It is advertised as an ocean view room which is not true due to the very large new hotel directly in front of this one. Breakfast is a good normal breakfast for this Marriott chain hotel. Very disappointing was that the outdoor fire pits are no longer allowed to be used due to the homeless in the area according to the front desk clerk Polani. So that was a bummer. Loved the water fill stations on each floor.
