This hotel is in a great location in Siena as you can almost drive to the door (you do need to park away from the hotel) to drop off luggage and you are on the edge of the old town of Siena and its square. We had a balcony with a great view of the old town and breakfast and service from the front desk were great!

Great hotel on the edge of old town with great service. Free parking in the area. Inside ZTL, so can only drive to hotel to load/unload luggage/passengers. Be aware of a lot of stairs and paper thin wall.

Posizione strategica grazie alla vicinanza a i parcheggi e al contempo a pochi minuti dal centro storico. La nostra camera era pulita e accogliente. Bagno dotato di bidet e numero sufficiente di asciugamani un po' scarno scarno una dotazione di cortesia che comprendeva solo un paio di bustine di sapone, no frigobar. la vista sulla città è sulla cattedrale nonché sulla basilica di San Domenico davvero affascinante. Colazione top, possibilità di richiedere caffè e cappuccini oltre ai dispenser di caffè americano succhi di frutta acqua fresca oltre ai croissant, torte e focacce pizza focaccine pizzette salumi e formaggi vari nonché yogurt frutta fresca e pancakes. Servizio di portineria 24 ore su 24 e macchinette disponibili per caffè e bibite. La struttura è ricavata nel complesso del santuario di Santa Caterina. Instalações atendem o básico mas é um hotel relativamente antigo, portanto o quarto é mais sombrio. Não gostei do banheiro ter cortina fechando o box. A vista da cidade é bacana. O café é simples mas gostoso. A chegada é complexa para quem está com volume alto de malas. Se deixar o carro no estacionamento público, talvez valha a pena pegar um taxi até o hotel para evitar andar por ruas de pedras e de difícil acesso. No geral, o hotel tem bom custo benefício.

Hotel mittlerer Standard, Zufahrt aufgrund der Lage eher kompliziert, man darf in ca. 200 m vor dem Hotel nur 1/4 Stunde parken - dies an der Reception dokumentieren - danach zu einem anderen Parkplatz wechseln. Die Lage super mit Blick zum Dom, erreichbar in ca. 10 Gehminuten - zuerst runter und dann rauf. Frühstück i.O. - wegen Klimaanlage extrem kalt, wurde aber auf Wunsch abgeschaltet. Hotel ziemlich hellhörig, man konnte Gespräche beinahe mitverfolgen (Oropax! Verwenden) Preis-Leistungsverhältnis jedoch o.k.

Very convenient to most all attractions in the historic center of Siena. The views from the hotel and our room (with a city view) were spectacular. The hotel was very clean, the staff were welcoming each time we left or arrived from our daily visits. The room keys are kept at the front desk and the desk is staffed 24-hours with very polite and friendly clerks. Breakfast was simple, but very good, offering a variety of fruit typical pastries, breads and cheeses. Expressos and cappuccinos were well prepared by breakfast staff and free flowing. Nearby restaurants have great menus for other dining experiences. The check-in was smooth and staff made sure that our rental car was registered with the local police to allow us to enter to ZTL. Be prepared to hear bells from the nearby cathedral 24 hours a day, although at night they are simple chimes and much quieter than the daylight hours. I can't think of a better location and welcoming place as the Hotel Alma Domus, and the City of Siena

What an amazing stay! The hotel is in a great location from the bus stop (we came from Florence). Walkable to all the main sights. Its quiet except you can hear the bell ringing in the morning but this was really nice. Everything was clean and good facilities, breakfast had great choice ! The staff couldn't have been kinder or more accommodating both before and after check in/check out. The luggage storage was especially convenient. I wish we had stayed another night, I would definitely stay here again!

Η εμπειρία μας ήτανε αρκετά καλή !ηΗ θέα ήταν υπέροχη,η τοποθεσία κεντρικοτατη.Το μόνο αρνητικό ήτανε ότι το μπάνιο είχε μία μυρωδιά αποχέτευσης και ότι η μπαταρία του ντους ήταν πάρα πολύ άβολη ,γιατί ήτανε καρφωμένη στον τοίχο και δεν μπορούσα να κάνω ένα άνετο μπάνιο!Το πρωϊνό μέτριο!

ロケーションが良くて、シエナ大聖堂まで徒歩6分ぐらいです。バス停からも徒歩10分以内です。部屋のベランダからの眺めが素晴らしくて、大聖堂が見えます。ホテルの部屋が古いですが、清潔感があります。ケトルが部屋に置いていないですが、フロントのスタッフにお願いすれば、Hot waterを水筒に入れてくれます。シャワーの仕切りがなくて、水が床に漏れます。朝食の種類が多くなくて、味も普通です。

The hotel was exceptionally clean and quiet. Location was great with short walking to restaurants, shopping and main attractions. There is a nice outdoor patio area by the main entrance where we relaxed with a glass of wine after a long day of exploring. Loved Sienna and this hotel 👏👍

We had a great stay at Alma Domus we booked an economy double which was a good size with a very comfortable bed and was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was clean and everything worked as it should. The room was serviced daily. The location was great close to a bus terminal and only a short walk to the Duomo and main Piazza and approximately 15/20 minutes walk from the train station (there is a bus too and taxis are available) For the price it is amazing value as the breakfast is fabulous and really sets you up for the day. If we were to return to Siena we would certainly book to stay in the Alma Domus.

Fine for one night for the price but I would never do anything more than that. Very thin walls where you can hear your neighbors talking and slamming their doors. Room was set up and looked like an old hospital. Shower pressure not great. If you need a hotel for a night it’s fine but it’s also a trek of a walk from the train station. Plan on a 25 minute hike up hill both ways.

The view outside the balcony is beautiful as you can see the duomo and a large part of Siena. The rooms lack area to hang your coats but there is a cupbroad. There is no kettle in the room but there is a vending machine area where you can get water and snacks

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter am Empfang und im Frühstücksraum, perfekte Lage um alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit Glück gibt es kostenlose Parkplatze in knapp 500 Meter Entfernung. Kleines Manko: es ist etwas hellhörig im Hotel, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Wir würden für Siena wieder diese Unterkunft wählen.

Das Hotel ist sehr einfach und sauber und gute Betten. Das Schönste ist ein kl Balkon bei allen Zimmern zur Südseite mit herrlichem Blick auf den Dom. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sind nicht besonders schalldicht, aber die Lage des Hotels ist sehr ruhig.

Staff members are wonderful, friendly and helpfull, the place is clean, quiet and in a great location, breakfast is also great they offer a variety of pastries, fruts, juices, tuscan salame, hams, and Italian cafe as well as american coffe. We were able to walk to all the interesting points of the city and to the transportation centers, train and bus. We are very happy with our expierence in L' Alma Domus Hotel.

レセプションの若い女性がとても親切でした。オペラのコンサートの予約をしてくれたりフィレンツェに戻るバスのタイムテーブルを印刷してくれました。また朝食の際にもカプチーノにサービスなどお代わりも迅速に対応してくれました。大聖堂が見える部屋でとても良かったです。静かにくつろげるリビングルームも有りました。お勧めです。何故一つ星なのか理解出来ません。ヴェニスやフィレンツェの3星ホテルよりずっと綺麗で快適でした。

Fine hotel to stay in Siena. Location is in the centre so great to explore the city. Would not recommend trying to reach the hotel by car (we tried, it was horrible), just park outside the ancient citywalls and walk 10 minutes. Rooms were a bit noisy, could hear the alarms going off of the people staying next to us. Luckily we had pretty quiet people next to us. Breakfast was very good.
