Terms & Conditions - Please bring a valid ID or passport for check-in. - Check-in: From 14:00 onwards - Check-out: By 12:00 noon - Reception Hours: 07:00 – 22:00 - Payment: Cash and credit cards accepted (Visa, MasterCard). A 3% surcharge applies for credit card payments. *Your card will be pre-authorized. If the card does not work, we will contact you to unlock it or provide a new card. If a new card is not provided within the specified timeframe, the booking will be cancelled. Additionally, if the card’s expiry date is before the check-in date, the booking will be considered cancelled. - Breakfast: Included for all room types, DIY style. - Towels: Private rooms provided free. Dorm rooms: towel rental at 50 THB per stay plus 100 THB refundable deposit. - Car Parking: 100 THB per car per night for dormitory guests. - Cancellation/Amendment: Must be made at least 1 day prior to arrival to avoid charges. - No-show: Charged as 1 night stay. - Key Deposit: 100 THB per key (refundable upon return). Child & Extra Person Policy - Children under 7 years stay free (must stay in a private room with parent/guardian; no extra bed provided). - Ages 7–11 years in private rooms: 150 THB per night. - Ages 12 and older in private rooms: 300 THB per night. - Children 7 years and older can stay in dormitory rooms at the standard adult bed rate. - No extra beds or cots available. - All guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. House Rules - Quiet hours: 22:00 – 07:00. Please keep noise to a minimum for everyone’s comfort. - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hostel. Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided. - The hostel is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings. Facilities - Free WiFi is available throughout the hostel — perfect for planning your next adventure or staying connected. - Luggage storage is free for up to 1 month; thereafter, a fee of 300 THB per bag per month applies. - Laundry facilities are coin-operated and available on site. - Join our free weekly activities — BBQ party every Saturday and cooking class every Sunday! - TV Lounge: Relax in our TV lounge equipped with a Smart TV connected to the internet, allowing you to enjoy YouTube, Netflix, and other streaming services during your stay. - Board Games: Feel free to ask our staff for board games available in the TV lounge — perfect for relaxing evenings and socializing with fellow guests. - Complimentary refreshments: Enjoy free drinking water from our filtered water machines, ice, tea, coffee, and snacks available throughout the day.
