We travel a lot as a family for my son’s sports and this was one of the worst stays we had. We arrived friday night, tired from work and travel (we travelled 3hours from OKC), then we got stuck inside their elevator for 20mins!! The elevator got warmer quickly. It was not handled well by the staff and my husband has to call the local fire dept to help us. As soon as the firemen areived, the staff was able to get us out. The elevator was still broken…We were supposed to be on the 3rd floor and we have wagons and suitcases with us. I think she was expecting us to just use the stairs with all the luggages we have after what happened?? My husband asked if we can have the ground floor instead so we dont have to take the elevator. She immediately said, i dont think they have available rooms at the first floor. So we are like what?? She ran to the front and made us wait for a while and came back that she can move us to the ground floor. Its been a while and my kids are still traumatized riding the elevator after what happened to us and will remind me what happened there. We had my diabetic senior mom with us and she didnt feel good already that time.. nobody reached out to us after this incident and not even given an apology!!

Room was clean beds were hard!! Gym needed up dating. Treadmills were on there last leg. Slow starting up and made roaring noise the entire time I was on it. Tried the other one and it was worse. No towels in the gym or cleaning supplies or sanitizer.

Hand downs, the staff from the front desk to housekeeping and maintenance team all showed great hospitality. the rooms were nice and clean. T he parking lot was lite and lots of parking space.

We weren’t informed until after we checked in that the pool was closed for maintenance. That was a bummer because that is one reason we booked a two night stay there. We were told it would be open that evening but it never was. Overall the staff was friendly enough and breakfast was filling. Not sure if we’d stay there a second time but die this trip it was okay.

Do NOT stay here! We stayed the night as we were passing through with a truck and a trailer and it seemed as though reviews were good. The hotel itself was fine, but upon waking up in the morning, we came out to find that our trailer, that was parked out front, had been broken into. When I told the manager staffed at the time, she didn’t seem shocked and also said this never has happened. We later found out after speaking to a number of police officers in the area that they would never recommend staying at this hotel because this is CONSTANTLY happening. The hotel is just outside a large shopping plaza, which led us to believe it would be safe. Highly disappointed and even more frustrated to find out this is a common occurrence and yet nobody is keeping an eye out on the lot.

The outside of the hotel was nice, and it was a good price. We had stayed at a La Quinta many years ago and it was nasty, so we have not stayed since. Due the price, we decided to try it. NEVER AGAIN. The bathroom was not very clean; broken tiles on the shower and the floor. The shower curtain was old and smeared. We chose this hotel due to the weight room and pool & hot tub. The hot tub was roped off with CAUTION tape, and one of the treadmills had a sign on it that said it was broken. My daughter tried the other treadmill, and it was clearly malfunctioning too. If you went faster than 2.0 mph, it would abruptly stop right in the middle of a fast pace walk. Breakfast was just mediocre.

Unfortunately the pool was green so I would not let the children swim in it with 100° outside and 100% humidity I feel like that should be a needed amenity if advertised. Breakfast was above average beds were very comfortable.

Gross, dank, and mildew smelling room, with no ventilation. I cut my 2-night stay short. Front desk couldn’t edit my stay, so conveniently no refund for night 2. I wasn’t even asked why I was leaving early. Which was very telling.

I arrived in the almost earlier part of the morning and was exhausted so I didn’t have time to review my hotel, however upon waking up and seeing the filthy, torn, broken furniture I was so taken back, not to mention the nasty out dated furniture, the doors had obvious water warping, microwave was not clean.. the whole room was not clean! So I spoke with front desk to have us moved to a much better room, to only find mold in the bathroom of the next room and unfortunately had to return to our original room. Staff was absolutely amazing and that’s about it! I do not recommend and I will upload my video to my tiktok because La Quinta must do better! People pay all their money with an expectation to have a clean decent room.

The room was clean and well put together, I’ve been to many La Quinta inns and this one was by far the nicest. The housekeepers make the room spotless and comfortable. Front desk, I wish I could remember her name, was very kind and helpful. She did great!

The first problem was there was a huge hole in the ceiling of the hallway with a tub underneath to catch water from what looks like a roof leak. I was worried about what the condition of the room would be like being that it was right next to the leak in the hallway. The hallway and room smelled like mildew from the carpet being wet. The room was not clean at all. The carpet was wet. The tub looked like someone had just gotten out of it still water left in it. I immediately reported this to the staff. They changed me to another room on a different floor which was much better. The Wi-Fi was slow. I didn’t do breakfast at all. Overall, the hotel is a no. It smells, could be a lot cleaner, and need major updates.

The pillows and the blankets were thin and not comforting. the blanket was a basket weave type, not plush at at. There will 3 pillows on a queen size bed and I needed all three stacked together for the right size.

There were no showers in the pool area. Also no towels on the poolside. Water pressure in the bathroom was ridiculously low, it took forever to wash your hair! Otherwise clean and nice hotel.

Check in staff was great and breakfast was standard. Coffee was delicious. I could not get the window blacked out as the curtains do not shut completely, but it could've been operator error... Other than that it was a great stay!

Do not stay here unless you’re desperate for a room. Walls are paper thin. Mattress was absolutely terrible! We slept in opposite direction due to mattress was so worn out and collapsed

Check in was a little chaotic. I got my keys and went to my room, the keys didn’t work. I go back to the front desk and she “fixes” my keys. Before I can go to test the key my husband calls and says a family just walked into our room. I head back to the front desk to get a new room or an explanation and she tells me I am in a different room in a different floor. I finally make it up the room. There is still tape on the walls from a terrible paint job in the bathroom .Additionally, the pillows are so flat and old. I won’t be staying at this location again

Most of it was fine but the pillows were small lumps not good. Some one unplugged the tv cable. Then on our last night. The smoke alarm started chirping ( needed a new battery) called front desk. Said they would call back in15 min. Never called. So I called 1/2 hour later. Front desk said they couldn’t come up for an hour. They said no maintenance and didn’t know where the batteries are. So over an hour and half later someone came to replace the battery. Didn’t bring a latter. Used our chair.( OSHA issue) All we got was an apology. They said the maintenance locked up latter. Not sure where they got the battery. This seems unacceptable for a hotel. Shouldn’t have to endure an hour and a 1/2 of chirping. Said they didn’t have another room to place us when I requested it. But saw on Hotels. Com there was another room.

We stayed here 3 nights. We were in town for a Cowboys game. Our room was not cleaned one time. We did have someone knock on our door once but it was in the evening after we had been out all day. We didn’t want to leave our room when we had been gone most of the day. We don’t stay in Air B&Bs for this reason primarily. I want my bed made and fresh towels daily. The girl did offer us fresh towels when she knocked on the door. Other than that, we didn’t see any staff! Checking out, the guy told me to just throw my keys in a basket and they would get to it later. No customer service at this hotel AT ALL. The bed is hard and the pillows are so hard they won’t even fold in half. Good luck getting hot water for a shower… took a good 6-7 minutes of running water for it to get warm. I’ve never experienced a hotel quite like this one! Would not recommend!!

The hotel and our room was clean, however, the staff was absolutely horrible to deal with. My friend (she is in a wheelchair) and I stayed there last weekend and as we were trying to leave for a concert, the elevator wouldn't come up to the 2nd floor. I went down to ask about it and was told it overheated and the lady couldn't leave the front desk to reset it. We would have to wait until she had time. It was around 5:30 in the evening and apparently, there was nobody else to reset it. I asked about how long it would be as she was literally stuck on the 2nd floor and was told it would be a while and again, we would just have to wait! I ended up having to find 2 men to carry her down two flights of stairs so that we could leave. Tried to speak with the Manager the next morning and the manager told me she was worried about dealing with breakfast (buffet was full of food!) and would have to talk to me later. Then came back up to me while I waited to get food to tell me she didn't have time to talk and would call up to our room later in the morning. My friend said that in the 20 years she has been wheelchair bound, she has never been treated like this!!

I love this area close to... Walmart , food, gas, and the highway is right there... nice hotel sitting off by itself... will be back next time I'm in fort Worth...I can't think of anything that was out of the norm...

The location of the hotel is convenient to many shopping and attractions in the Arlington area. The room was clean and comfortable. The check in and check out process was quick and easy. The breakfast was good as well. The only improvement to the breakfast area is the way it is set up. There isn't much room for several people at one time to get the breakfast items. This could be resolved by simply rearranging the way the breakfast is set up where the most frequent breakfast items are in a straight line versus being in a corner. I certainly enjoyed staying at this hotel and would stay there again. One note is they do not offer shuttle service to DFW airport.

Overall, great experience. Hotel was close to the highway, making it easy to come and go and explore the city. It was out of the way enough that we didn't get city noise and felt safe leaving our car un the lot. My only issue is one of saftey: we were missing a smoke detector in our room.
