il posto è bello: stanze pulite e spaziose, angolo cottura con gli utensili necessari. L'accoglienza è stata molto bella e in caso di bisogno disponibile ( filo alle ora 19,00) a risolverle. Al piano terra un accogliente salottino dove si può consumare, gratuitamente, bevande calde. Un posto da consigliare e che sicuramente ci ritorneremo

Hotel is close to Siena and the check-in person (Gabriela) was very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious, functional with easy parking in front of the building and just a 3 minute drive to garage in Siena old-town so very convenient to visit this beautiful city. Excellent value for the money.

Letti scomodissimi, sopratutto il divano letto. I cuscini sono scomodissimi anch’essi! Se si è sul lato strada si sente tutto!!!! Nella reception c’era una macchina del caffè gratuita, ma cge purtroppo era fuori servizio! L’acqua conviene portarsela perché il frigo self service (a pagamento) ha una capacità limitata ed io son dovuto uscire per comprare l’acqua.

Very nice place to stay. Came with my family of 4 adults. Loved the location of the hotel. Room was large and accommodating. Hotel has laundry machine one can pay to use and free coffee. On site parking was a bonus. 7 min ride to Siena. Very hospitable staff and friendly. Highly recommend

Parkering var bra. Köket och köksutrustning var i mindre bra skick. Sängen hade en väldigt hård bäddmadrass. Fanns möjlighet att tvätta mot en avgift.

Love this ApartHotel! The 1 bedroom apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Even a laundry in the basement.

El lugar está en muy buen estado. Cómodo y limpio. La zona es tranquila y bonita. Me hubiese gustado encontrar algunas cosas más para tener una estadía más cómoda, había lavavajillas pero no esponja, teníamos jabón y shampoo ah y unas cuantas hojas de papel toalla. Hay una máquina para café gratis , eso fue muy bueno.

Struttura ben organizzata, pulita e con un’ottima posizione, il nostro appartamentino era molto spazioso e luminoso, ottimo anche il servizio self check-in La struttura risulta poi ben insonorizzata ed è dotata di tutti i comfort, al suo esterno è presente qualche ristorante, bar e supermercato raggiungibili a piedi Lo staff è gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato consigli utili e importanti Sicuramente ci torneremo!

Nel complesso la struttura dei mini appartamenti non è male ben curati nell arredo e dotazioni di base , un po rumoroso il bagno con scarsa ventilazione.

Pulitissimo, silenzioso e comodo, a pochi minuti di distanza, in auto, dal parcheggio Santa Caterina da cui, con le scale mobili, si arriva in centro. Mobilio nuovo e letti comodi.

Bellissime camere, pulite, spaziose e arredate in stile moderno.Ottima la posizione.Se dovessi tornare alloggerei sicuramente qui.

Siamo stati benissimo, pulizia e comfort eccellenti , appartamento molto carino e tranquillo. Lo consigliamo ☺️

The postive is checkin experiene is easy as the receptionist is very nice. She communicated well. The negative is the room are not insulated. You can hear other rooms closing their doors and kids running in the hallway.

Covenient Location just outside the city, good parking, washer & dryer availability was good (eventhough expensive 7 euros for washing 7 euros for drying !!) Not posible to checking between 1 and 3 pm due to “pausa pranzo”. Double Sofa bed was terrible, impossible to sleep on.

Proche du centre ville à pied. Bel appartement. Très bon accueil. Un peu bruyant la nuit car grand axe routier proche.

Enough space for a family. We were able to walk to restaurants, grocery and old city Siena.

We spent 5 days at the ApartHotel. Nice sized room kitchenette. The gentleman and Gabriella at the front desk were very helpful and pleasant taking care of us. It is 15 minutes from train station by taxi or bus. Bus 54 runs once an hour to central city.

Niemand aanwezig bij de receptie om 16:00 uur, de telefoons nummers werden niet beantwoord door personeel. We hebben heel veel tijd verloren voordat we de sleutels konden pakken. Dat is heel jammer want verder het hotel is super leuk. Je hebt twee kamers met keuken en genoeg ruimte voor de rolstoelgebruikers.

This leg of our 2.5wk trip was greatly disrupted by a bazaar accident we had on the autostrada, just minutes before arriving at the hotel. It was too early for checking, but we had planned to drop off the bags. We just happened to catch Valentina before she left for a couple of hours, & she was so sweet & sympathetic. We were rattled by what had happened, & she went out of her way to comfort us. She helped us connect our phones to the Wifi & offered us refreshments while we waited for housekeeping to prepare our room (early, due to the circumstances). She later made multiple phone calls on our behalf, trying to connect us with local police, towing services, rental car agency, etc. Due to recent storms & short staffing, no one was responding, & Valentina (& her colleague, Giana?) tried so hard to comfort & help us. We are most grateful. As for the hotel, it's clean, modern & well-appointed. Light & bright apartment that is just adjacent to the busline into the old town (get tickets at the cafe or Tobacci). My only complaint (constructive criticism) is the living room area: We had a daybed instead of sofa, which was very uncomfortable, & there was no coffee table or end tables on which to set a drink. There was only a single light over the dining area, so at night it was unpleasantly dark. The simple addition of a side chair, an accent table & a floor lamp or two would have made the space perfectly suitable, but swapping the hard daybed for a sofa would have made it 5 stars.

We spent 5 days at the ApartHotel. Nice sized room kitchenette. The gentleman and Gabriella at the front desk were very helpful and pleasant taking care of us. It is 15 minutes from train station by taxi or bus. Bus 54 runs once an hour to central city.

Appartement avec salle douche et WC un peu petit. L'appartement est propre et situé a 23 mn à pied de la vieille ville. Quelles centaines de mètres se font directement sur la route. Faites attention a bien être repérable des voitures.

L'aparthotel di per sé era adeguato, in po' datato, forse andrebbe un po' ristrutturato in alcune parti. La posizione è un po' lontana dalla città e ci sono pochi collegamenti per raggiungerla. Bisogna usare la macchina. Personale disponibile e cordiale. Luogo tranquillo.

Comoda per parcheggiare, un po distante dal centro ma con fermata bus a pochi metri.
