“Aparthotel” is the brand of this range of properties and I wouldn’t say it describes this venue, which is more like a hostel - because the small kitchen is shared. The bedroom was large and the bathroom / shower were very nice. The single bed appeared unused as it was dusty, which suggests the beds aren’t routinely changed if they appear unused. There were a couple of hairs on the towel and cobwebs on the ceiling, but most of the place seemed clean. Though the bedroom wall/ceiling was cracked and parts needed cleaning/repainting. The bed was sufficient though some of the pillows were very flat. The breakfast provisions were fairly basic but sufficient for a short stay. Eggs, bacon, bread, cornflakes, milk, fruit juice. You cook for yourself (when there is space in the kitchen) and clean up after yourself. It was a cheap stay but I would prefer to stay at a hotel next time.

This is a budget hotel at best and suited my needs. The rear rooms all back onto a busy railway line. Roons were clean and functional, with a dropbox to collect the electronic room key. Breakfast is self help in the kitchen and fridge well stocked with bread, bacon, eggs and orange juice etc. All in it did what it said on the tin.

Excellent property and brilliant for a short stay. Very easy process to check in and check out. Limited parking on site which meant I had to park on the streets a little walk away from the place. Luckily, it was a weekend which meant I was able to park on the permit holders bay otherwise, I would've been stuck. There was a student party happening close by which meant loud music was being played. Also, the kitchen was closed at 10pm and we arrived late so had to eat the food cold as we did not have access to a microwave.

Expected a value for money no frills room. Room was basic, but spacious, clean and comfortable. However, it felt like there were several long term residents and felt like a hostel or HMO. Two fridges given over to them, a third fridge for short term stays. The whoke kitchen was dirty and scruffy, and the fridge for guests diy breakfast not the cleanest. Eggs, bacon, milk, an inch of apple juice and spread. All the bread was wholemeal. Not recommended.

The apartment was clean and tidy and the staff we met were friendly we only booked for one night and as far as the room was concerned all was good. The stay itself was ok but our only issue was the do it yourself breakfast as you needed to cook the food yourself in a well equipped kitchen but deciding we didn't want to cook opted for cereal but there was none to be found which was dissapointing.

Comfortable enough. Clean, modern room. However, breakfast was not available from 7am. I went down at 07:20 and couldn’t access the kitchen for breakfast, which was locked. I arrived slightly late for check-in but there were no issues - thank you. Railway running 20 yards from my bedroom window was less than ideal and was pretty noisy. Fortunately, I was so tired I slept!

We stayed for a night - at least it was just one since I wouldn't like to repeat the experience. I booked a regular double room and they allocated us one of the first rooms - absolutely awful. It had an accessibility bathroom: Mold in walls, the space to take a shower was a heinous. The bed was horrible. The mattress was so old. As soon we took the sheet on top we could see two forms where other people slept. It was so noisy when I just moved sides. The room had an old carpet. Windows didn't isolated from the cold. The room wasn't very clean. No contact with the staff besides when we did the check-in. Not even a good afternoon, but just a mention where we would be staying and taking the key card from the box and given it to us. Not sure how other guests can recommend this place for the price you pay per night.

This hotel was cheap and cheerful. The room was clean as was the bathroom. The bed was comfy and check in was nice and easy with friendly hotel staff. We used the free parking outside the front of the hotel where there were numerous spots available. I would happily stay here again in the future.

The hotel was ideally situated for me to work. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The only issue is the noise from other rooms and the railway line due to the lack of sound proofing. If this was improved, it would be the idea hotel to stay.

Stay was ok the shower head wouldn’t stay up and every time the taps was was used the screeching comes from pipes even if others in rooms upstairs use tap it’s awful apart from that all was good

From the start the communication was excellent and the host, could not have been more professional and friendly. If you're expecting Claridge or the Ritz, then this is not for you. How ever, if you're content with a clean and tidy surrounding (albeit looking a little tired and in need of refreshing) that's certainly value for money, This Is The Place you need to be. I genuinely would have stayed longer, but unsurprisingly, it was booked up. Will definitely make to this direction when next in the area. Thank you.

Joe the Manager provided great service to us. Rugs could have used a shampooing. Kitchen walls could have used repainting as there were splatter stains from prior use. Communal kitchen for free breakfast was on your own to cook or make. Bread for toast; butter; jam; milk; cereal; apple juice; orange juice; bacon and eggs. Kitchen dishes and cookware provided. Communal sitting area for eating or resting to watch TV; listen to music or read. Change of towels on request and no maid service. But, everything else was fine. The monorail train noise went from about 7:00 a.m. till 11:00 p.m. at night, but lasted maybe less than 5 seconds and the sound was pretty light and didn't bother us much.

The apartment was clean and tidy and the staff we met were friendly we only booked for one night and as far as the room was concerned all was good. The stay itself was ok but our only issue was the do it yourself breakfast as you needed to cook the food yourself in a well equipped kitchen but deciding we didn't want to cook opted for cereal but there was none to be found which was dissapointing.

This hotel was cheap and cheerful. The room was clean as was the bathroom. The bed was comfy and check in was nice and easy with friendly hotel staff. We used the free parking outside the front of the hotel where there were numerous spots available. I would happily stay here again in the future.

This is a budget hotel at best and suited my needs. The rear rooms all back onto a busy railway line. Roons were clean and functional, with a dropbox to collect the electronic room key. Breakfast is self help in the kitchen and fridge well stocked with bread, bacon, eggs and orange juice etc. All in it did what it said on the tin.

When I arrived, I found an empty space for my car otherwise I would have had to paid to park it elsewhere. My room was at the front of the hotel, upstairs, which meant I could keep an eye on my car. I, and everyone else, had to help ourselves to what ever was in the fridge and make it ourselves. There was a bus stop, a few minutes walk away, in Brighton Road if I felt like going towards Wimbledon or Hackbridge. The train station was further on. The trains went to either Victoria, London Bridge, Epsom or Dorking and, sometimes, were a good service. There is a small Tesco Express, between the bus stop and the station in Brighton Road for anyone wanting to buy something.

I arrived slightly late for check-in but there were no issues - thank you. Railway running 20 yards from my bedroom window was less than ideal and was pretty noisy. Fortunately, I was so tired I slept!

The price is okay considering how much hotels in the area are charging. The family room was a good size. There wasn't much in the fridge to cook breakfast, and somebody took my water bottle. But overall, I'd recommend it if you want to stay in the area and don't want to pay a fortune.

“Aparthotel” is the brand of this range of properties and I wouldn’t say it describes this venue, which is more like a hostel - because the small kitchen is shared. The bedroom was large and the bathroom / shower were very nice. The single bed appeared unused as it was dusty, which suggests the beds aren’t routinely changed if they appear unused. There were a couple of hairs on the towel and cobwebs on the ceiling, but most of the place seemed clean. Though the bedroom wall/ceiling was cracked and parts needed cleaning/repainting. The bed was sufficient though some of the pillows were very flat. The breakfast provisions were fairly basic but sufficient for a short stay. Eggs, bacon, bread, cornflakes, milk, fruit juice. You cook for yourself (when there is space in the kitchen) and clean up after yourself. It was a cheap stay but I would prefer to stay at a hotel next time.

Excellent property and brilliant for a short stay. Very easy process to check in and check out. Limited parking on site which meant I had to park on the streets a little walk away from the place. Luckily, it was a weekend which meant I was able to park on the permit holders bay otherwise, I would've been stuck. There was a student party happening close by which meant loud music was being played. Also, the kitchen was closed at 10pm and we arrived late so had to eat the food cold as we did not have access to a microwave.

Two fridges given over to them, a third fridge for short term stays. The whoke kitchen was dirty and scruffy, and the fridge for guests diy breakfast not the cleanest. Eggs, bacon, milk, an inch of apple juice and spread. All the bread was wholemeal. Not recommended.

Beakfast included, but no info about self-service: You had to make your own food, and wash the dishes. Not hygienic in the kitchen - dirty cutleries, plates etc. I also think the bed was poor, feeling the springs in my back. Overrated aparthotel.

More of a hostel feel than hotel… no true reception area, we were greeted by, potentially, the cleaner? The room was nothing special, incredibly basic. The oven was broken. The shower unit was filthy. Overall, considering what was advertised we were severely under impressed.
