Firstly, the staff are the friendliest people I have ever met, they truly went beyond what I have come to expect throughout my travels. Our room was amazing and had all the amenities you could ask for. If I ever stay in Yilan again, I’ll come back here.

這次訂了4人家庭房空間很大，床很好睡，冷氣很涼是雙房雙床型，雙廁所、雙洗臉盆還有獨立化粧室浴室很大、有雙人浴池和SPA室適合親子入住因為浴室都是透明玻璃+木條裝飾，隱私性沒那麼好

還行，價格實惠，服務親切。入浴經驗很好，烤箱讃。雖然訂四人房入住二人，但一張床完全沒舖，所有用品均只有二人份。雖標示日式房，但真的一張椅子都沒有，對年長長很不方便。床有點太軟，早餐沒什麼特別。
