We were able to upgrade to the executive lounge for a nominal fee and it was worth it. The staff there bent over backwards to serve us. The food options were perfect for a full breakfast or for appetizers in the evening. The Guest Relations team under Maica (Teody, Kylie, Chef Nica) even gave my husband some pastries and balloon for his bday. Now that's service! We also had a family reunion at the buffet and it was outstanding. The staff was patient as some of our relatives were delayed. We've stayed at this Marco Polo several times over the years and the property continues to be well maintained and pristine. We'll return again!

Our stay was relaxing yet refreshing. We availed the use of the gym, swimming pool, and hot tub. They were all very nice. But the massage afterwards was to die for. We will definitely be staying here again.

This is a great hotel in a good area. Walking distance to great shopping. Staff is exceptional. Pool on the 22nd floor is very nice and relaxing. It is worth getting a hotel like this further from the airport.

First, I love the view from my room. Friendly staff! Excellent food options. Definitely upgrade to the VIP lounge so you have access to light food and drinks until 10pm (last call for orders at 7:30). They make good cappuccino if that what’s your in too. You also get a discount at the restaurant if you are a guest at the hotel. Rooms are very clean which a person with germ phobia like me will appreciate. There’s a lot of people but the friendly staff take time to remember you by your first name. Nice gym, nice pool but I don’t get a time to check it out. I planned to eat out but the restaurant in the property kept me satisfied so I just stayed in. Lastly, I’ve stayed at many 5 stars hotel in Manila and I can now say, I added this hotel to one of my favorites. This is my first time here but highly recommend this hotel.

The 20m indoor pool with spa pool on the 22nd floor is amazing. The food is awesome rooms are amazing and staff are professional and polite. It is a hotel for business travellers, solo travellers and families.

You can never go wrong with Marco Polo. The rooms are well designed, always clean. Staff is always helpful and available. Amenities are top notch, easy access to transport and the major malls in the area. Literally cannot go wrong with Marco Polo.

The staff is excellent, the amenities at the hotel are also great. Especially the flow spa is TOP NOTCH & the gym next door is also satisfactory. My bath tub was dirty however and not properly cleaned I have taken pictures as well this is not acceptable from a 5 star hotel. Besides this and the room window view where one was constantly confronted with construction workes who without blinking kept starring at one from the neighboring construction site, the hotel as well as room were top notch.

This is the first time i stayed at Marco Polo and I was not disappointed. The staff are very polite and they were nice. The breakfast was really good, and a lot of options to choose from. The room is clean, I love the rain shower head. The only thing I noticed in the bathroom is, the floor in the shower door. I”m not sure if it’s molds on the floor or just needs more cleaning. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely consider to stay here again if we ever visit the Philippines in the near future.

We were taken care really well in the past (2019 and 2022) and the first 11 days of our stay for Aug-Sept 2025. Though, on our last check-in on Sept 15-20, the bathroom was full of black mold, stains on bed sheet and shower drain clogged/flooded. We had to be transferred three times and the final room we were put on was nice and clean but had zero views and pretty sure the opposite building can see us clearly on our window, hence we spent most of the time with closed window curtains. On our first check-in for Aug 30-Sept10, 2025. The staff including the manager took really care of us, upgrading our room and making sure we had a nice view! Somehow, the staff on our check-in for Sept15-20, 2025 was a bit uptight, they hesitated to put us in a upgraded room with a nice view, they finally put us in upgraded room with zero view after complaining for the third time and showing them pics of the bathroom molds, stains… Maybe time to try a different hotel if Marco Polo rooms have molds and bed sheet stains… Although, other staffs were awesome! Some guards greeted properly while other guards on the parking lot were a snob! One guard was really helpful, he asked if I would like to save the parking spot since there will be a lot of guests that day attending a convention.

Its a busy ,older hotel. My room although non-smoking smells like cigarette smoke, mini bar was leaking within me using it. The staff are mostly friendly, attentive, helpful. The buffet offered array of different dishes, very exquisite.

The woman who checked us in was very nice. Later found out the the TV had no signal. They said I should have received a notice. Was told about it during the check in. I noticed water leaking down the wall from something upstairs. The room was dark. Not enough light. Room was very noisy. Could hear all the street noise. Won’t be back. Going back to Makati Diamond.

Good location and near to eatery and Ayala mall. Try to stay in rooms away from the road and away from MetroWalk as it is very noisy and there can be loud music if you are a light sleeper. Overall rooms are clean , breakfast spread is sumptuous, rooms are clean, toilet are stuffed with Amenities and bed is comfy (pillow too soft though). And the hotel even features a rooftop bar which has an outdoor area for a bird’s eye view of the city!

You owe it to yourself to stay here, even if only 1 night. From Nicola at the front desk to perfect rooms, and a dining experience that rivals the best symphony. Everything in the correct order, perfect timing, spectacular movements and climactic finish. If your in Manila you would be doing an injustice not to stay at the Marco Polo.

One of the best hotel room which I have stayed in Manila, much better than the famous S on EDSA. Spacious room with great view. Separate shower, bathtub and toilet area with two sinks. One complaint is the lift system which can be confusing, and quite slow due to high floor and occupancy. Second its breakfast restaurant is relatively small, had to wait for 10-15 min everyday to get a table.

This hotel is overall nice. But they still have issues with the staff. Restaurant service quite poor for a 4 star hotel. My wife and I were seated at breakfast. They asked our drink order. Water and latte. After we went to get our food at the buffet nothing had been served. They had put empty glasses on our table. The water was 20 feet away. You would think that at an upscale restaurant, they would make it a priority to serve water to the patrons. And they didn't know how to make a latte. They drinks came luke warm. I asked the manager. They made two new lattes. One was hot. The other luke warm again. Not good for a high end hotel. Also at break time, all the sofas for the guests at the lounge/check in were occuppied by employees texting on break, for maybe 30 minutes. Is there no break area for employees. I have never seen in a hotel, and a highly rated one at that, the employees on break occupying the check in area and relaxing on their phones. Also, as with the bad service, the bar upstairs, I ordered wine and accompanying water. The waiters forgot the water two times. I had to walk to the bar and ask the bartender for water. Turns out there was no bottled water at the bar, and they had to go get it somewhere else. When the waiter came back he had an attitude. I had to ask for water 3 times. Marco Polo should improve their staff training.

In my experience, what sets the Marconi Ortigas apart from the other 5-star properties at which I have stayed, is the staff. From the friendly and professional members working the entrance to the front desk, it was all wonderful. Special note is appropriate for the skilled and excellent staff members working the Concierge Desk. The airlines misplaced my luggage and I was having no luck with them. In comes the MarcoPolo concierge desk to the rescue! I couldn't ask for better or more personal service. They made my problem their problem and solved in a matter of hours. Whenever I return to Manila, I won't consider staying anywhere els than the MarcoPolo, Ortigas.

This property is pretty and the rooms are so nice. Service is terrible. Luckily there is a 711 downstairs. If you want good service at breakfast -- forget it. Good service on 24th floor bar -- forget it. Good service at VU bar? Forget it. Getting a water for a customer results in confusion and delays. Clearly the staff is not well trained. I ordered room service. Two items. They forgot to bring one and sent to a different room. At a 4-5 star hotel, the idea is to relax. Not possible here with all the mistakes.

Nice hotel b it very far 2hrs from Airport in peak hour. Room was nice and facilities good. Toilet couldn’t flush turds down but that was eventually fixed. Good enough to stay at and eat Jollie Bee HQ chicken 24hours a day next door.

The entire staff were so helpful and always professional, I was so impressed and they made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. This is a long stop before my international flight and I needed a good rest as well as shopping. I’m so happy I tried this hotel. Very convenient to shopping malls and restaurants. Quite, clean with a nice view. Gave me excellent service from the entrance to my room. Housekeeping and bellmen were commendable. Your check in counters were also courteous and accommodating!

Quite decent hotel. The staff is very friendly and service minded. The rooms had a great size and everything you need is there. The gym was decent with good equipement. The breakfast was super good, and had lots to choose from. The hotel also have an skybar with a wide view of the city (180 degrees). The price of the rooms are fair, but the bar/restaurants etc are way overpriced (taste decent but nothing exceptional). Example: I payed around 600 php for a standard mango shake. The day after I checked in at Shangri-la and orderd a mango shake and it taste excellent, and cost half the price. So to sum it up, a pleasent stay with fair price for the room but slightly overpriced when buying food drinks. Service and hospitality are on point.

I book this hotel based on my experience at Marco Polo, Cebu City, the Breakfast is Amazing and Alot of choices, sadly Marco Polo Pasig Breakfast was Horrible and nothing like MP CEBU, at $25 US @ day its pricey, as well as MP CEBU breakfast was included in my booking, MP PASIG i had to add it on separate, but thatcalso allowed me to ask them to remove it from my bill, I did ored the Room service Cesar Salad and french fries, but not worth the $40 US Charge, I transfered to Seda Norh, Great hotel great food.

No complaints at all. Everything was great, excellent actually. Room, service, breakfast offering, etc. One thing that was disappointing was the Chinese restaurant, which didn't seem to have the same high standard of service as the rest of the hotel. Nor did we find the meals we ordered of particularly high quality. Other than this, I highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

My family enjoyed everything this hotel provided. The pool, spa and restaurants are amazing. Rooms are amazing cold drinks and snacks for a small price and every bath toiletries are provided you don’t need to bring anything. Must have the city view once you book.
