El hotel está en remodelación y eso jamás lo mencionan antes de hacer la reserva. Hay mucho ruido por la construcción y amenidades como la del spa, no están abiertas. El área de la alberca está en medio de la remodelación y no hay dónde poner tus cosas para meterte. Si quieres ir a este hotel a descansar y dormir definitivamente NO es una buena opción ya que con el ruido de los trabajadores más el ruido de las otras habitaciones es imposible.

Excellent check in with friendly staff. Quaint and clean room. Very close to everything including ferry . Garden area and pool in need of work. It would have been good to have a fridge.

Great stay. Given complementary drink tickets for the bar on arrival. Rooms clean and comfortable, restaurant onsite with a great breakfast menu. Sports bar on site where it’s nice to have a drink prior to retiring in the evening. Every single staff person we encountered was happy and polite. Class act!!

There is a lot of construction happening at the hotel and it was very noisy the majority of the day time. There was a hole in the path near the pool that is unsafe. Power was out when we arrived- probably because of the construction since facilities around had power. That issue was fixed by night. No ac or microwave in the room but there is availability in a nearby shared space. Staff was friendly. When the construction is done it will be great.

L'endroit est très bien situé à distance de marche du ferry et de la plage et près de plusieurs commodités (restaurants, dépanneurs, guichet, boutiques). La chambre est belle, spacieuse, confortable. Personnel très sympathique. La douche est le principal problème : pression variable entre très peu et peu et température variable entre plutôt froid et tiède. Chacun de nous n'a pas eu la chance de profiter du tiède, c'était très aléatoire. Piscine assez brouille à notre arrivée, mieux plus tard. Mais avec la mer à quelques pas, c'est plutôt là qu'on s'est baigné. La cour arrière est vraiment belle. Mais amenez du chasse-moustique (et ça, c'est pas que pour l'hôtel, mais pour toute l'île).

Bra men enkla rum som funkar en kortare tid. Tyvärr väldigt trög toalett och avlopp så det luktade och var en ständig oro att det skulle bli stopp. Poolen var avstängd flera dagar. ACn funkade utmärkt

Très bel endroit et le staff est incroyable. Endroit tranquille en plein milieu du centre-ville de Holbox. Facilité pour se déplacer et aller un peu partout. Le seul petit problème était un manque d'eau froide et de pression ainsi que la piscine était non-fonctionnelle durant les 3 premiers jours... Mais aussinon, ce fût merveilleux

es el peor hotel que me e quedado en mi vida hel hotel esta muy bien de diseño pero subren mucho de agua y luz yo me quede 3 noches y en esos dias se fua como 10 veces la luz y 10 veces el agua, ya se que la isla sufre de eso pero en esa ocacion todos tenian lus en la isla menos ese hotel y de agua ya mejor no dijo, y tembien en mi balcon estaba una palona muerta y se tardaron un dia en quitarla, no cambian las tuallas y asi.

We had a nice stay here. Very pretty facility and building. The included breakfast in the connected restaurant was great, and the restaurant staff was very friendly. We did have bed bugs, but thats not entirely in their control. When we let the staff know they moved us to a new room right away. :) The outdoor area around the pool is beautiful and has lots of small wildlife: you can spot gheckos and birds in the surrounding trees. Our water was having some issues and wouldnt work somtimes. But I think that may have just been because they were doing some work on the system. The two kitties that live there are super sweet and cute. Overall it was a nice stay, the island is beautiful!!

Super zentral gelegene Unterkunft, zu Fuß vom Hafen aus erreichbar. Die Sauberkeit in dieser Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen, wirklich super. Zu empfehlen sind die "Suites" im modernen Vorderhaus. Dort nach einem Zimmer abgewandt zur Straße fragen. Ab ca. 22 Uhr gibt es keinen Straßenlärm mehr und auf der Insel kehrt Nachtruhe ein. Die günstigsten Zimmer liegen im alten Gebäude hinter dem Pool.

En general bien, esta bien ubicado y limpio pero mi regadera no funcionó los 2 días que estuve ahí, me dijeron que recién arreglaron una bomba de agua y que tal vez tenia aire, que dejara correr el agua un tiempo pero no funcionó, salía un chorrito que no ayudaba en nada.

Que des problèmes. Fuite d'eau dans la salle d'eau, mécanisme des wc défectueux, pas de pression pour la douche et pas deau chaude. Siphon de douche sale. Lors d'une averse, fuite dans la chambre au niveau du split de la clim, literie mouillée. Quant au petit déjeuner, cest vraiment un tout petit déjeuner...

Ovwral it was ok but it could have been better. Tthey could work on their greeting and make the lobby a bit nicer. Honestly, we were confused at first if we were at the right place because when we arrived to the lobby, a bunch of people were sitting there and no one greeted us or said anything until we asked where we could do the check-in. I'm not a big fan of their eveyother day cleaning service. Out the 4 days and 3 nights we were there, our condo was never cleaned so I had to go ask for a change of towels. There's only AC inside the room which makes it hard to enjoy the rest of the condo when is as hot as it was when we were there. I'm not sure if anyone keeps an eye on the property during the night because there were loud people in the pool until late at night and their kid was jumping in the pool regardless of the "no diving " signs which lead to the water that came out of the pool to make a big puddle in the lobby.

me entregaron una habitación con muchas cosas sin servir, como cortinas de la recamara sin cubrir toda la ventana y no tener privacidad, la cortina del baño muy grande y pesada y por lo tanto se caía y su base estaba mal instalada, de los 6 días solo hicieron el aseo un solo día, solo tuve agua caliente dos días, la chapa de la puerta no cerraba bien, la podia abrir cualquier persona desde afuera, la taza del baño no tenia tapa donde sentarse y llegar a un lugar donde uno ya pago por eso y tener que decirles que lo tienen que arreglar eso no es placentero, la verdad un servicio de porqueria, un hotel malísimo

Zur Fuß zur Fähre und zum Strand in max. 10min. Saubere Zimmer nettes Ambiente. Morgens ein kleines Frühstück (Obstmüsli, süßes Gebäck und Kaffee) Außenbereich um abzukühlen und zu entspannen. In den vorderen Zimmer leider sehr laut durch die offene Bauweise.
Zur Fuß zur Fähre und zum Strand in max. 10min. Saubere Zimmer nettes Ambiente. Morgens ein kleines Frühstück (Obstmüsli, süßes Gebäck und Kaffee) Außenbereich um abzukühlen und zu entspannen. In den vorderen Zimmer leider sehr laut durch die offene Bauweise.

2 chambres, 2 ambiances La 1ere à l'étage côté jardin très correcte malgré un rideau occultant manquant et peu de serviettes pour 4. La 2eme, beaucoup plus spacieuse ( et plus chère) mais côté rue donc tres bruyant, sans oublier la laverie des 6h du matin, pas cool. En revanche, le personnel a été formidable et arrangeant à tout niveau. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, tout est fait maison, mais pourrait être un peu plus copieux . Merci pour ce bon moment.

L'endroit est très bien situé à distance de marche du ferry et de la plage et près de plusieurs commodités (restaurants, dépanneurs, guichet, boutiques). La chambre est belle, spacieuse, confortable. Bra men enkla rum som funkar en kortare tid. Tyvärr väldigt trög toalett och avlopp så det luktade och var en ständig oro att det skulle bli stopp. Poolen var avstängd flera dagar. ACn funkade utmärkt

Great place, super friendly staff and really convenient location. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby! Only major complaint was not having reliable hot water or any chairs in our room.

I had a wonderful experience at Casa Barbara. Every staff member I encountered, from the receptionist to the cleaning staff, was delightful and eager to help! Ricardo the manager was wonderful! THANK YOU for the Papaya Bread it was delicious. 1

Great stay. Given complementary drink tickets for the bar on arrival. Rooms clean and comfortable, restaurant onsite with a great breakfast menu. Sports bar on site where it’s nice to have a drink prior to retiring in the evening. Every single staff person we encountered was happy and polite. Class act!!

Un desabasto de agua terrible a cada 15 minutos no había agua y en la noche hasta el amanecer tampoco habia el líquido. Los encargados del hotel se hacían de la vista gorda y abandonaban sus labores a las 19.00 horas y ya no se podía reportar ninguna falla o faltante, una irresponsabilidad total que lo tapaban con puras mentiras. Una estancia terrible en cuanto a este hospedaje no lo recomiendo, a no ser que quieran sufrir con el agua.
Un desabasto de agua terrible a cada 15 minutos no había agua y en la noche hasta el amanecer tampoco habia el líquido. Los encargados del hotel se hacían de la vista gorda y abandonaban sus labores a las 19.00 horas y ya no se podía reportar ninguna falla o faltante, una irresponsabilidad total que lo tapaban con puras mentiras. Una estancia terrible en cuanto a este hospedaje no lo recomiendo, a no ser que quieran sufrir con el agua.

No nos respetaron la tarifa de habitación doble, nos hicieron pagar extra por un error en la reserva. La alberca es pequeña pero las instalaciones están en buen estado muy alejado de la playa y la habitación con vista a la calle es muy ruidosa. Esta es mi tercera visita a la isla hay muchas cosas que hacer y lugares lindos que visitar.

The hotel was very well set it. It was welcoming once we found it. It is a little tucked away off the main street. Intial service was very friendly. Since we arrived early, our room was not ready so we left our bags with reception and took to the town. When we came back, there was no one at reception, no response via their direct line and we struggled to get our key and access the room. Other than that, happy with our stay.

Agradable, a unas cuadras del centro y de la playa, personal amable, buenas almohadas, camas cómodas, buena salida del agua, me gustaría tuviera un frigobar o que habiliten la barra de la habitación con una pequeña cocina o una cafetera sería genial. The hotel was the perfect place for us. Location was a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Nights were quiet. The pool and grounds were beautiful. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip.

Zur Fuß zur Fähre und zum Strand in max. 10min. Saubere Zimmer nettes Ambiente. Morgens ein kleines Frühstück (Obstmüsli, süßes Gebäck und Kaffee) Außenbereich um abzukühlen und zu entspannen. In den vorderen Zimmer leider sehr laut durch die offene Bauweise.

Super zentral gelegene Unterkunft, zu Fuß vom Hafen aus erreichbar. Die Sauberkeit in dieser Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen, wirklich super. Zu empfehlen sind die "Suites" im modernen Vorderhaus. Dort nach einem Zimmer abgewandt zur Straße fragen. Ab ca. 22 Uhr gibt es keinen Straßenlärm mehr und auf der Insel kehrt Nachtruhe ein. Die günstigsten Zimmer liegen im alten Gebäude hinter dem Pool.

Location was great. Close enough to the action to walk, but far enough that it was quiet. Loved that you could hang out at their sister property’s beach club. Highly recommend this hotel.

Me encanta su ubicación ya que está cerca de todo del mar y las tiendas,el restaurante mizael es muy malo en cuestión de atención, la comida muy simple y incipida, pero el pan muy rico la atención del personal de la recepción es muy cálida, gracias Diego,la cajera del restaurante su nombre es Yara muy dulce y linda

We had a nice stay here. Very pretty facility and building. The included breakfast in the connected restaurant was great, and the restaurant staff was very friendly. We did have bed bugs, but thats not entirely in their control. When we let the staff know they moved us to a new room right away. :) The outdoor area around the pool is beautiful and has lots of small wildlife: you can spot gheckos and birds in the surrounding trees. Our water was having some issues and wouldnt work somtimes. But I think that may have just been because they were doing some work on the system. The two kitties that live there are super sweet and cute. Overall it was a nice stay, the island is beautiful!!

2 chambres, 2 ambiances La 1ere à l'étage côté jardin très correcte malgré un rideau occultant manquant et peu de serviettes pour 4. La 2eme, beaucoup plus spacieuse ( et plus chère) mais côté rue donc tres bruyant, sans oublier la laverie des 6h du matin, pas cool. En revanche, le personnel a été formidable et arrangeant à tout niveau. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, tout est fait maison, mais pourrait être un peu plus copieux . Merci pour ce bon moment.

Stayed one night. Breakfast included at the cafe on site was small - a muffin, granola and coffee but excellent quality. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was quite a basic hotel, which suited us for one night, but still would have been helpful to have a mini fridge and some bottled water in the room. We found a scorpion in our wardrobe in the morning - it had come in the night time as wasn't there when we checked in. Probably unlucky!

This was a very pleasant place to stay in! Close to everything, beach, shops, restaurants. The staff was lovely, Francisco, Ricardo and Ricardo were super friendly and helpful! Helped us book a day pass to hotel las nubes and a bioluminescence tour. We felt very comfortable and welcome. All the staff went above and beyond. The outdoor installations were beautiful! My favourite part was having breakfast in the morning while observing Holbox wildlife. Only complaint was that the listing advertised a tv in the bedroom but there was no TV. Otherwise everything was very comfortable. Cant wait to go back!
