ASHMINA HOLIDAY LET with Free onsite Parking for SMALL VANS and cars only

Room was clean, the however when booking in over the phone I asked if it was OK to get a takeaway delivered. The owner of the house said they had a fish and chips shop and by all means use them or another company to get food. As I seemed to be the only person in the house I found the kitchen and it was very dirty, no knives at all and the plates were dirty. I will not be using again even though the room itself was clean.

When I eventually managed to check in I found that my room smelt funny. The windows were open so I guessed that the smell may have come from the outside. There was no staff at the guest house for me to speak to. When I returned to the room after getting some food I found that the smell was coming from the damp mattress and the smell I believed was urine. I rung the contact number I had, but nobody answered. There was no staff at the venue. It was too late to go anywhere else so I ended up sleeping on the floor and leaving early in the morning. I still didn't see any staff. I wont be using this place again.

No TV it is was my big issue

I was met just before 11.30 pm and shown to my room. Introductions your simple and respectful. The room was comfortable with sufficient space

Friendly staff, welcoming attitude, quiet. Near my attraction, shopping, transport. will visit again.
