Perfect family Villa, for the perfect family vacation. The villa was as advertised. Perfect location, only 15minutes walk from the beach and town centre. Plenty of lovely restaurants and bars around the marina and beach front. Family of 6 had plenty of space to relax and unwind. Swimming pool was great for the entire family. Patio with sun beds, bbq was perfect for several evenings and the balconies were great for early evening sun and sunsets. Any issues we had were resolved quickly. The owner was great. Only suggestion would be plastic cups for around the pool Fantastic holiday and fantastic villa!!!!

Very nice maintained house. Clean, spacy and well equippet. Located in calm residential area with a view to the ocean from the 1st floor terrace. Fine welcome packet containing water, milk, salt & peber, instant coffee, pate and some biscuits. Nice and clean pool and good outdoor chairs, beds and lounge furniture.

Insgesamt sehr zufrieden, tolle Lage in Colonia. Fußläufig zu Strand und Restaurants. Eine der Toiletten war defekt (wurde prompt behoben). Spülmaschine defekt (Ersatzteil wurde bestellt, kam aber nicht mehr an). Einige Baustellen derzeit in der Umgebung

Das Haus ist schön gelegen und hat einen netten Poolbereich. Die Ausstattung war allerdings eher spartanisch. Von anderen Häusern sind wir es gewohnt, dass man Dinge wie Salz/Pfeffer(mühle), Haushaltstücher, Seife, Waschpulver, Geschirrspültabs etc. Bei Ankunft vorfindet. In diesem Haus gab es leider nichts davon, so dass wir am ersten Tag gleich erstmal groß einkaufen fahren mussten. Bei Ankunft war außerdem die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer defekt sowie die TV-SAT-Antenne. Die Agentur war sehr bemüht, schnell Abhilfe zu schaffen. Vielen Dank dafür! Das En-Suite-Badezimmer konnten wir nicht nutzen, da es dort sehr unangenehm aus dem Abfluss roch. Wir haben uns dann alle das andere Badezimmer geteilt, was für 10 Tage ok war. Insgesamt ist der Mietpreis für den gebotenen Komfort zu hoch.
