Really nice hotel, with nicely laid out rooms, excellent bath and a really nice outdoor patio with fireplace and fire pit.

ELEVATORS ARE OLD AND VERY, VERY SLOW. I COULD HAVE WALKED UP TO THE FIFTH FLOOR THREE TIMES AND BACK WAITING FOR THE ELEVATOR.

Next to the highway, but it isn't a busy town, so it is not that bad. Didn't keep us awake. Staff were great. Decent breakfast. The patio is lovely and I wish we had a moment to enjoy it.

Place was under construction, which was fine, but overall would have expected this to be in the hotel description when I reserved. Gym closed.

When in the hot tub, it was full of bubbles. I think there were too many chemicals. Staff were friendly. Parking was convenient. Room was clean. Breakfast was very good provided a variety of choices, hot and cold.

Location is ok in a very sleepy town. We are from Sweden and just slept here one night on our way to Niagara Falls. I really recommend this hotel.

I booked this hotel for the appearance of the exercise room. We also booked for the business office use. We have also stayed here previously and really enjoyed the place. Sadly it is not what it once was. All the treadmills were out of order and only 1 elliptical was working. The computer in the business area was broke so there was not a business center basically. The bathrub in the room was in dire need of caulk. Staff were very pleasant and tried to remedy the problems but they were not things that could be fixed onsite. I will not return it is taken a beating in 6 years since i was there last. Again the staff were awesome and the rooms were clean just worn down.

Dirty room and bathroom

We stayed in a room with a strong odor of urine by the bathroom door. Footboards were disheveled and peeling. Great sub, customer service, but housekeeping didn’t clean the bathroom at all.

Did not receive any room service. No towels. No sheets. No trash empty. No one came in the room from Monday to Friday morning. I left.

We were there for work stayed Monday to Friday and main did not clean the room once. No trash emptied no towel. Nothing will not go back there unless that’s the only thing in town

The location of this hotel to my family is excellent. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. I say almost great as for the three days I stayed there was no housekeeping, when I inquired after the first day, they said they would take care of it, but again, they skipped my room. the front desk was great with extra towels and linens but still, if I am going to pay to stay in a hotel having housekeeping is one the perks I’ve come to expect.

Hotel was just fine. Signs requested patience with their appearance while under construction. We saw no evidence of that. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and spacious.

We checked in about 4pm, and Fletcher at the front desk was very friendly and helpful... I want my nights in a hotel to be quiet ,so I'm always a little bit concerned about where my room is, and it's proximity to other (potentially) noisy guests... Happy to say, that wasn't an issue... Maybe just dumb luck, but having a room on the top floor helped, I'm sure. The room itself was clean, as was the bathroom, shower, etc... We were in a suite, and there were a few notable things about the room... I liked the fact that the shower head was up high (I'm 6'4") and it had a waterpik adjustable head on it... Also happy that the water didn't have any of that water softening stuff in it (which always seems impossible to rinse off)... Things I wasn't happy about: I prefer it when the bathroom sink and mirror are actually in the bathroom, not outside of it.... Also, I like the room to be really dark at night, and the curtains were only so-so at keeping out the light... My wife likes a night light in the bathroom, but there was no outlet to plug it into, so it had to be plugged in outside the bathroom, which killed my dark room... Another thing about the room: the television was in a weird spot on the wall, not really facing the couch/chairs or the bed, so it was difficult to watch from either of those places. The breakfast was a big letdown... Some kind of southwestern eggs with peppers (not good), sausage links that weren't too good, only the cereal and bagels and yogurt were ok

Very modern, very large, very comfortable room. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I have dealt with a few staff members here and all have been amazing. Making sure my room was to my liking and that I was taken care of after having to book 2 nights in a row at different times. Room is very clean. The location of my room was perfect to watch the sunset. I definitely recommend using this hotel if you need to stay in the Williamsport area.

This hotel is build right next to the freeway and the rooms are noisy. Service is poor. We booked and paid for a king bed room, only to find that "all they had" were queen bed rooms. I showed her my booking confirming king, but she didn't even look at it. That's your room, if you don't like it, then there's the door leading to the car park. This hotel is the black sheep of the Hampton flock.

My husband & I stayed one night while we were passing through Pennsylvania. This hotel was perfect and had spacious rooms! Scott at the front desk was super nice and welcoming! Will stay again if we’re ever in the area.

We requested connecting rooms, the hotel confirmed the request on May 6th for an August booking. But upon arrival they bluntly refused to acknowledge the request or agree to the fact that they sent the message. When I showed them the email, they blamed hotels.com for sending the message

This hotel is conveniently located in the Williamsport area. There are multiple chain restaurants located walking distance. Downtown is a quick 5 minute drive. The hotel has a large lobby that also serves as the breakfast area. The hotel is very clean and modern. The rooms are comfortable as well as the mattresses. The bedding was soft. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and easily accessed from highway. Hotel looks to have recently refurbished. It is in great condition and clean (with one exception- see attached photo of cluster of hair found in our tub). Breakfast are has lots of seating and 24 hr coffee service is available in lobby.

Arrived at breakfast bar at 9am. Hot food was gone. Cold food was limited.

The room was spacious. The bathroom had plenty of grab bars, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was adequate, but could have used some cheese and salsa to enhance the very bland scrambled eggs. The staff were very courteous, professional and helpful.
