Breakfast was disappointing. The eggs seemed powdered. The ham was burned and there was hash browns only once in 7 days, but the quiche was awesome! The tables were not cleaned. The bar was fantastic. The room was great great but the couch was dirty and was never cleaned after 2 requests. One important item: Kenneth Traiveiso was an awesome manager! He helped us in so many ways!

Only complaint is the parking- but the extra lot isn’t too far. Just confusing when you’re getting in late night.

Nice, remodeled property, but they did a disservice by putting a barn door with a frosted glass cover on the bath entrance. Everyone that uses the restroom at night wakes up everyone else. Also, service a little slow signing in and they didn’t tell us that we had to pay for parking. This also was not listed on our travel site. Processed food at breakfast was a variety but fresh food was not the best. Gym was very nice. We don’t normally do reviews and while we thought the room was really spacious and modern, there’s some room for improvement.

The hotel itself is lovely, clean, the lobby smells great, and the location is perfect for shopping and dining. Only set back is the construction of the parking lot. The lot they are using is not that far, but you do have to cross the street which is a little inconvenient.

Nice spot close to everything we needed but it must be the only hotel without a pool in Florida! Wish the fire pit area was a covered pool instead!

Beautiful hotel great fitness room with brand new equipment. Towel service and bottle refills. Very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast options. Difficult to turn left out of property. There is a back way out however. Wish I’d discovered it sooner

There was a unique feature of this property, particularly this Florida property, the fact that it had no pool is absolutely astonishing. We were totally expecting a pool and to our surprise no pool existed. So far everything else with the property is OK it’s clean it’s Air conditioned. One of the very positive features is that it had an EV charger. That was quite helpful. But we were gladly traded that for a pool. Bye-bye.

This is a beautiful property in an excellent location, near bars, restaurants, and shops. The staff is very friendly and keen to please their guests. However, the experience falls short of expectations. The rooms are cleaned superficially, meaning they clean only what you can see. The staff make many mistakes, often. For example, in every one of my 3 stays the past 2 years, they forgot to send housekeeping to clean my room, until I reminded them repeatedly. Also, during my last stay, they screwed up my bill, overcharging me sigificantly. Their answer, call your bank and sort it out. I ask the management to try harder, please.

This hotel is great for business travelers. It is very clean, quiet, and has great Executive Suites if you need to work. They have a good breakfast also. It's in a quiet area away from the Orlando tourist crowds and noise. The bathrooms, toiletries, and coffee bar inside room is excellent too.

Couch was filthy with large white spots on arms. Breakfast was late in setting up. We were told to wait until everything was set up. Very over priced. Won’t go back to this property. The worst SH we have ever stayed at.

Our room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a nice size and stocked with basic bath items. We had a little sitting area with a sofa and desk. Our check in and check out was very easy and staff were friendly and helpful.

Really excellent room and place. The only thing that was difficult was could not really regulate the air conditioning properly. It was either too warm or too cold but other than that the place was excellent.

The room was great looking as you first walked in but there were a few problems the bathroom door is glass so if you try to leave a light on you have a glowing glass door when you're trying to sleep

Easy to locate, great room size and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Children loved the pull out bed to offer more sleeping options

The room had problems, the TV did not work and the staff did not know how to fix it. Finally they moved us to a different room.

Nice stay. Hotel was very clean and the rooms were clean, comfortable and cool. Also loved that it had a microwave and a small fridge. Very convenient with a Nordstrom Rack and Whole Foods right across the street!!

Conveniently located hotel in Winter Park. Derrick was a godsend when our initial form of payment was declined and he called us before our reservations were automatically cancelled. The hotel itself has a modern vibe. The breakfast was excellent including both hot and cold items. On the negative side our room’s hot water took forever to get warm, the shower fixtures were confusing and there was no room safe. The lack of daily housekeeping policy was not explained at arrival.

Whatever the scent they use in the Lobby was amazing! Al the Staff was kind and courteous.

The front desk lady was not attentive and do not explain me what I was paying for. Did not tell me what I was getting. (example) 2 kings size bed, etc. I have to ask her twice. She might need more training to do with the customers.

The front desk made every effort to make sure the stay was positive.

Well I'm glad I had Expedia to book a room. The lady at the desk was rude and they didn't have a room for me. I told them I had a reservation she said it didn't matter they had no rooms . They charged me the full amount and said I was never there. Thank God I had Expedia at least I have someone on my side fighting for me. They told Expedia I was never there. But I gave them my phone number she said if they had a room they would call me. They did call me a half hour later by then I already had different plans. If I was never there they would not have called me. Hopefully Expedia can get me a full refund. Expedia told me they would have an answer for me either way within 72 hours .Thank you for trying. I definitely do not recommend the hotel.

From the day we arrived the lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. All the staff from there on out were amazing also. We loved the breakfast! Thank you!

Clean new hotel near all the good shops restaurants. Very convenient.

Great location, with walking dist restaurants, Whole Foods and Flemings steakhouse. It is close to I4. Room was great, quiet clean. Breakfast included was a plus

The Hotel was very good and the rooms were well appointed. We liked the large walk in shower. Our only issue was the location was not as close to the old town as we thought and the front desk couldn't point out the hotel's location on the map they provided.

My wife and I booked through Hotels.Com for two nights starting 12/17. We checked in around 5:00PM. We were given a room at the end of the hall on the second floor. Our room was okay to look at. We discovered when we returned late in the evening that the heating in the room would not come on properly. We also found out that the water in the room would only get warm, and not hot. We decided not to complain about these problems as this was a special stay for us, and we didn't want any more disappointments or incoveniences like having to change rooms . The bigger problem was the following morning at breakfast. We went there at 8:45AM. The staff at the kitchen was completely incompetent. The first thing we noticed was that there was no batter for the waffle maker. We had very much been looking forward to this as part of our visit. The kitchen staff member told us that someone must have forgotten to order the batter, and then he walked away. Trying to get coffee, we then found out that the coffee urn was completely empty. There was no yogurt or anything else in the refrigerator. Everything seemed messy, and the general feeling was that there was no one working there who cared. We were very disappointed. Having thought that we would be having a breakfast and atmosphere comparable to what we normally have at stays in places like Hampton Inns, this first time at a SpringHill Suite was very disappointing. It was not a good experience. Stay away

Hello. My son had to be in this area for some important surgery for 3 days...so I came with him and his wife. I was very happy to find and enjoy this hotel since everything was up to expectations and beyond. Very clean, hospitable, great breakfast, comfortable beds and peaceful. Thank you for a very pleasant time to help overcome the stress of the surgery procedure. Will highly recommend : ) BBradley
