We have stayed just for one night in Venezia The location of this hotel is very convenient, very close to Arsenale stop and close enough to San Marco The room was a very classic style but the air conditioning quite noisy. The overall facility seems to need some further maintenance and/or renewal. Personnel of the hotel was very friendly and service oriented Breakfast at the room was also very nice and tasty

Morgonmålet på rummet var trots allt riktigt trevligt, där man fick allt man ville ha - men det gällde att be om det (jag bad om att få mörkt bröd och två koppar kaffe, vilket jag också fick, varje morgon). 彼との旅行で1泊利用させていただきました！ 港から近く、エレベーターもあるので便利でした。ただ、船の汽笛？が早朝からきこえるので音が気になる方は寝づらいかもしれません。ティッシュやシャンプー等のアメニティは無いので持参をおすすめします！ スタッフの方は優しく、チェックアウト後も荷物を預かっていただけたのでまた機会があれば利用させていただきます😊

I wanted a room with a balcony instead they gave me a room with a terrace which was on the top floor and we had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs and when we got to our room it was so tiny, we had to put our suitcases in the the bathroom. The bed was king size and reasonably comfortable but the pillows were like concrete. The shower head was in the bath tub but it wasn't waist level, so to have a shower my partner had to hold the shower head so that I could water myself down. The hotel did not have a dinning room so your breakfast was brought up to our room but the only place we could eat it was out on the terrace which we were infested with wasps, midgets and birds. The air conditioning was poor and the only way we could cool the room was to close the shutters and doors to the terrace. I had a quick look at the Elvis Presley room on the floor below and it was probably 3-4 times the size of our room and looked very nice compared to our outdated tiny tiny room. The location was a 10min walk to San Marco square and had waterbus stations very close. The view on the other hand was excellent but we encountered a savage storm while we were there and the rain flooded our room through the window in the bathroom and the door to the terrace even though we had the shutters and doors closed and locked, we had to go to reception and ask for lots of towels to soak it all up. Very disappointed overall.

Ótima relação custo-benefício. Hotel muito bem localizado, perto do acesso ao transporte de balsa, o que facilita a chegada e saída de Veneza com bagagem. Silencioso, limpo e com decoração característica do local. Próximo a praça São Marcos e de fácil acesso aos passeios. Funcionários muito solícitos e educados.

We had a breathtaking view of the lagoon 5 min to walking to the. piazza . Room was clean and charming decorated . The only small thing rug looked old . Overall a fantastic experience

Highly recommend booking the room with the roof terrace, it was so lovely to have this space! The air conditioning wasn’t working which was a little bit of a let down for us, but reception found us an excellent electric fan. Great location and the whole place was soooo clean! Would stay again!

We had a top floor room with an outside terrace and had a gorgeous breakfast out there every morning. The staff were lovely and the room was excellent

Foi uma experiência incrível! Eu e minha irmã amamos! O atendimento da recepção foi excelente, fomos muito bem recebidas! A equipe foi muito atenciosa e alguns dias antes enviou um guia de como chegar no hotel! O quarto é lindo e absolutamente confortável! A vista é linda! O banheiro tem vista também e conta com uma banheira! O café da manhã é servido no quarto, e é uma delícia, pode ser comprado separado. O hotel é bem localizado, fica perto das estações de vaporeto e uns 10 min da piazza san marco. É uma hospedagem bem intimista, pequena, com poucos funcionários, mas funciona muito bem!

ID CON CUIDADO. Nosotros reservamos una habitación con vistas y balcón, y al llegar la habitación no tenía balcón. Ahora viene lo divertido. Cuando fuimos a reclamar y preguntar que había pasado el recepcionista ( un chico de unos 40 alto, delgado y que se lo nota que es italiano) nos dice en pocas palabras que es lo que hay. Que la habitación es superior como hemos reservado y que en todo caso para él es mejor la habitación que nos ha dado porque está en la tercera planta que según él son mejores vistas que a él le gusta más y eso es lo importante y que no era su problema y punto. Llegados a este punto He de decir que me puse bastante borde, alterada y llegue a pedir reclamación e indemnización. Al día siguiente en vez de darnos la reclamación mágicamente había una habitación como la que habíamos pedido así que preferí disfrutarla y pasar del tema. TAMBIÉN nos hizo pagar la tasa turística si o si nada más llegar y en efectivo cuando vimos como otros recepcionistas ( todos súper majos) daban opción hacerlo en efectivo o con tarjeta y a la entrada o salida. Conforme a las instalaciones están un poco pero de lo que se ve pero no es una locura, además está bastante limpio.

Adorable refurnished home with cute furnishings made you feel like you were truly in the heart of Venice. The views were amazing and it was so fun to watch all the vaporetto’s come in every day with all the tour groups. Many restaurants right outside the front door, lots of little shops everywhere for convenient last minute items you need. Breakfast served to your room every morning. Just make sure you fill out your form with all the items you will need in multiples for your entire trip as you only fill out the form once. Very convenient location only a 10- 15 minute walk to all the major sites. You step off the Vapaorretto and you have to cross one bridge and you’re there. To get back cross 2 bridges to get to the next vaporetto station, super convenient and super easy. Venice at night is magical and first thing in the morning while everyone is still sleeping. It becomes a magical place when the day time tourist leave. Square behind the hotel is a wonderful place to have a lunch or picnic. Watching their live feed from their YouTube camera ahead of time made me feel like I was there before I even made it.

I wanted a room with a balcony instead they gave me a room with a terrace which was on the top floor and we had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs and when we got to our room it was so tiny, we had to put our suitcases in the the bathroom. The bed was king size and reasonably comfortable but the pillows were like concrete. The shower head was in the bath tub but it wasn't waist level, so to have a shower my partner had to hold the shower head so that I could water myself down. The hotel did not have a dinning room so your breakfast was brought up to our room but the only place we could eat it was out on the terrace which we were infested with wasps, midgets and birds. The air conditioning was poor and the only way we could cool the room was to close the shutters and doors to the terrace. I had a quick look at the Elvis Presley room on the floor below and it was probably 3-4 times the size of our room and looked very nice compared to our outdated tiny tiny room. The location was a 10min walk to San Marco square and had waterbus stations very close. The view on the other hand was excellent but we encountered a savage storm while we were there and the rain flooded our room through the window in the bathroom and the door to the terrace even though we had the shutters and doors closed and locked, we had to go to reception and ask for lots of towels to soak it all up. Very disappointed overall.

Great location, room 103 is very small, one can hardly squeeze between the bed and the wall to get to the toilet. The hotel is advertised with breakfast but when you arrive, you are told there is no breakfast and you should go and get your own in a restaurant somewhere which is not good if you are relying on food at the hotel. That is misinformation. Tea/coffee facilities were nice and the night manager waa supportive and kind.

LOTS OF COCKROACHES! We couldn’t believe how many we found in the middle of the day when we came back to our room. Expedia has been amazing trying to help us reach the property but they haven’t responded to several of their calls and/or messages. We found one huge one on the first night and 5 - 6 in our room later on. They kept asking us if they could come in and clean as if we weren’t suppose to be there to see them. When we opened the door the person working the front desk was standing right outside our door. It was odd. As we told him we were leaving early due to the bugs, another one crawled from under our door. Hoping they respond so that they stay true to their word and give us a refund for one night.
