We loved our stay at Townhouse. Seamless out of hours check in and out. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated and a fantastic size. The bed was really comfortable and the shower excellent. We ate breakfast in the hotel once and it was excellent. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Although I didn't get to use it the fitness suite was a great addition, and the laundry room a real bonus. The area was lovely and quiet with a short walk to the S and U Bahn. Plenty of lovely options nearby for drinks and dinner too. Will definitely return!

Dejligt lejlighedshotel med store rum og god beliggenhed - også når man kommer i egen bil, da hotellet tilbyder parkering i kælderen (ej inklusiv). Hyggelig gårdhave, som desværre var for kold at være i i denne omgang. Fantastisk venligt og hjælpsomt personale og dejlig morgenmad. Vi overvejer bestemt at komme tilbage til samme hotel næste gang.

Riktigt bra läge i mysigt kvarter. Fina möjligheter att fixa frukost på rummet då det finns fin kvalitet på bullar/bröd nära. Bra gym också där man kan avsluta en fin löprunda i Tiergarten. Gratis parkering på universitetsområdet som ligger 5 min bort där man parkerar i anslutning till större väg.

Absolutely loved this place. Really comfortable rooms (more like a small condo). Nice back yard space to sit and have a morning coffee. Lots of great restaurant options within a couple of blocks. Easy walk to three U-bahn and S-bahn stations (Ernst-Reuter-Platz, Savigny-Platz and Zoologischer-Garten). Helpful and friendly staff.

The Townhouse was I general, very good and clean. It was close to public transport and the zoo. I deliberately booked this location on the basis of parking available, but was not told at booking in that it was limited and cost $20 euros a night. Ashame!

Great place to stay in Berlin, especially if you have business at the nearby University. The courtyard is quiet, the breakfast decent, the rooms feel clean and contemporary. There is an excellent Laundry Room, a cool gym, and a fast elevator. Reception is only from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm, not 24 hrs. We would definitely come back!

Really friendly, comfortable hotel in a great location. The room was spacious and well equipped, and the gym was small but a very welcome bonus. Super location, close to a variety of restaurants and coffee shops, and only a few minutes walk to Ubahn/Sbahn/trains. Would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay there again.

Vi hadde ett flott opphold på Townhouse Berlin. Fin beliggenhet med det meste i nærheten. 10 min gange fra toget til hotellet. Kjempe hyggelige ansatte og fint rom. De vasker i rommene hver dag, som vi synes var helt fint, men er veldig behjelpelige hvis du trenger nye håndklær, toalettpapir etc.
Vi hadde ett flott opphold på Townhouse Berlin. Fin beliggenhet med det meste i nærheten. 10 min gange fra toget til hotellet. Kjempe hyggelige ansatte og fint rom. De vasker i rommene hver dag, som vi synes var helt fint, men er veldig behjelpelige hvis du trenger nye håndklær, toalettpapir etc.

Virkelig godt og komfortabelt ophold. Overordnet set en virkelig høj rengørings-standart (fandt dog noget gammelt konfetti rundt på gulvet). Fantastiske senge, dyner og puder. Godt og roligt område. Meget venligt personale.

Das Studioapartment war sehr sauber, fühlte sich neu an und war großzügig bemessen. Es wird bei längeren Aufenthalten einmal in drei Tagen sauber gemacht. Handtücher können jedoch täglich getauscht und Nespressokapseln etc. täglich aufgefüllt werden. Gute Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Besteck, Küchennzeile inkl. Nespresso-Maschine, Gratisgetränke in der Minibar. Gute Lage in einer Seitenstraße in der Nähe von Bahnhof Zoo. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und schnell. Die Rezeption ist ab dem späten Abend nicht besetzt. Bei einem späteren Check-in werden jedoch Schlüsselkarten in einer Schlüsselbox hinterlegt. In der Schlüsselboxanlage befinden sich auch Ersatzschlüsskarten, die ich bei meinem Aufenthalt tatsächlich in Anspruch nehmen musste.

A lovely modern hotel with spacious, clean roomsm the added benefit of having kitchen facilities in our room was great! Situated close to restaurants and shops and not far to walk to Berlin Zoo and the Train Station was fantastic!

Sehr zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Schöne Terrasse im Garten. Ruhiges Zimmer nach hinten raus. Studio gut ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Kochplatte, Mikrowelle. Tolle Betten und sehr schönes Badezimmer mit genügend Ablagemöglichkeiten. Insgesamt sehr geräumig. Ich hatte ohne Frühstück gebucht, daher kann ich zum Essen nichts sagen. Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, allerdings nur bis 21 Uhr besetzte Rezeption.

Very friendly staff, big rooms and nice breakfast. However we did miss the AC in the 5th floor. The room was equipped with a ceiling fan that helped but if there is 30+ degrees outside an AC would have been much better. Still we'll come back.

Die Einrichtung und Lage des Hotels hat uns super gefallen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Wir hatten kein Frühstück gebucht, aber in der Umgebung gab es nette Frühstücksgekegenheiten, die zu Fuß gut zu erreichen waren. Was uns nicht gefallen hat war die Verbindungstür zu einem anderen Zimmer. 2 Tage war es wunderschön, weil dort niemand wohnte. Als dann Gäste kamen, haben wir jedes Wort gehört und fühlten uns gestört. Wir würden gerne bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt in Berlin wiederkommen, Bedingung wäre es aber ein rundum schallgeschütztes Zimmer ohne Verbindungstür zu bekommen

Gorgeous hotel. Huge room with kitchenette and free mini bar items. Comfortable bed. Even left a personal welcome card in the room when I arrived. Also got a little chocolate bunny on Easter Sunday 😁

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und richtig gemütlich. Wie gewünscht war das Zimmer nach hinten raus und dadurch unglaublich ruhig. Das Personal war sehr nett.

Vores 2. ophold på hotellet og vi blev heller ikke skuffede denne gang. Stilen er ARTDECO, værelset hyggeligt og rummeligt. Vi nød der var ordentligt spiseplads da vi selv stod for morgenmaden som vi hentede hos den nærliggende kvalitetsbager. Masser af gode spisesteder i nærheden

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmerausstattung entsprach den Erwartungen. Lage wirklich optimal, vieles fußläufig erreichbar (Kurfürstendamm, Zoo, zahlreiche Restaurants...). Einziger Nachteil: Keine Klimaanlage, daher kann es im Sommer sehr heiß werden. Zimmer zum Innenhof (Garten) haben zwar kein Verkehrslärm, aber auf dem Nachbargebäude ist eine Lüftungsanlage, die laut ist und 24/7 läuft. Da man im Sommer das Fenster offen lassen muss, ist ein Schlafen aufgrund der Lüftungsanlage vom Nachbarhaus nur mit Ohropax möglich...

Sehr zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Schöne Terrasse im Garten. Ruhiges Zimmer nach hinten raus. Studio gut ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Kochplatte, Mikrowelle. Tolle Betten und sehr schönes Badezimmer mit genügend Ablagemöglichkeiten. Insgesamt sehr geräumig. Ich hatte ohne Frühstück gebucht, daher kann ich zum Essen nichts sagen. Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, allerdings nur bis 21 Uhr besetzte Rezeption.

We loved this hotel, from the very minute we arrived we felt welcome. The room was fantastic, with free mini bar and a little personalised welcome card. We had a death in the family and were late checking out. The staff were so kind and caring, it was no problem atall. Thank you.

My home away from home! What an amazing stay in this very well set up hotel/apartment. The reception desk was very attentive, allowed early check in and provided me with orientation to the area. The studio with balcony and garden view exceeded my expectations. I was able to come “home” and relax, cook something on the stove, make my daily breakfast. Spacious and quiet (only birds wake you up in the morning). There’s no front desk after hours but instructions were clear. I really felt very much at home. Close to two SBahn stations, just 25 min to the Berlin cube convention center. Excellent internet service

Great place to stay in Berlin, especially if you have business at the nearby University. The courtyard is quiet, the breakfast decent, the rooms feel clean and contemporary. There is an excellent Laundry Room, a cool gym, and a fast elevator. Reception is only from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm, not 24 hrs. We would definitely come back!

Had a great stay at the Townhouse Berlin as part of the Berlin Marathon weekend. Nice and quiet street away from the bustle of the city centre but so close to key U and S bahn links for quick access to central Berlin.

Super lækkert hotel som er 10 min gang fra ZOO. Derudover er der mange lækre spisesteder lige om hjørnet. Der er fred og ro omkring hotellet.

Really friendly, comfortable hotel in a great location. The room was spacious and well equipped, and the gym was small but a very welcome bonus. Super location, close to a variety of restaurants and coffee shops, and only a few minutes walk to Ubahn/Sbahn/trains. Would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay here, lovely hotel in general and the staff were amazing couldn’t fault them, especially loved the hotel dog!!:) We did read some reviews before we arrived regarding no air conditioning in the rooms which worried me, I do understand this wouldn’t be a problem for many months of the year but it just so happened we booked the room for mid September time and whilst there the temp reached 25/26 degrees, so air con definitely would have came in handy as the ceiling fan didn’t really do much in all honesty. Was a lovely area nice, quiet and safe with many bars and restaurants within walking distance which we enjoyed however it was quite a bit out from other sites we wanted to visit which required a good bit of travel which also wasn’t ideal with the heat so just keep that in mind if booking during summer season. Also didn’t opt for breakfast because it was quite expensive compared to other cafes etc near by But despite the above the hotel itself was lovely and overall did really enjoy our stay! Thankyou

Dejligt lejlighedshotel med store rum og god beliggenhed - også når man kommer i egen bil, da hotellet tilbyder parkering i kælderen (ej inklusiv). Hyggelig gårdhave, som desværre var for kold at være i i denne omgang. Fantastisk venligt og hjælpsomt personale og dejlig morgenmad. Vi overvejer bestemt at komme tilbage til samme hotel næste gang.

Vores absolutte favorit i Berlin. Den bedste blanding mellem lejlighed og hotel. Alle medarbejdere er søde og hjælpsomme. Hotellet er moderne og i top stand. Morgenmaden på hotellet er lækker og af gode råvarer.

Bodde på TOWNHOUSE for 8 år siden, og hotellet og rommet fremstod like "fresht" som sist. Lekkert rom med rikelig med plass, og et eget rom for klær og kofferter. Utrolig sentralt og stille område, der en kan ligge med viduet åpent og kun høre fuglesang... Hyggelig personale og kun få minutters gange fra Bahnhof Zoo og Kurfürstendamm, med alt av butikker og restauranter. Delikatessebutikk like utenfor hotellet, slik at ferskt brød og pålegg var lett å oppdrive til dagens frokost. Blir nok garantert et nytt opphold ved neste Berlin-Besøk !
