Otel çalışanları ilgiliydi özellikle rezervasyondaki Berfin Çelik hanım çok tatlı ve güler yüzluydü. Ayrıca oda konusunda yaptığı jestten ötürü Ayrıca tekrar teşekkür ederiz.

Odalar temiz, çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımsever.Spa olanakları gayet yeterli. Masaj hizmeti de aldık ve gayet memnun kaldık. Ayrıca kahvaltının da çok iyi olduğunu belirtmeliyim.

Anuncian un spa que no está en funcionamiento, nada funciona. Saunas apagadas, hammans clausurados etc Gente chillando en la piscina del spa, niños saltando y comiendo... Otros huéspedes se iban quejando y nadie hacía nada. Habitaciones llenas de polvo, aires que no funcionan, literalmente nos quedanos con algún pomo de puerta en la mano. En fin, un hotel bonito con un mantenimiento muy pobre.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett, bereit zu helfen und alle Fragen zu beantworten. Was das offene Becken betrifft, so war die Schließzeit früh um sechs Uhr abends ... und meine Kinder schwammen die meiste Zeit im geschlossenen Becken.Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt gut.

This hotel was highly rated so we booked it. However, at the current time it was not cleaned well. The floor of the restaurant at breakfast had broken glass (from the previous night perhaps) and all sorts of rubbish. The carpet in the corridors had not been cleaned; the windows were dirty. The reception area was dark and unwelcoming. Little touches could improve it significantly.

Temizlik epey vasat, su ısıtıcısının üzeri hiç silinmemiş gibi tozluydu, genel olarak bir temizlenip bırakılmış gibiydi, havuz çok kalabalıktı gitme amacımız termal suya girmekti ancak girmedik bile küçük bir havuz ve aşırı kalabalık, aksam yemeğine indiğimizde çoğu çeşit tükenmişti biz sorduğumuzda yenilemeyeceğiz diye dönüş yaptılar ancak bir arkadas yardımcı olup köfte hazırlattı, bizim için boşa giden bir para ve zaman oldu maalesef..

Disappointing stay! I don’t understand how this is rated 4 stars. The hotel feels unclean, outdated, and poorly maintained overall, including an outdated bathroom. I also booked (and paid for) a deluxe room advertised as having a king/queen bed, but it was just two beds pushed together, which was uncomfortable and not what was promised. Another big issue: there were no basic toiletries provided, no dental/hygiene kit, and you’re told to purchase them instead, which is surprising for a “4-star” hotel. On top of that, there was loud construction noise starting around 8am from a shopping center being built right across the street, so resting wasn’t possible. Finally, the staff felt unfriendly and rarely even smiled or acknowledged guests. Overall, bad experience, do yourself a favor and stay at a reputable brand hotel instead.

Breakfast was not good at all. Little choice and served like a primary school canteen. Location not good there are better hotels in Yalova centre or Termal you can go to. You need to wear a swimming hat in the pool which is not advertised. Bed comfortable though and room a good size. Decor needs some tlc, the bathroom especially. It clearly hadn't been looked at since the hotel was built. Personally I would not stay here again.

Yalova’nın termal bölgesinde, yüksek ücretli ve dört yıldızlı bir otel olduğu için burayı özellikle tercih ettik. Balayı süiti seçip daha fazla ödeme yaptık ancak verdiğimiz paraya kesinlikle değmedi. Odanın kliması çalışmıyordu, üç kez görevli çağırmamıza rağmen sorun çözülmedi. Gece yarısı tekrar aradığımızda çözüm olarak bizi standart odaya alabileceklerini söylediler fakat ödediğimiz farkı iade etmeyeceklerini belirttiler. Bu hiç adil değildi. Sonunda gece 2’de klimayı düzeltebildiler ama o saate kadar uykumuz defalarca bölündü, dinlenmek için geldiğimiz yerde rahat edemedik. Çalışanların güler yüzlü ve samimi olduklarını teslim etmek isterim; fakat sadece güler yüz yeterli olmuyor. Ne yazık ki çözüm çok geç geldi, masaj hizmeti de beklentimizin oldukça altındaydı. Ayrıca banyo ürünleri konusunda da büyük hayal kırıklığı yaşadık. “Kremli şampuan” adı altında verilen ürün, aslında duş jeliyle aynıydı; saçta hiç köpürmedi ve kullanımı saça zarar verdi. Çalışanların güler yüzlü ve samimi olduklarını teslim etmek isterim; fakat sadece güler yüz yeterli olmuyor. Ne yazık ki çözüm çok geç geldi, masaj hizmeti de beklentimizin oldukça altındaydı. Ayrıca banyo ürünleri konusunda da büyük hayal kırıklığı yaşadık. “Kremli şampuan” adı altında verilen ürün, aslında duş jeliyle aynıydı; saçta hiç köpürmedi ve kullanımı saça zarar verdi. Lovely and accommodating staff. Aziza was so friendly and helpful and her lovely nature made my stay more enjoyable. Peaceful atmosphere and great ambience in the dining room. It was my second time here, I already knew it's a lovely place and good staff.

Disappointing stay! I don’t understand how this is rated 4 stars. The hotel feels unclean, outdated, and poorly maintained overall, including an outdated bathroom. Very clean, lovely, quiet hotel. Lovely staff, delicious food. We were lucky to dine in the Restaurant and experience not only great food, service, ambience but also a guitarist singing songs. So lovely. There is a lot to do in the hotel, there seems to be everything to have yourself a wonderful holiday. Great price also.
