The room was spacious, the decor was nice, we had a beautiful view and the view from the top of the castle was spectacular…the staff was pleasant and very helpful! The chairs in the dinning room need some upgrades but all else was good…

Magnifico hotel, espectacular, imperdible, ideal para ir a las bodegas del lugar, fuimos a Carraovejas antes y a Protos el día posterior desde el castillo y viviendo como hace 1000 años. Vimos el atardecer desde la azotea y el amanecer desde la habitación. El entorno es maravilloso. Y además la cena y el desayuno fueron exquisitos. Es un 10 Eder hotel

The hotel is an old castle high up above the valley - how fantastic is that? Wonderful character with plenty to wander around and explore. We would have enjoyed the views from the rooftop terrace had the weather been a bit warmer but we enjoyed looking around the hotel and relaxing with a drink in the main central room. There was no bar as such but drinks were available from reception and we had a great meal in the restaurant. Good service throughout our stay.

Decepcionante. Buenas vistas, silencio y buen desayuno, lo más positivo. Reservamos por la piscina, y cuando fuimos a utilizarla y bañarnos el agua no estaba transparente y falta de higiene. Malos olores en el baño. Falta de mantimiento y limpieza. Muebles rotos, oxidados... Realmente no vale la pena el alojarse. Calidad precio muy decepcionante, una pensión de carretera es superior. En Peñafiel pudimos encontrar alojamientos con 4 * más baratos y de mucha mucha gran calidad con piscina realmente con agua clara y sanitariamente para bañarse. Tiene un nombre que no se merece. Esperemos que cambien o cierren para no engañar a los huéspedes. En resumen: decepcionante y debería perder la licencia de alojamiento. Alguna autoridad debería de controlarlo.

Excellent : nous avons pu dormir dans un chateau en Espagne . L'acceuil a ete tres sympathique . Les diners excellents et le vin conseillé à boire absolument... Par ailleurs , quel plaisir de prendre un bain dans la piscine du chateau avec une vue panoramique sur la campagne environnante. Excellent point de depart pour visiter quelques caves des alentours

Lugar singular, poder dormir en un castillo de la edad media ( reconstruido) que guarda ese aroma de otra época. El servicio perfecto, el desayuno fenomenal con todo lo necesario, una terraza con unas vistas inmejorables, el restaurante coqueto buena relacion precio calidad y luego un pueblo en su orilla que bien merece un paseo.

Overall nice hotel, the breakfast was good and the view from the top is amazing. Parking is a little tight, staff very welcoming and accommodating. They do have an issue with flies, around the main entrance and on the roof. If you open the window in your room, the flies will find their way in.

Solo estuvimos una noche, pero nos encantó. habitación cómoda, vistas espectaculares, restaurante con buena cocina. Decoración hecha con gusto. El personal de 10. Por poner alguna pega, desayuno bueno pero mejorable. En el baño habia bañera. Deberia tener una barra de agarre, por seguridad.

We stayed one night as the Castillo de Curiel on our way from Madrid to Vitoria. We loved the hotel, the staff we polite and helpful. The castle was beautiful and the appointed nicely. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel . The dinner was excellent and the breakfast was simple yet well done.

Great location, the hostess was Amazing, gave us a tour through the castle, and told us their story. The room was comfy, and the food was amazing. Definitely we recommend staying in the Castle. Curiel is just 5 minutes drive, and is beautiful. Thank you for a nice stay!

We stayed one night as the Castillo de Curiel on our way from Madrid to Vitoria. We loved the hotel, the staff we polite and helpful. The castle was beautiful and the appointed nicely. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel . The dinner was excellent and the breakfast was simple yet well done.

The hotel is an old castle high up above the valley - how fantastic is that? Wonderful character with plenty to wander around and explore. We would have enjoyed the views from the rooftop terrace had the weather been a bit warmer but we enjoyed looking around the hotel and relaxing with a drink in the main central room. There was no bar as such but drinks were available from reception and we had a great meal in the restaurant. Good service throughout our stay.

Great location, the hostess was Amazing, gave us a tour through the castle, and told us their story. The room was comfy, and the food was amazing. Definitely we recommend staying in the Castle. Curiel is just 5 minutes drive, and is beautiful. Thank you for a nice stay!

The room was spacious, the decor was nice, we had a beautiful view and the view from the top of the castle was spectacular…the staff was pleasant and very helpful! The chairs in the dinning room need some upgrades but all else was good…

Solo estuvimos una noche, pero nos encantó. habitación cómoda, vistas espectaculares, restaurante con buena cocina. Decoración hecha con gusto. El personal de 10. Por poner alguna pega, desayuno bueno pero mejorable. En el baño habia bañera. Deberia tener una barra de agarre, por seguridad.

Overall nice hotel, the breakfast was good and the view from the top is amazing. Parking is a little tight, staff very welcoming and accommodating. They do have an issue with flies, around the main entrance and on the roof. If you open the window in your room, the flies will find their way in.

A beautiful and unique place, beautifully decorated with many interesting furniture and items. Fantastic views and location with a nice pool at the roof.
