The facility is immaculate, the grounds are peaceful, and the staff delivers excellent service at every level. The lazy river is relaxing and the entire resort feels high-end and well maintained. However, the pricing structure makes it difficult to fully enjoy what the resort offers. I paid six thousand dollars for five nights just for the room. On top of that, nearly everything felt like an upcharge. A soda was six dollars, a basic burger was twenty-three dollars, and a couples massage cost seven hundred sixty dollars. Valet parking was sixty dollars per day with no self-parking option available. There was also daily construction happening next to the resort which was disruptive at times and took away from the relaxing atmosphere. For the price point, I expected a quiet and peaceful experience which this unfortunately was not. The pool and lazy river close at nine in the evening and the spa shuts down at eight which feels unnecessarily early for a resort in this category. One of the blankets we received had a visible stain. There was no washer or dryer in the room and instead laundry service was offered at twelve to thirty dollars per item which again felt overpriced. PROS: All I can say is WOW, what a beautiful resort. Adult pool is just what we needed, so quiet so peaceful , just lovely surroundings. We also enjoyed the lazy river. Room was beautiful with a huge shower and BATHTUB just made for two and a huge balcony well furnished with a view of the fireworks from Epcot every night. Dine-in room service was so well done with warming trays to keep food piping hot and all the selections were delicious. Elegant dining right in your room. If you like cesar salads they had the best shrimp caesar salad I ever had (the dressing was to die for). We ordered Coffee every morning with croissants that melt in your mouth. Just be prepared to spend at least $100 every morning (a free coffee station is supplied in front of Ravello restaurant) for coffee and croissants and little less than $200 for a dine-in dinner room. The restaurants were also amazing and pricey. We ate at the Lobby Bar, Ravello and PB&G. We did not make it to CAPA however we heard that will really put a dent in your pocket book. CONS: Our second day we went to the pool and came back and room service did not come even though they supply a green light you push to alert them to clean your room. We called them, they came and we had to stay out of the room for at least an hour. I could not go back to the pool due to too much sun so we just had to waste time in the Lobby. The property has a lot of ameneties and is beutiful in general, the pool is great, the food is pretty good, best margaritas in town, staff is always willing to help. Small complaints was the bathroom floor towel had holes (only on the first day). Maybe i expected a little bit more from the Spa for the princess experience.

Everything about our stay was top notch. The staff is so friendly and attentive and every interaction with them was pleasant and added so much value to our stay. Our room was lovely, clean, and the bed was so comfortable, I miss it! The dining experience at Ravello was fantastic, if you have kids, the character breakfast is a must, better than any other at Disney and the food was well prepared and of excellent quality. The pools are amazing and you really don’t need to leave the resort to enjoy yourself. A luxurious treat, we will be back!

This was the perfect hotel for us. Nice rooms and amenities, good dining options as well as a little gelataria. There's a beautiful pool and hot tub, but it does close early (8:00p) during the winter months. The property is in an upscale neighborhood that is very quiet. It was worth the 10-15 min drive to the different parks to have a nicer place to call hoke during our stay. You will have the 30 min early entry into the parks as a perk of staying at the four seasons, however it does not qualify as a Disney property, so you will still be charged for parking. All together, a great experience.

Our six year old daughter wanted to celebrate her birthday at Disney world. I mentioned this to the concierge when I set up our stay. We were greeted with a birthday cupcake which is her favorite dessert. Adrian at PB&G was spectacular and took his time to chat and share his knowledge of tequila with my husband and I. The property was beautiful and exceeded expectations. Once again 4S Orlando made our time memorable. Everything was great. The only area of improvement is the pool service. We had to look for attendants and request towels for the chairs, and also had to stay alert to catch an attendant to order from the bar. This happened at the lazy river, main pool and adult-only pool during our stay. In the past, attendants were proactive and anticipated our needs. On the positive side, kudos to the SPA team, we had a remarkable time during our sessions and the team supporting the FS app chat and Whatsapp, their prompt responses made our stay very smooth.

On top of that, nearly everything felt like an upcharge. A soda was six dollars, a basic burger was twenty-three dollars, and a couples massage cost seven hundred sixty dollars. Valet parking was sixty dollars per day with no self-parking option available. There was also daily construction happening next to the resort which was disruptive at times and took away from the relaxing atmosphere. For the price point, I expected a quiet and peaceful experience which this unfortunately was not. The pool and lazy river close at nine in the evening and the spa shuts down at eight which feels unnecessarily early for a resort in this category. One of the blankets we received had a visible stain. There was no washer or dryer in the room and instead laundry service was offered at twelve to thirty dollars per item which again felt overpriced. PROS: All I can say is WOW, what a beautiful resort. Adult pool is just what we needed, so quiet so peaceful , just lovely surroundings. We also enjoyed the lazy river. Room was beautiful with a huge shower and BATHTUB just made for two and a huge balcony well furnished with a view of the fireworks from Epcot every night. Dine-in room service was so well done with warming trays to keep food piping hot and all the selections were delicious. Elegant dining right in your room. If you like cesar salads they had the best shrimp caesar salad I ever had (the dressing was to die for). We ordered Coffee every morning with croissants that melt in your mouth. Just be prepared to spend at least $100 every morning (a free coffee station is supplied in front of Ravello restaurant) for coffee and croissants and little less than $200 for a dine-in dinner room. The restaurants were also amazing and pricey. We ate at the Lobby Bar, Ravello and PB&G. We did not make it to CAPA however we heard that will really put a dent in your pocket book. CONS: Our second day we went to the pool and came back and room service did not come even though they supply a green light you push to alert them to clean your room. We called them, they came and we had to stay out of the room for at least an hour. I could not go back to the pool due to too much sun so we just had to waste time in the Lobby. Shopping in the two stores was not in my price range. A small dress for my granddaughter cost $260. I also spent $

The hotel was amazing and the staff was even better. Nothing but positive things to say about our experience. Adrian at PB&G was spectacular and took his time to chat and share his knowledge of tequila with my husband and I. The property was beautiful and exceeded expectations. The bartenders at the lobby bar stood out with exceptional customer service. A truly enjoyable experience!

Everything about our stay was top notch. The staff is so friendly and attentive and every interaction with them was pleasant and added so much value to our stay. Our room was lovely, clean, and the bed was so comfortable, I miss it! The dining experience at Ravello was fantastic, if you have kids, the character breakfast is a must, better than any other at Disney and the food was well prepared and of excellent quality. The pools are amazing and you really don’t need to leave the resort to enjoy yourself. A luxurious treat, we will be back!
