This place was great. Located in the popping new LK Metro area this hotel has great service and and such a friendly staff. Big air con units, refrigerator and big bed. Downstairs is a very active sports bar where the prices are very good and the food served excellent. Lots of smiles nearby and the rooms are big and spacious. I was very happy with my 2 week stay.

The staff was very nice. But the area was too busy and noisy. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. There was a leak in the shower so that the bathroom floor was always wet and slippery. Our room had ants in it.

This is the ronseal of accommodation in pattaya, does what it says on the tin.. No frills basic clean rooms, hot shower, good air con, friendly staff and owner, breakfast is cheap and always 10/10 cooked perfect. Solid guest friendly beds :).. It's right in the heart of the action so if you want quite go stay in Naklua but you'll be missing out.. It's that good I'm going back again in June...... PS I better get room 33 again for this stunning review haha

This guesthouse is basic, which is what I expected for the price I paid. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was hard but this suited me. The air-conditioning worked well too. The location was right in the heart of the entertainment which was great, the downside of that being the noise if you want an early night, so I'd recommend to bring ear plugs. I would certainly stay here again and would recommend here, great value for money

I choose a room at the front (large room with Balcony) very noisy and i can normally sleep good loud music from other bars did not stop until 5 am. Great Sports Bar the girl who work in the bar are hard working , professional and very polite. I will stay again convenient whe watching late night sports but will choose a smaller room at the back of the property

Staff were friendly and polite. The management was also very approachable and made me feel welcome.
