Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We decided to stay further from town and am glad we did. The pool at the condo complex is VERY nice (and not crowded) and we made good use of the tennis courts (bring your own racquets and balls). We rented a car and didn't mind the drive into town. The on site underground parking at the condo was very convenient. Parking was easy to find in town but is pricey. The unit had plenty of space for 3 adults and a teen. There were lots of extra towels for the bathrooms and pool. I loved the expansive balcony but be warned that the trade off for the lush tropical courtyard are the no-see-ums. I was attacked - bring your deet. We enjoyed the short walk to the pier and to Smathers beach. A longer easy walk will take you into town. The only negative was that the unit fridge started leaking and there were repair people in the unit for several hours on one of the days. Me, my wife and my sister were in Key West for our daughter's wedding in Marathon. We loved everything about our stay here. There was plenty of room and everything was clean. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the large bathroom. The location of the condo was awesome. It's in the center of Key West. Taking an Uber was inexpensive. We rented a car and had covered parking, which having onsite parking is very valuable in Key West. The Olympic sized pool with the view of the ocean was great. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

We really like this place. It was big enough that we all had our place on the days that it rained. The second half of our trip was sunny so we got to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi which was fantastic. It was located in a quiet part of new town, but not so far away that we couldn't walk (or just a short Uber to the center of things). The kitchen was a little dated, but fully stocked. The balcony was huge and a great place for morning coffee or hanging out (but all the screen doors could use a little TLC). We loved it and would love to come back sometime!

The pool and hot tub were great, the pictures weren’t quite accurate and the condo needed mopping cleaners and the floor was dirty. The upgraded bathroom was beautiful. Aside from the few negatives, we had a great time and would stay again.

One fry pan The other one was old and gross. While it was cool in the bedroom areas, the living room was warm. On a good note the property did have a beautiful pool and spa overlooking the oceanfront. Enjoyed our time spent lounging and swimming!!

It is an older unit. Living room carpet is stained in 5 places. Opened up the couch/hide a bed and peanuts, crackers and chips were inside. They do not provide enough toilet paper so bring your own. Also paper towels. Master bedroom ceiling fan light combo doesn't work properly. There is no way to change fan speed. Second bedroom has pull chain for fan but it doesn't work. Main bathroom has gunk buildup in the corner. Outdoor court yard has many plants and trees. Lots of no seeums. Besides myself saw and talked to other residents with lots of bites. Pool is very big and nice. Also nice hot tub.

Great location, away from most of the hectic crowding common on most of Key West. This was the cleanest rental we’ve stayed in, with almost no maintenance problems. The garbage disposal was inoperative when we arrived, and the drain associated with the disposal was blocked. I would also recommend that the tired mattress in the master suite should be replaced. Great stay!

Add say A113 has a lg bed in master bedroom and 2 twin beds plus larger bed in quest bedroom. And there was only one twin. But we managed and we only had one dish towel to dry dishes with. But we loved the place. Thank you

However, the units in the opposite side of the courtyard were having their balconies remodeled, which at times were a bit bothersome in terms of noise and aesthetic of the overall experience. The photos of the beach that were attached to the listing of course showed a bit inconsistent with what was on site. We chose this unit hoping to have a beach to walk on and lounge. Idon’t

Great condo and great location but we had people running through the halls and doing gymnastics above us all night long. I get people having a good time but we were woke up every night by some screaming and running the halls. The kids above were running through their condo until about 11pm. Not sure if they were locals or just visiting but they were extremely loud.

Perfect for a December vacation.The only problem we had was getting in when we got there, we arrived around 5:00 pm and couldn't get anyone on the phone to open the door for us. Slight delay, otherwise all good. We loved the Christmas parades and decorations! Also, give Comedy Key West a look, we LOVED the show! Totally worth your time.

I loved the location of the property, being a bit away from the noise of the party, but close enough for a nice walk to plenty of restaurants and entertainment. Comfortable rooms, the pool is well kept, easy check-in process — really enjoyed our time here! We had an issue the first night (not the property's fault) and management was fast in looking after it — literally had a successful resolution in like 30 minutes. Considering it was almost 10pm, we were really appreciative of the great communication and service. All around a great spot and location with everything we needed — will definitely be back!

The pool at the condo complex is VERY nice (and not crowded) and we made good use of the tennis courts (bring your own racquets and balls). We rented a car and didn't mind the drive into town. The on site underground parking at the condo was very convenient. Parking was easy to find in town but is pricey. The unit had plenty of space for 3 adults and a teen. There were lots of extra towels for the bathrooms and pool. I loved the expansive balcony but be warned that the trade off for the lush tropical courtyard are the no-see-ums. I was attacked - bring your deet. We enjoyed the short walk to the pier and to Smathers beach. A longer easy walk will take you into town. The only negative was that the unit fridge started leaking and there were repair people in the unit for several hours on one of the days. But we understand that "things happen" and the repair folks were very nice.We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Me, my wife and my sister were in Key West for our daughter's wedding in Marathon. We loved everything about our stay here. There was plenty of room and everything was clean. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the large bathroom. The location of the condo was awesome. It's in the center of Key West. Taking an Uber was inexpensive. We rented a car and had covered parking, which having onsite parking is very valuable in Key West. The Olympic sized pool with the view of the ocean was great. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Great location, away from most of the hectic crowding common on most of Key West. This was the cleanest rental we’ve stayed in, with almost no maintenance problems. The garbage disposal was inoperative when we arrived, and the drain associated with the disposal was blocked. I would also recommend that the tired mattress in the master suite should be replaced. Great stay!

We really like this place. It was big enough that we all had our place on the days that it rained. The second half of our trip was sunny so we got to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi which was fantastic. It was located in a quiet part of new town, but not so far away that we couldn't walk (or just a short Uber to the center of things). The kitchen was a little dated, but fully stocked. The balcony was huge and a great place for morning coffee or hanging out (but all the screen doors could use a little TLC). We loved it and would love to come back sometime!

The condo was great! It was very clean, spacious and well equipped for our needs. Great location to Smather's Beach! Great location to get your morning walk in along the coast. Very enjoyable even with construction going on outside. Very noisy and dusty to we couldn't sit out by the pool.
