LEGOLAND California Hotel and Castle Hotel

The only reason I would stay at this hotel again is because how happy it made my kids, besides that I had lots of issues with the staff. When I checked in I was told I wouldn’t need anything as in proof for parking so I could come and go as I please. When I did decide to leave when we came back we had issues coming back in they let us in went to talk to the front desk and they said I wouldn’t receive an email to scan at the gate I told them I didn’t receive an email nor was I told I was suppose to get one she said I didn’t need anything at check in. I showed him I hadn’t received an email he then said did you book through a third part in which I did (hotels.com) and he said my bad then you would just tell them your room number at the gate and when I told him they gave me trouble at the gate all he said was well it’s a busy day I see that you at least made it in… which was super annoying. Also we asked multiple staff members if there was a way to just go into the park to purchase something and none of them seem to know anything about Lego Land or the hotel they just all seemed like they were lost.

I really enjoyed the hotel. The room could’ve been a little better decorated for the kids and the selection at night for the TV station, no cartoons or anything for the little kids to watch, I think you need to check on the beds. My grandson cut his leg on the bed. They came and fixed it. Otherwise the hotel was fine. Please reach out for more information.
