We had a great time in Stonebridge where we have been staying for over 10 years for getaways to Branson. However, the unit we stayed in had a clog bathroom sink and sleep sofa was a rough sleep for my daughters who "slept" on it. The pool appeared to be under maintained, a lot of leaves in the pool. Also, the hot tub was unavailable during our entire 6 day stay.

Our family had a delightful time at the Stonebridge condos. The swimming pool was a very easy walk and the condos were quiet and comfortable. The upper units are easy walk in, but you have to take stairs to the lower units. A golf course and pond are on the property. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We loved staying at Stonebridge. There were some cleanliness issues-there was garbage left behind a nightstand and cobwebs on the walls, etc. for the most part is was pretty clean but the attention to detail is lacking for cleanliness. Our kids loved the swimming pool. Disappointed that the kids splash area wasn't working they could still play in there but the water wasn't running. The pool area needs some attention. The fencing is loose and some concrete pieces are loose and someone could get hurt. We would stay again but I'm hoping they get the pool area updated .

It's a great place to stay, lots of room, washer and dryer in each unit, great pools, lots of tennis/pickleball courts. Location is great, too. It is dated, which doesn't really matter, except this time we got the oldest bldg and some of the siding was missing and the mattresses desperately needed to be replaced. And there were a lot of lights in the bathroom but none near the tub so shaving was extra difficult. Overall, still a great place to stay, spread out, and relax.

we wish the pool closure was clear ahead of time. closed for season before labor day wasn't what we wanted to find out with a little one . also why we booked this resort. we were short on toilet paper but also didn't go to office for more so thats on us. the refrigerator kept leaking all over the kitchen. the place is great and secure that was nice overall we enjoyed our stay but again the pool was a big let down especially when it was 98 degrees outside

We feel like this property changed housekeeping and maintenance recently. Not clean as in the past, couches are needing replaced, carpet is pretty dirty now, dirty toilet, bathroom floor was not swept, looked like there was water in light fixture in one of the rooms we rented. We like this area but each time we go, the place seems to not be keeping up on cleanliness and maintenance.

The property was not ready for guests, bugs absolutely everywhere, spiderwebs on the balcony, only one chair for the balcony and it was covered in bird poop.Rips in the couch and stains on the dining room chairs. The advertised pool was closed, the giant jacuzzi bathtub didnt even have enough hot water to fill it up.

The kitchen was very unequipped.The room was dirty , the carpet looked and felt like there were cookie crumbs on the flooor. In the bathroom on the floor were 2 pony tail rubber bands. The people were nice for the most part.we had plugins that didn't work. they did that, but never offered to clean the unit. They tried to move us to a near by unit but it was worse. the frig in that unit didn't work and was not clean either, so opted to stay in the first unit at lease the frig worked in that one.

Recently stayed here for mine and my husbands 10 year anniversary. The pictures made it look like a beautiful place and I thought it would be way better than staying at a hotel, I was wrong and I wish I got a hotel instead. The employees were very nice and check in was easy and they were very informative. When we got to our room, it looked NOTHING like the pictures. Walking into our unit, it was very dark, the furniture was all scratched up, dirty, and outdated. I got to the bedroom and was horrified with not only the condition of the furniture but the bed sheets were dirty and it was INFESTED WITH BED BUGS! The staff was nice and apologized and gave us a new room which had a way nicer feel and vibe BUT was still dirty. Our sheets had some weird black crusty stuff on them, the tile floor was very sticky and the carpet just felt very dirty. The floors made our feet brown and we were constantly having to clean them with wet wipes. The coffee table had residue and greasy marks all over it, the shower had some black mold and the shower head was dirty and covered in build up, and the couches were so dirty and covered with white spots, boogers, hair, etc. I wouldn’t let my toddler sit on it. The king size bed had two tiny pillows (we ended up going to Walmart to buy some to use.) and the bed wasn’t super comfortable. The mattress was dirty and the space in between the mattress and bedframe looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. We didn’t enjoy and will not be back.

Honest Review—Important for Future Guests I had a reservation at Stonebridge Village Resort for 3/18/25 to 3/22/25, and while the location was very convenient to SDC and the grounds were lovely, I found bed bugs in my room. I immediately informed the facility, and while they responded promptly, it took many texts and phone calls to get to a final resolution. At first, they were willing to upgrade my room, but would not refund me for a very inconvienent night. In the end they refunded the majority of my money and did not penalize me for canceling without any more trouble. This was a frustrating experience, as cleanliness and guest well-being should be a top priority. I strongly urge management to take this matter seriously and properly address it for future guests. I hope to see improvements, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

We were very displeased with our stay. First, it was advertised as a 2 bedroom condo. This was false. In fact it was two 1 bedroom units that did not adjoin. When booking we were asked the number of children and their ages. This set up was completely inappropriate for our small children. Second, these units and the furnishings must not have been updated in 30 years. The couches were gross, and items around the condos were in poor repair but not replaced. The lack of attention to detail in the cleanliness of this place was disturbing. I am wondering if it has just been sitting for some time. There were cob webs in most of the corners of the rooms, spiders in the bathroom, and asian beetles on the walls. The most disgusting part has to be the sofa bed. Since the separate units were not idea, we were going to use the sofa bed as an option to try to keep the family together. When the sofa bed was opened there was a huge urine stain and bugs (small, creepy, tiny, moving nasty bugs). There is no after hours number to call unless of an emergency so we had no one to call with these issues when we arrived after the office hours which closed at 5 with a check in time of 4. Not much time to address issues. With no other options, we were forced to split up and use the beds in the 2 units (no visible bugs after thorough inspection). We did not rest well knowing the cleanliness issues. We left personal items in the kitchen hoping not to take any bugs home. We left early in am.

Are first night was warm in the unit told the office the second day found out that the AC need to be charged Freon. On the last day here and couldn't do laundry told the office they got maintenance to look at it found out that previous renter turned off the water and messed with the laundry machine now have to have weight on lit to work.

The unit is very dated and in need of new furniture. The furniture was stained up and had holes in it. There is not enough hot water for the jetted tub so its useless unless you like cold baths. The living rooms have smart tv but the bedrooms have small tube tvs. I reserved a two bed two bath unit but was given a 1 bed 1 bath unit x2 instead plus they were downstairs which wasn't great for my 65yo mom

Rated a 4 overall as a result of poor description of the rooms. I booked a three bedroom as we were traveling with family and wanted the space. When we arrived however, what we had was two separate rooms, non-adjoined which wasn’t an option for us because we couldn’t leave small children alone in their own condo. So instead of three beds behind one door, I got one condo with a king bed and sleep sofa, and a separate room entirely with an additional bed.

This is a great place to stay if you're visiting Branson. The condo is spacious and relaxing but the decor and furniture is a bit dated. Our only complaint is that the hot water heater capacity was not sufficient to fill the two person spa tub with hot water, which was very disappointing.

Check in, stay, location, and security was all fine. The main and only issue we ran into was that the air conditioning was not working in one unit and sort of worked in the second. At 10 oclock at night the temp was at or above 80 degrees. We set it to 71 and the air never came on nor did the fan work. We called for service and had someone come out the first two days. They said it was fixed but never worked. No one came after the second day. We were never offered to move to another unit. Upon check out I spoke with the manager and no compensation was offered.

I didnt like the unsecure factor of my original room at arrival. The neighbor had full access prior to our arrival and the room was not accessible at arrival from about 9:30pm until 11:30pm. The communication with a foreign person while trying to get a secure room at night was uneasy as well. However, i did get a new room the night of arrival and in the morning, the office staff made it so easy to continue my stay in the safer room. First impression was not good but I do appreciate the office staff and security on site.

We really love the location of the property, It has a secluded feeling while still being close to stores and restaurants. This is our fourth time staying there and will be the only place we stay in the future!!!! Also, it’s only 7 minutes to Silver Dollar City and that is a huge bonus for us!!

This location was perfect - quiet, tucked away from the rush of the main drags in Branson but still easily accessible to everything, which was really nice. The condo/apartment was fully stocked with washer and dryer, iron, hair dryer, and all the dishes and kitchen stuff we needed. It was very comfortable - the decor was 90’s so it was like a big hug from grandma! We will be back!

We got an incredible value on a two bedroom condo that was nice in every aspect. Clean, roomy, and quiet, away from town with a short drive to the action in Branson. If you want to be in the middle of the city this isn’t your place. Our unit was in a bldg that housed four two bedroom condos each of which, thanks to the configuration of the entrance doors code be rented as two one bedroom units or a single two bedroom unit. They had availability on short notice and like many properties even had a last minute price reduction. This would be a lovely place to spend a snowy holiday (even had a gas powered fireplace). I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Branson was ok but nothing special. I don’t plan to go to Branson again unless part of my time is spent on Table Rock Lake or things other than tourist trap stuff. The condo was a great place and value.

Loved staying in this gated condo resort. We grabbed groceries at a nearby Walmart and had all we needed there as well as a beautiful location to relax in. It was a great place to have our family meals once a day with or other family that came to the area. Could not have found a nice location with great staff.

Roomy condo for a 3 night stay. Comfy bed. Check in a bit confusing, since in a larger gated community. Basic furnishings and good kitchen pots and pans. I think the Elite must mean a fireplace and jacuzzi. Bring everything you will need to cook though as not even salt and pepper are provided.

We really liked it here!! My number 1 priority is “clean” and it definitely was! It’s a beautiful condo and we really enjoyed it. Everything you need including cooking pots and pans and another plus- a small washer and dryer we used-Loved that we could throw a few things in. If I had to rate anything negative -we wish the on site restaurant would stay open later to use after a long day! We hope to be back!

Beautiful property, pools, and good food at clubhouse. Only complaint is kiddie fun pool wasn’t working as of 07/02/24 we booked just for that, however kid still had a blast! Forgot to leave 4 keys and the front desk ladies were awesome about us sending them back, they helped with us getting in late after 6 and just awesome and helpful the entire stay! Rooms clean and had everything we needed!

We enjoyed the breakfast at the pavilion, and the staff were courteous and pleasant. I loved the scenic view as well as my guest, and the room was outstanding, very ritzy. Branson had so much to offer, like Silver Dollar City, which brought us there. The only disappointment for my granddaughter was not being able to use the pool on the property. This property share is second to Westgate.

Condo had everything we needed for our thanksgiving trip to Silver Dollar City. Parking was convenient. Bathroom was enormous. Living room was cozy with the fireplace. Kitchen was a bit outdated but had everything we needed. Back porch was great. Laundry was a plus in the condo.

Overall this place is great! The location is close to Sight&Sound Theater and Silver Dollar City. We appreciated the keyless entry, the layout of the condo, the washer/dryer (including detergent!). The a/c worked great and plenty of hot water. Quiet location. Beautiful deck with forest views and lots of bird watching opportunities. Outdoor grill available, but bring your own charcoal and barbecue tools. Cons: No mattress pad on master bed. Sheets on 2nd bed had human hair on pillow and also on the bed sheets. There were extra sheets in the closet so I changed them myself. I wrote this on the review sheet but didn’t get a follow up so I’m going to share here as well. The splash pool for kids looked so inviting on the website but it was Out of Order during our entire visit. 2 other “regular “ pools were available but the kids were looking forward to the special one. Despite those things the unit was clean and inviting and the area was beautiful.
