Alt i alt er godt hotel til prisen. Tæt på offentlig transport og "Uber platz" med masser af restauranter. Morgenmad med det mest nødvendige. Gode værelser med gode senge. Ingen larm. Man kan parkere på Ostbahnhof for 4 euro pr døgn. Godt alternativ til hotellets parkering der koster 21 euro. Der er ca 1,2 km. eller bus 300 lige til døren. Dog kunne Fitness rummet godt opdateres. Gamle vægtskiver hvor der er hel i, så sandet drysser ud.

We were attending a concert at the Music Hall which was only a few hundred metres away from the hotel. Its location was perfect for the nearby train station as well. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and their English was far, far better than my German. They were very helpful with any enquiries we had. The rooms were very clean, tidy and spacious, and the bar very comfortable and the staff once again very friendly. I will definitely use this hotel again when I return! Highly recommended!

Uber Arena in 1 Minute erreichbar. War für uns zwecks Konzert perfekt war. Leider war das eigene Parkhaus schon voll, dadurch mussten wir in ein anderes ausweichen, da die Parkmöglichkeiten dann doch sehr beschränkt sind. Wir kommen aber definitv wieder, da die Unterkunft selber wirklich super ist.

Because property is beside the Stadium many sports attendees stay at this hotel. Celelebrating is mostly contained to the bar and restaurant areas. Certainly is a good way to pick up on the vibes of the city and their enthusiasm for their home team. Would have liked a few more amenities and towels but a pleasant stay.

I booked 3 rooms and for all of them; - Rooms too hot - air con limited to not go below 20 - 'King' rooms were two small single beds pushed together with 2 small single cheap duvets. Beds simple foam like as were the tiny supplied pillows. All very uncomfortable. Felt like cheap hostel. Did not sleep well at all. - When I complained, I was moved to another room but all exactly the same. - Tiny TVs in room, only one english channel (bbc news) - Room was never cleaned during stay, towels not changed etc. - Safe was damaged, furniture slightly worn etc. - Wifi unreliable.

Tolles Hotel in der Nähe der Uber Arena und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Berliner Ostbahnhof entfernt. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Zimmer sauber. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Auch das Frühstück war fantastisch. In der Nähe befinden sich ein Einkaufszentrum und eine große Auswahl an Restaurants. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

First visit to Berlin and will definitely stay at the Holiday Inn again. Easy walking distance from the station, direct train from the airport (about 11 stops). Check inn really smooth and the staff were great. standard room and king bed, room was bigger than I expected as was the bed. nice bathroom with spacious shower (no bath) and clean. east side shopping mall over the road which has supermarkets, cafes, and everything you need and its a short walk to the shops/ bars and east side gallery.

Bra standard, rent rum och bra säng. Detta hotell håller samma standard som du får på ett svenskt scandic. Dessutom var det väldigt tyst. Jag hade ett rum med dörr till rummet bredvid vilket gjorde att jag hörde lite av mina rumsgrannar men det gjorde ingenting. Rummet låg dessutom precis vid hissen men det störde inte det minsta. Valet av hotell var enkelt för mig som var i Berlin för en konsert på Uber Arena, som ligger precis över gatan. Nära till kollektivtrafik, restauranger och butiker.

Habitación limpia no grande pero de buen tamaño, servicios adecuados, buena ubicación a 5 minutos de una parada del metro que facilitaba la llegada a Alexander Platz en 20 minutos, junto a un mall con bastantes opciones de tiendas y 2 super para realizar compras básicas, hotel recomendable para una estancia de 3 a 5 días

The room was nice and clean, comfortable pillows and bedding. Love the fact that it comes with a bathtub, perfect to relax after a long day of walking around. The bathroom is a bit small, like you enter, then you have to close the door in order to use the toilet seat, and the glass partition of the shower was not properly sealed which means the bathroom floor is flooded after each shower

ideal location, right next to train station, and uber arena. short walk to local shops, bars and east side gallery. Easy, quick check in. small room and no fridge though. big powerful shower. I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels. For the price this is not a good option. Whenever a room door closes on your floor it bangs and will wake you up. In the morning I asked for a cup of filter coffee downstairs and they wanted to charge me for it lol. Only instant coffee provided in the room. At 185€ I would expect better.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Super nettes, geduldiges Personal mit gleichbleibender Freundlichkeit. Zimmer waren sauber und nett her gerichtet, Frühstück war auch sehr üppig und frisch zubereitet. Insgesamt ein sehr netter Aufenthalt.

Insgesamt gutes Hotel. Kleinigkeiten: Beim Einchecken hat es recht lange gedauert, weil eine Reisegruppe Probleme mit dem Thema Kostenübernahme hatte und nur eine Person am Check-in gearbeitet hat. Das House-Keeping hat es leider nicht geschafft, im Zimmer Kaffee und Tee nachzulegen - schade. Eine Nachfrage an der Rezeption führte leider auch nicht zum Erfolg. Kaffee mit Koffein und schwarzer Teee waren gerade aus.

Leider funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht korrekt. Die Dame an der Annahme erklärte mir sie habe keine Ahnung. Meine Bitte den Hausmeister zu informieren wurde nicht erfüllt. Obwohl wir für den Parkplatz bezahlten, bekommen wir nur 3 Nächte von 7 inen Parkplatz. Wir würden hier nicht mehr übernachten.

Leider funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht korrekt. Die Dame an der Annahme erklärte mir sie habe keine Ahnung. Meine Bitte den Hausmeister zu informieren wurde nicht erfüllt. Had an amazing stay, the young fellow at the reception was incredible, too bad i cant remember his name. I have never received this good customer service in a hotel.

First visit to Berlin and will definitely stay at the Holiday Inn again. Easy walking distance from the station, direct train from the airport (about 11 stops). Check inn really smooth and the staff were great. standard room and king bed, room was bigger than I expected as was the bed. nice bathroom with spacious shower (no bath) and clean. east side shopping mall over the road which has supermarkets, cafes, and everything you need and its a short walk to the shops/ bars and east side gallery.

Property and location is great. There is a homeless encampment nearby. While I feel bad for these people they are quite noisy near the hotel almost every night.

Tolles Hotel in der Nähe der Uber Arena und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Berliner Ostbahnhof entfernt. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Zimmer sauber. We were attending a concert at the Music Hall which was only a few hundred metres away from the hotel. Its location was perfect for the nearby train station as well. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and their English was far, far better than my German. They were very helpful with any enquiries we had. The rooms were very clean, tidy and spacious, and the bar very comfortable and the staff once again very friendly. I will definitely use this hotel again when I return! Highly recommended!

ideal location, right next to train station, and uber arena. short walk to local shops, bars and east side gallery. Easy, quick check in. small room and no fridge though. big powerful shower. No fridge in the room and no milk, just coffee whitener. east side mall right on the doorstep with loads of shops and supermarkets.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Super nettes, geduldiges Personal mit gleichbleibender Freundlichkeit. Zimmer waren sauber und nett her gerichtet, Frühstück war auch sehr üppig und frisch zubereitet. Insgesamt ein sehr netter Aufenthalt.

Super Lage,wenn man eine Veranstaltung in der Uber Arena gebucht hat. Bushaltestelle und U-Bahn Station auch nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Hotel sehr sauber und freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück hat uns ein bisschen enttäuscht. Wir waren schon in Holiday Inn Hotels da war die Auswahl dreimal so groß. Mir fehlte zum Beispiel laktosefreier Joghurt und Obstsalat. Räucherlachs wäre auch schön gewesen.Außerdem frage ich mich warum in einem Hotel in Berlin morgens zum Frühstück Weißwurst angeboten wird :)

The location of the hotel was perfect for our trip to the ice hockey. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable, we all slept very well. We had breakfast at the hotel, there was plenty of choice and everything was hot and fresh.

Sehr für einen Städtetrip zu empfehlen, der Bus hält direkt um die Ecke, auch zu Fuß kann man problemlos, ca. 6 Min., zur Warschauer Str., wo U- und S-Bahnen fahren oder zum Ostbahnhof, knappe 20 Min., entlang der Eastside Gallery, gehen, wo es auch einen Rewe gibt, der sonntags geöffnet hat. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, sehr gute Qualität, nur die Brötchen könnten etwas knuspriger sein, aber es gibt ja Toaster. Nur zur Info, es gab keine Minibar, was uns nicht störte. Es wäre nur schön, wenn eine Flasche Wasser und auch Body Milk im Bad zur Verfügung stehen würden. Wir kommen aber auf jeden Fall gerne wieder und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen!
