Good location just in front of the National Stadium BTS station ext 1. Short walk to MBK and BACC. There’s a 7eleven at the lobby and a Mc Donald’s at next door’s hotel. One of the cleanest budget hotel I’ve stayed at and also has a large buffet breakfast area. I’d give all the staff a 10/10 rating except for one reception staff who seemed annoyed when I asked her to help me connect to the hotel’s WiFi (I told her I’m super exhausted that day - woke up at 230am to ge ready and to catch the first flight out) I’d give the hotel a rating of 5/5 otherwise. That said, I’d still highly recommend this hotel for its budgets friendly, staff and location. Will stay here again.

We stayed 4 nights at Ibis Bangkok Siam. This is a wonderful Hotel. It’s central to everywhere and at a very reasonable price. The Staff are so nice and helpful. The check-in was perfect. The breakfast is “First Class” with many options. The rooftop pool and view are unbeatable. The room was clean and just the perfect size for 2 people. The bathroom is big and the bed and pillow were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again as a first choice! Thank you for your hospitality.

Very convenient for Siam discovery, CentralWorld and Siam Center. 7/11 inside the hotel is very convenient and has good selection. Check in and out was easy and simplistic.

Rge propeety is clean and convenient to the MRT and stores but it is overpriced for a small toom with twin brds. I paid $90 a nigh and this eas a bare bones hotel. There is s 300 Baht charge prr day to ise the afjoining hotel, Mercure's pool.

Our room was nice and clean but the TV that wasn’t working at first. We need to call front desk twice to fix it. 7-11 is a good idea located at the main lobby. MBX Mall is 3 mins walking distance and metro is just right at the corner of that Mall. Wat po, Wat Arun or Palace is 12 mins grab cost $3 one way. Breakfast is not included so we pay $13 each but there’s a lot of selections to chose from. My husband love the ambience and the crew are helpful as well. It was at the 8th floor while swimming pool is at the 19th floor owned by Mercury Hotel so there is a B300 each entrance fee to use it.

Väldigt ihåligt rum. Det va som att man bodde med grannarna i en och samma rum. Man hörde allt. Städerskan på morgonen är väldogt högljudda. Luftkonditioneringen i dålogr skick. Kyler ibland men oftast fläktar den bara. Dom byter bara handuk och bäddar. Får ingen påfyllning eller nya sänglakan. Hård säng! Va som att sova på golvet.

Friendly reception staff. Had a slight leak in the bathroom which was repaired withing 10mins. Concierge were very helpful arranging a taxi for me when grab did not turn up. Twin room was clean with a nice layout and good storage. Would definitely recommend.

2nd time staying here. Glad to have met friendly and helpful staff this time round. I love the location which is close to major malls/ BACC and right in front of the BTS station. The room size is good for a solo traveller like me but may be a tad too small for some people with their partner/ kids. Rooms are clean. Overall a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

Stay one day in Dec 2024. Overall, I find the room is not clean....I find dirty marks in toilet basin, shower room wall, dust on floor, etc. It shown that there is lack of clean up for long time. The bed is too soft, no supporting for body.

I have not seen such tiny antique tv for a long time. It’s time to upgrade the antique tv in the room to a smart tv. With a brand name ibis, I believe it’s reasonable to at least have a up to date tv and power plug with USB beside the bed.

bathroom quite small and the shower water cannot control , sometimes too hot sometimes too cold and bathroom door is so noise , pillows are too high , do not have additional bed not for family with kids . location is excellent though , easy to travel by train and very near to shopping area only short walking distant .

The hotel is in a good position, but the rooms need a renovation. The furnitures were very old and broken in some parts. The cleaning of the room is good, exception made for the windows very dirty. There is no very good insonorization

Super beds, best i had in Thailand. Air con is so quiet that you dont hear it. Always stays here when in Bangkok. But dont get rooms in top floor 17, you hear the big air con machine from the roof.

Stay @ IBIS Siam was excellent, I would like to express my appreciation and Thanks to Mr. Oats (Dep. Manager for IBIS SIAM) , who rendered excellent and quick support when my room Safety Locker is got stuck. He immediate arranged Support personnel to open my Safety Locker in front of me, with just 10 mins of turn around Time. Special Thanks to Mr. Oat. Location of the Hotel is v key, Its easy accessible to BTS Stations, MBK Mall and easy access to all the prime location in Bangkok.

Simple room, easy access, conveniently located. Only front desk staff are sulky faced, avoid eye contact with you, because they dislike to greet you as hotel guest. The staff on the 8 th floor serving breakfast, they are nice, courteous, helpful. Easy check in and check out.

To our surprise, we were greeted with a great decorated bedroom, a pair of towel swans on the bed as we celebrated our 2 decades anniversary and a welcoming cake. Thanks to the hotel staff’s efforts. Very convenient location, 7-11 store right in front of lobby, right outside is the BTS station. Unfortunately we made an earthquake (28/3/25) during our stay, and fortunately we are safe and sound to return our country. It was an unfortunate life time experience, first time happened in Bangkok. We now pray and bless for Thailand including Myanmar residents. 🙏🙏🙏

Front counter staff attitude and eagerness to serve is very lacking and double standard. They seems to be very rude towards local Thai people, especially when they request to stsmp their parking ticket for cómplimentary parking. Mannerisms is missing, they always looking down at their desk, pretend to be working, actually avoiding eye to eye contact with hotel guests, so they don't need to smile or greet. Unhappy group of service staff.

Good prices for what you get in the 'HiSo' part of Bangkok. You get what you pay for...the room was quite small, however as we went out during the day it didn't matter that the walls felt a bit like they were closing in. The Ibis was right in the middle of all the shopping activities in the area. However If you want a peaceful nearby place for lunch or evening meal, try the nearby Jim Thompson cafe. Good food, good prices and a respite from the crowds...and the heat. At the steps to National Stadium station.

The hotel upgraded all chairs in cafe and rooms. Better and more comfortable chair. However, the bread fast at the cafe is jammed packed. The food arrangements was not good. They place the potatoes salad in a big chiller, chill the salad, but also dry up the potatoes, making it hard to chew. Waitress cleared my two full glass of juice, without check if the seat is occupied. The manager on duty saw me occupied the seat, did not stop waitress from clearing the table. Manager is not observant, lack of awareness of the surrounding.

This hotel is right across from the BTS National Stadium stop. Can’t get anymore convenient than that! Rooms are clean and a nice view out to the city. Great breakfast in the morning. A bit pricey , but lots of food and we just did the buffet as we were filled to start a day in the city. Easy walk to MBK center. Fairly easy to also get to Siam Paragon and food court in their lower level. Staff was helpful with questions about flights and any other questions we asked. A couple Thai massages close and great prices. Would stay here again.

This is a good hotel, clean and modern. I have stayed at many ibis hotels, this has the best buffet breakfast for ibis I have seen. In a down side, I left a credit card and gold chain in the room, after check out, contacted hotel, they didn’t find it, disappointing that it’s most likely not been handed in. But ultimately it’s my fault leaving it in the desk. If it wasn’t for that I would rate 10/10.
