Trip was great hotel staff were really good and friendly. View from the room was amazing. Bad point was the spa alot of money for me and my wife to have a 10 minute treatment each and access to spa facilities. The spa was beautifull but the massage was rushed and not good quality. We complained about this and Nicolas dealt with it best he could and couldnt have been more helpfull our full holiday. Still feel like it should have been clear from the outset as to what length of treatment you recieve as left a bitter taste to an otherwise amazing holiday.

Wellness-Bereich klein aber fein , war aber kostenpflichtig und nicht zu jeder Zeit buchbar . Das stand beim Buchen nur extrem klein gedruckt dabei - Wellness-Pauschale ab 69€ . In der Ausstattung des Hotels steht aber fett Sauna / Whirlpool ( da gehört das reingeschrieben) - so hat das ein Gschmäckle. Wir gehen gern mal kurz für einen Durchgang in die Sauna und ehrlich gesagt ist das für uns auch ein Grund-Kriterium um ein Hotel zu buchen . Hätten wir jetzt jeden Tag die Sauna benutzen wollen hätten wir 210€ a3Tage a 2Stunden ausbezahlen müssen und ohne Vorreservierung trotzdem keine Chance gehabt weil entweder belegt oder eben nicht aufgeheizt. Schlecht dafür gibt es echt Schulnote 6

Such a beautiful hotel situated right in the shore front. Parking is easy on lake front car park and it’s a very safe area. No issues at all leaving a convertible overnight. They do have their own car park too. Breakfast was lovely, all the staff very helpful. You cannot get a better location, right next to the boat moorings and several restaurants. The views from the hotel over the lake are fantastic. I’d definitely stay here again.

This hotel is a must! On a quiet part of Lake Garda but with plenty of restaurants. Our stay was amazing. Incredible staff, breakfast, clean comfortable rooms. View of the lake across the street and beautiful wellness facility!

This hotel surprised me. I wasn’t expecting much but the service was impeccable. Not sure if this hotel is new because it is so so clean. When going to the spa, they send the spa kit (robe and flip flops) to your room. The spa was a great treat after spending a long day on the water. I love the privacy you get and not having to share the sauna/steam and etc with others. The only downside I could think of is the parking spot because it is not on the property. I would pay an extra fee for valet but I don’t think they offer it. I have yet to try their restaurant for lunch or dinner but the breakfast spread was definitely above average for a small hotel. I wish I had gotten the names of the front desk personnel and the lady who made my cappuccino because they were super awesome, friendly, and just overall genuine positive energy - like they are all happy working there. I feel it says a lot about their employers. The hotel is very near the beach and lots of restaurants within the area. Definitely coming back next month!

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am See ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer war geräumig. Das Parsonal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlichg und hilfsbereit. Parkplatz leider 500 m vom Hotel weg, aber wenn einem das Laufen nichts aus macht ok. Der Service beim Frühstuck war leider mangelhaft. Kaffe wurde immer erst nach mehreren Bitten, wenn ein Kellner zu sehen war, serviert. Frühstücksbuffet war oft leergeräumt und wurde nicht zeitnah aufgefüllt.

Location and view were superb. Staff were fantastic, always had a smile and a name for you. Food and service were amazing, Pierrot, Evano, Deborah, Greta, Samantha could not have been more attentive. Never met the room cleaners but everything was always spotless and clean towels everytime one was used. Highly recommend and will definitely return

This hotel is well placed in the centre of Torbole on the lakefront. We arrived around midnight and were well looked after by Martina. Our room was spacious but the carpet was heavily stained - as if a builder had walked through with cement on his/her boots! At breakfast, hot foods not replenished and we had to actively seek a waiter for tea/coffee. Car parking is a bit of a walk from the hotel - it might’ve 5 minutes as they say if you’re under 35. Not a cheap hotel - shop around!

Good location and great service. The quality of the mattresses was sub standard for a 4 star hotel (at least the room we stayed in: 401). I would suggest to stay away from the rooms on the 4th floor as the windows are very small and the “balcony” is not really a balcony.

We had two good nights in this hotel, with wonderful view on the lake, comfortable bed and tasty breakfast. A nice walk to riva del garda is easy and accessible directly from the hotel. The only point is isolation in our room (music from the restaurant) but it wasn’t late so not a problem for us.

We stayed in this hotel 2 nights. The room was very clean and big for our party of 3. The bathroom was huge and had many towels. The hotel is right in front of the lake but we didn´t know the lake was so big so we expected to be closer to other cities. Good thing there is a 5 minute walk to the Ferry that can take you everywhere. Breakfast had a lot of different options including fresh cold press juice that we love and fresh coffee.

Really enjoyed the stay, fantastic location, cosy and friendly atmosphere. Clean rooms with comfi bed and quality cosmetics ( comfort zone). Very helpful and pleasant stuff. Great cappuccino during breakfast ( sometimes the tase is awful at the different hotels) with wow view to the lake. Dinner at the restaurant was amazing. Thank you and good luck!
