What a gem of a hotel, what great staff they have working there also. I stayed for an extended Leap Day weekend Thursday to Monday and the Hotel did not disappoint. There is everything you need the Hotel is staffed until 22:00 out of hours you access using your Hotel keycard, parking is available for free behind the hotel or on-site for a fee. Room has all the amenities you'd need and has a fantastic view of the Mountains which you can even see from the bathroom. The shower is very large and walk-in. The toilet has a showerhead bidet and the tabletop has a lot of space. There is a EU and UK plug socket by the sink for the toothbrush charger. There is a gym downstairs and entertains a maximum of 4 people at any time, you should prebook this but I went out of season so it was virtually me and only a handful of other guests who even used it. There is plenty of stuff to keep you on track it has a few steps, exercise ball, benches, cable machine, leg extension, pulley, lat machine, treadmill, free weights and weight disks if you need heavier (up to 25kg per disk), incline leg press, smith machine, tower, bench press there is a big TV in the middle of the room which you can use for Music or entertainment unless you want to bring your own headphones. Gotì Spa has an Aromatic Shower, Steam Room, Whirlpool / Hot Tub ad a Finnish Sauna with a relaxation room that has refreshments and snacks. Overall a fantastic choice to stay with great amenities and a lot of connections available

Esperienza positiva, pariamo dalla camera, standard minimale ma confortevole, silenziosa e una doccia molto gradita. La colazione è abbondante e ricca di prodotti di qualità. L'ambiente è rilassante e confortevole. L'unica nota , a mio avviso, poco positiva è il parcheggio a pagamento a 15 euro a notte, anche se fuori a poche decine di metri c'è un parcheggio non a pagamento ma che non è di proprietà dell'Hotel. In definitiva, ci ritornerei sicuramente.
Esperienza positiva, pariamo dalla camera, standard minimale ma confortevole, silenziosa e una doccia molto gradita. La colazione è abbondante e ricca di prodotti di qualità. L'ambiente è rilassante e confortevole. Das Hotel liegt nicht direkt am See. Man braucht ca 5 zu Fuss zum See. Frühstück ist sehr gut. Zimmer modern. Hat man ein Zimmer zum Parkplatz (kostenlos) hinterm Hotel kann es Morgens laut werden.

The hotel looked great from the outside. Inside reception was also nice but carpet on stairs a bit grubby, but dogs were allowed in the hotel so not a surprise. Reception staff amazing, extremely helpful, kind & nothing was too much trouble. The same can be said about the breakfast staff & cleaners, a really professional & helpful team. The room on the other hand I found a bit annoying. A bath in the room where you sleep, quirky but ok I can let that go but a window between the bedroom & the shower so you have a birds eye view wasn't really my thing. My other friend's room had a clear section in the door to the bathroom so you could see when someone was on the toilet. Ok for some couples but not between friends. The other thing only 1 mirror in the bathroom, no other mirrors which is crazy especially if someone is using the shower. There needs to be another bin & tissues in the sleeping area. Hanging space is ok but hardly any drawer space so this can be a bit tricky but certainly not a deal breaker. Sockets with USB ports would be helpful but again not a necessity. The staff absolutely make this hotel work they really are a credit to the place. It's situated close enough to shops, restaurants, the lake etc. only a short walk & you're in the hustle of the town. It's a truly magical place to stay. It's beautiful, people are friendly & the limoncello spritz are a necessity! Overall if you use the hotel as a base it works very well, it just needs a few tweaks.

Stayed for 3 nights whilst taking part in the Lake Garda Marathon. Stunning scenery and fantastic hotel. The staff went out of their way to make the stay very comfortable. In particular, Katerina who went above and beyond to find a taxi the morning of the run given that all taxis seemed to be booked. The oils definitely stay again. The room was great and the restaurant was also really good. Easy to get to Riva by foot or bus.

Alles in Allem ganz ok. Was uns generell stört sind die Kosten für den Hund. Nach unserem Aufenthalt merkt man nicht, dass ein Hund im Zimmer war. Ich wäre für eine Pauschale pro Aufenthalt und nicht für einen Betrag pro Übernachtung.

La struttura ci ha comunicato prima dell'arrivo il cambio di hotel presso l'hotel Lago di Garda, sicuramente di categoria superiore. Inoltre ci hanno messo a disposizione una camera superior con vista lago. Tutto eccellente, hotel nuovo, pulitissimo, con tutti i comfort. Personale disponibile e attento a tutte le esigenze. Colazione eccellente

Quarto limpo, o único problema são os travesseiros muito duros. O restante hotel novo é limpo. Café da manhã excelente, um dos melhores que tivemos em toda viagem. Equipe bastante simpática principalmente a recepção.

Our first summer holiday in a decade was always going to be by Lake of Garda (Lago di Garda, Italy) and chosing Gotì Hotel in Nago-Torbole turned out to be a great choice. We really enjoyed this luxurious and extremely clean hotel. We recommend it highly.

Alles wirklich top. Wir waren mit unseren Zimmer wirklich zufrieden: großes Zimmer, großer Fernseher und tolle Badewanne! Auch Badezimmer und WC war wirklich okay! Schöner Balkon mit Liegen. Im Sommer sicherlich eine Bereicherung! Getränke beim Frühstück muss man bestellen, da wäre ein Getränke - bzw. Kaffeeautomat besser! Eventuell noch eine warme Speise mehr anbieten! Aber das ist Meckern auf wirklich hohem Niveau. Sonst waren wir mit dem Angebot zufrieden. Sehr leckerer Kuchen!

The hotel looked great from the outside. Inside reception was also nice but carpet on stairs a bit grubby, but dogs were allowed in the hotel so not a surprise. Reception staff amazing, extremely helpful, kind & nothing was too much trouble. The same can be said about the breakfast staff & cleaners, a really professional & helpful team. The room on the other hand I found a bit annoying. A bath in the room where you sleep, quirky but ok I can let that go but a window between the bedroom & the shower so you have a birds eye view wasn't really my thing. My other friend's room had a clear section in the door to the bathroom so you could see when someone was on the toilet. Ok for some couples but not between friends. The other thing only 1 mirror in the bathroom, no other mirrors which is crazy especially if someone is using the shower. There needs to be another bin & tissues in the sleeping area. Hanging space is ok but hardly any drawer space so this can be a bit tricky but certainly not a deal breaker. Sockets with USB ports would be helpful but again not a necessity. The staff absolutely make this hotel work they really are a credit to the place. It's situated close enough to shops, restaurants, the lake etc. only a short walk & you're in the hustle of the town. Stayed for 3 nights whilst taking part in the Lake Garda Marathon. Stunning scenery and fantastic hotel. The staff went out of their way to make the stay very comfortable. In particular, Katerina who went above and beyond to find a taxi the morning of the run given that all taxis seemed to be booked. The oils definitely stay again. The room was great and the restaurant was also really good. Easy to get to Riva by foot or bus.

We stayed here for a week and it was perfect. The hotel is modern, clean and all staff were helpful and lovely. I would recommend this hotel to anyone as it was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. It is a short walk to the beach and a short bus journey to Riva.
