Our first time staying in this hotel. Very friendly, accommodating & professional staff... great service! Spacious & clean rooms for 3 adults, 1 kid and 1 dog. Some areas could use some maintenance. Wonderful pool & waterslide. The hot tub was not open & the fitness machines were not working during our visit. Still a great place to get rest ,& relaxation.

It was fairly decent, ice machine wasn’t working and the ice I did get from the front desk was old old ice( crystals on them) it’s NOT the quietest hotel I’ve stayed in…. We were on the top floor and could still hear the floor below us! Would stay again if I didn’t need a good night sleep! Staff was friendly!

I took my daughter to Regina for a special trip just the 2 of us. We loved the swimming pool. It was bath water warm. The waterslide was good. My daughter loved it. The pool room air could be warmer as it was cool with your shoulders out of the water. The breakfast was plentiful and lots of hot amd cold choices and a fast automatic pancake maker. Wish there was real cream for the coffee rather than coffeemate but otherwise it was excellent. Coffee/tea/cold water was available 24/7. Room was sufficient. Nice sized tub. Comfy beds. Great thermostat controlled room. Tv channels excellent choices. Safe location close to Regina. Friendly helpful staff at front desk. Excellent, personable, helpful, curteous service!!

Very good staff with willingness to please. Snow and ice conditions need to be addressed in timely manner VERY unsafe. RE bar from broken parking curb sticking out of surface in south parking lot un safe and potential to ruin tires Need lighting over south exit door. T V in breakfast area should be showing news in morning. Not advertising loop

We selected this place because of the pool/hot tub and the fitness room from the pictures. What we found out when we arrived was that nothing in the fitness room worked and the weights were all removed for some reason, was what we were told. The hot tub wasn't operational either. Pool was fine. The place was run by one guy - real nice guy too but just one guy. Breakfast was really good.

As soon as we walked the hallway it kinda smell bad. And then our room is even worse. It smells like it wasnt cleaned and smells sweat. I went to the front desk and transfer us to the new room. It’s better than the second one. The fridge and the coffee maker are dirty though. I was disappointed in the room. But the breakfast are good and the dining are clean. The staff are friendly and nice too.

Hotel was very clean just the carpet in the hallway stained. The room was very roomy newer looking and clean. Hot tub wasn’t working but that’s pretty typical of most hotels. Great bed very comfortable. Couldn’t hear any road noise.

It is a dated hotel. So the rooms smell that way. I’m glad they have a window that opens. The rooms are clean, no free wifi. We can use our phone so that’s not bad. The front desk was to the point . He was muffled when he talked so hard to understand ( had a mask) no issues with a mask but hard to hear.

Bed bug found the morning of checkout. Trapped it into an old pill bottle I had in my purse. Informed front desk of same who then asked to keep the trapped bug for purposes of showing their exterminator. The shower head in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in quite some time as it was mostly covered in pink mold amongst other grime. Under the bathroom vanity also lacked cleanliness, as it contained an old inside out sock, several dust bunnies, and a lot of hair from several different people.

The front desk staff person was very helpful in the evening when I arrived, but the next morning the fellow that was there had a hard time comprehending that I just wanted to comment that the carpet was stained and “not by my dog” It was a convenient location with lots of amenities within walking distance.

Decent hotel for the money. Would stay again. Love the free breakfast. Pillows are the smallest pillows I have ever seen in a hotel. Common area carpets need to be shampooed. Hotel staff was above average and friendly. The room was clean. Good parking for pickups with trailers.

Just passing through on our way back to Manitoba from Calgary. Staff was friendly, they allowed us to stay with our dog. IGA, Shopper's, Timmie's and a pizza place were all literally in the same parking lot. Great little spot to refresh before hitting the road again.

Included breakfast which had hot options of sausage, scrambled eggs, and omelettes, and the press a button make a pancake machine, as well as typical cold options. Breakfast attendant was helpful and attentive in getting items replenished. Kids enjoyed time in the pool and waterslide. Waterslide ends in catch trough instead of emptying into pool which is nicer for small kids I think, would have liked more of that style when my kids were younger. Beds were super comfy. Overall quite happy with it.
