Lovely hotel on the outskirts of Strasbourg with public transport links closeby. There are bus stops just across the road and you can get into the City centre within 30 mins. Alternatively it is easy to get a taxi which cost us about €12. There is also a McDonald's, Intermarche and a sushi restaurant within a 5 minute walk. The supermarket also has a petrol station. The hotel has plenty of free parking in a two level underground car park with a lift. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room which was a studio room, had a small kitchen with microwave, hob and fridge with freezer compartment. There was also a selection of cutlery and cooking utensils. The bed was clean and comfortable with power sockets to the side of the headboard. The bathroom was clean, well maintained and had a good shower. We had a minor issue when we checked in as the TV had a faulty screen. We chose another room which was fine. We paid for breakfast which is served from 06:30 to 10:00 and consisted of a continental buffet but also had a selection of cooked breakfast as well. The only negative was the cost of the swimming and spa. The swimming pool was €15 each for 2 hours. Overall I would definitely recommend it if visiting Strasbourg.

The hotel is nice and in good shape. BUT the spa, sauna and pool are NOT for free, which is/was indicated by the info on Hotels.com, so that's for sure very disappointing. It costs a lot of extra euros for to use those. :-/ One very positive thing about the hotel is that there's free charging at 4 charger for your electric car.

Stayed for 4 nights on vacations. The facilities are very good including underground parking. I didnt find so nice the fact that there is no room cleaning and pool/sauna included in the price. The location is a little suburban, taking at least 30 min to the city center. Not much to do or eat around the hotel.

El hotel tiene parking interior gratuito; así que es ideal si vas en coche. El personal fue muy amable durante nuestra estancia. Sin duda repetiremos.

Réceptionniste désagréable à notre arrivée Nous avions deux réservations de suite, nous avons gardé la même chambre, mais le ménage n’a pas été fait entre les deux réservations… Lit double avec deux matelas, les lits n’étaient pas accrochés et se séparaient tout le temps… Système de réservation de la piscine inadapté. Créneaux affichés complets alors que les gens ne se déplacent pas…

Je vous fais part de mon profond mécontentement concernant mon séjour dans cet établissement qui ne correspond pas aux standards de qualité, d'hygiène et de sécurité attendus. J'ai constaté une absence de ménage à mon arrivée et durant mon séjour. J'ai relevé la présence d'équipements cassés ou défectueux rendant l'utilisation de l'appartement partiellement impossible et renforçant l'impression générale de négligence et d'insécurité. A plusieurs reprises j'ai averti la réception et l'équipe de ménage de ce manquement. Pour autant aucune action n'a été menée pour remédier à la situation. Photo 1 : élastiques d'appareil d'orthodontie sous canapé lit. Photo 2 : les canapés lits cassés dans les 2 appartements afin de bénéficier d'un meilleur confort les enfants ont dormi à même le sol sur le matelas, Photo 3 : chasse d'eau cassée, Photo 4 : poubelle cassée, Photo 5 : un os à manger pour chien dans la gaine technique très poussiéreuse du WIFI, Photo 6 : poussières +++ et chips sous le canapé lit, Photo 7 et 8 : entrebailleur de fenêtre cassé dans le salon et dans la chambre de l'appartement 504, Photo 9 : miroir qui se décroche du mur appartement 501. Les miroirs au dessus des lavabos ne fonctionnaient pas dans les 2 appartements.... Un mail a été adressé à Mr CANOVA et Me TEMERBEKOVA le 29/12/25 et une relance le 10/01/26 sans réponse de leur part. Je souhaite obtenir un dédommagement, à la hauteur des désagréments subis.

The apartment was spacious enough for 4 adults but the sofa bed was not comfortable (mattress warped). The handheld shower does not have a hook at the higher position, which makes it difficult for shorter people to use and does not want to use the overhead shower. Hôtel bien placé près d'un Parking-Relais en périphérie de Strasbourg Chambre spacieuse avec une belle terrasse Il n'y avait malheureusement pas d'eau chaude à l'évier de la cuisine, ni de sèche-cheveux mais cela n'a pas perturbé notre séjour qui fut très agréable

L ´hôtel est beau Chambre spacieuse Chambre pour 3 adultes et un enfant Le 2me lit est un canapé convertible et malheureusement il était cassé en deux au milieu . Problème signalé mais pas du tout réglé La gouvernante est venu et a mis un sur matelas . J ai dormi 3 nuit dans un lit plié en deux avec un creux . Mal Lombalgies atroces

BEL HOTEL BEL ESPACE et chambre bien équipée. en revanche il ne fait pas assez chaud dans l'ensemble de l'hotel chambre à 19 degrés trop juste ! sachant que de l'air froid passe par la menuiserie. il y a une possibilité de monter de trois degrés mais je n'ai pas vu la différence. L'espace douche est parfait mais le débit d'eau trop faible

Quarto amplo, bem equipado. Confortável. O aquecedor não funcionou. Dormimos de casacos e meias. No segundo dia a senhora Irina foi muito gentil e nos providenciou um aquecedor portátil que resolveu o problema. Fica afastado da cidade. Estávamos de carro. A garagem gratuita foi um ponto muito positivo.

Arrived at the hotel late around 11.30pm to find a new member of staff on reception who could not get in touch with the Manager. We were advised that the hotel was overbooked and there was no room for us! After waiting around 40 mins we were told that they had a room for us for that night and we would have to speak to someone in the morning about the other 2 nights!!? It was very stressful experience. It was resolved in the morning but so unnecessary! Room was clean, spacious and modern, however the shower flooded the bathroom every time we used it and the shelf in the shower was placed in a very strange place which caught my shoulder/back every time I used the shower it was a H&S issue. There was no hairdryer in my room I reported this on first morning but this was never replaced. The bar was lovely but closed early and drinks and glasses were still on the table the afternoon after the night before we had them! Overall poor service levels although the property was lovely in style and parking was convenient. I would not stay here again!

There was no hairdryer in my room I reported this on first morning but this was never replaced. The bar was lovely but closed early and drinks and glasses were still on the table the afternoon after the night before we had them! Overall poor service levels although the property was lovely in style and parking was convenient. I would not stay here again!

Quarto amplo, bem equipado. Confortável. O aquecedor não funcionou. Dormimos de casacos e meias. No segundo dia a senhora Irina foi muito gentil e nos providenciou um aquecedor portátil que resolveu o problema. Fica afastado da cidade. Estávamos de carro. A garagem gratuita foi um ponto muito positivo.

Séjour très agréable !Studio spacieux très bien aménagé ,très propre ! petit bémol l'accueil " français ," nous a t-on demandé je pense que une formule un peu plus sympathique aurait été mieux comme " Vous êtes francais?" EN même temps ,nous sommes en France et je trouve normal qu'on me parle en français ....... ça fait plusieurs fois que nous allons à Oberhausbergen et je trouve à chaque fois l'accueil peu enthousiaste ! Cela ne m'empêchera pas d'y retourner malgré l'accueil peu chaleureux !

Arrived at the hotel late around 11.30pm to find a new member of staff on reception who could not get in touch with the Manager. We were advised that the hotel was overbooked and there was no room for us! The apartment was spacious enough for 4 adults but the sofa bed was not comfortable (mattress warped). The handheld shower does not have a hook at the higher position, which makes it difficult for shorter people to use and does not want to use the overhead shower. Lovely hotel on the outskirts of Strasbourg with public transport links closeby. There are bus stops just across the road and you can get into the City centre within 30 mins. Alternatively it is easy to get a taxi which cost us about €12. There is also a McDonald's, Intermarche and a sushi restaurant within a 5 minute walk. The supermarket also has a petrol station. The hotel has plenty of free parking in a two level underground car park with a lift. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room which was a studio room, had a small kitchen with microwave, hob and fridge with freezer compartment. There was also a selection of cutlery and cooking utensils. The bed was clean and comfortable with power sockets to the side of the headboard. The bathroom was clean, well maintained and had a good shower. We had a minor issue when we checked in as the TV had a faulty screen. We chose another room which was fine. We paid for breakfast which is served from 06:30 to 10:00 and consisted of a continental buffet but also had a selection of cooked breakfast as well. The only negative was the cost of the swimming and spa. The swimming pool was €15 each for 2 hours. Overall I would definitely recommend it if visiting Strasbourg.

Property was in top condition and we had a very comfortable stay for 4 days. Though it is slightly away from city centre it was well connected to the city centre which you could reach in 15-20mins. There are local grocery stores like Lidl and Inter Marché which was super convenient.

Mehr Schein als Sein. Das Hotel sieht auf den Bildern toll aus, lockt auch mit dem schönen Pool. Der Pool ist aber im Preis nicht inbegriffen und der Zugang für Kinder nur bis 17 Uhr möglich obwohl er generell bis 22 Uhr geöffnet ist. Das Frühstück war unterirdisch - wir hatten noch nie so schlechtes Früstück in einem Hotel. Wer auf matschig kaltes Rührei, Bratwürste und Bohnen steht mag das evtl. anders sehen. Ein gesundes Frühstück sieht anders aus! Die Obstschale war halb leer und außer ein paar Pfirsichen und vergammelten Bananen nichts zu finden. Zusammenhefasst schönes Design des Hotels, alles Andere eine Frechheit! Nie wieder Citadines.

L'hôtel en general est vraiment pas mal , lit plus que confortable , chambre relativement bien en revanche gros manque d'informations lors de la reservation , caution de 150 euros a payer indiqué nul pars , piscines payante a 15 par perosnne pour 2 heures. Le petit dejeuner nous avons tous ce quil faut en revanche personnelles du restaurant le matin tres peu agréable, on a pas fini qu'ils nous retire deja nos assiettes etc. La restauration le soirs la par contre excellent, les assiettes sont vraiment tres bonnes et le personnelles tres professionnels ainsi que tres gentils et tres serviable , si je devais noter le restaurant du soirs je mettrais 10/10. En general un tres bonne hotel , même si pour le prix certaines chose pourrais être a revoir. Je recommande cette hôtel sans trop de problème.

Par contre petit déjeuner catastrophique, entre la file d’attente d’un quart d’heure pour y accéder, pas de place dans la salle obligé d’aller prendre le petit déjeuné au bar et le fait qu’ils ne remettent rien, nous n’avons quasi rien eu à manger et rien à boire !!! C’est honteux !!!!

We stayed for six days with our family in a two-room apartment with a kitchen. Everything looked great and fresh. The bathroom was clean and modern, and the rooms were in good condition. The TV in one of the rooms was not working, but after we informed the staff, they fixed it, which we really appreciated. The parking was included, which was fantastic. There was also a grocery store and a fast-food place right next to the hotel, which was very convenient. We can definitely recommend this place. The breakfast was also very good. The only negative thing was the mattress on the sofa bed, which could have been a bit more comfortable.
