The positive notes about his property is that it was clean and it is less expensive than staying in the Blue Mountains. However, the pool was closed when we were there (as it was green), and the rooms needed a facelift. I would give this a 2 out of 5.

Great big shower with wonderful shower head. Shampoo/Cond/bath gel & hand wash/lotion/shave cream all on wall in bathroom. Plenty of room. Spotlessly clean. Had electric blankets, air cond and air freshener. Had fresh milk for tea/coffee. Would recommend as great spot to stop over.

We stayed a couple of nights and really enjoyed it. The room was clean, the mattress was nice and firm, and we slept well. The hot water at the basin takes a bit to warm up, and the microwave could use an update, but that’s no big deal. For the price, it’s great value and I’d definitely recommend it!

Room stunk like urine. Had to use car freshener to mask the vile smell Mould in bathroom wall as no exhaust fans No cutlery you get 1 spoon STAFF No eye contact didn’t speak apart from sayings the room number. No social or interpersonal skills Reception stunk of curry so much so was like walking into an asian supermarket Do yourself a favour DONT STAY HERE
