The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Very responsive. Hot water in the shower didn't last long enough for two consecutive showers so I would plan accordingly. The mattress was not the worst but could have but could have been a little more comfortable. A ceiling, floor, or tabletop fan for circulation of air would have been a nice addition. Overall a good stay!

Stayed 4 nights

There was very little provided; no extra roll of toilet paper, a couple of plastic cups and hot cups, not much creamer. There were no comfortable chairs, only two wood table chairs.

The location was great, so close to Bryce, whoever the overall condition of the cabin was low, the lock wasn't working and we had to leave it unlocked while hiking. We paid a considerable price for what we got.

Here is a more polished and smoothly written version of your review: ⸻ I was very disappointed with my stay at this cabin. From the moment I arrived, the property felt neglected and poorly maintained. The overall condition gave the impression that upkeep simply isn’t a priority. The most significant issue was the temperature. The cabin was extremely cold, and even with the heater running continuously, it never reached a comfortable level. The restroom was especially freezing, making it very unpleasant to use. For a place that’s meant to offer a cozy cabin experience, this was a major letdown. Access to the cabin was also problematic. The door PIN code did not work upon arrival, and the PIN to retrieve the key from the padlock failed as well. After a three-hour hike, my plan was to arrive, settle in briefly, and then head out to get something to eat. Unfortunately, because of the lock issues, I wasn’t able to leave the room. I called and texted the number provided in the email, but staff were unresponsive, which only added to the frustration. Overall, this stay was far from relaxing. With better maintenance, reliable access systems, and responsive customer service, this place might have potential. However, based on this experience, I would not return or recommend it.
