Overall the cabins were nice and rustic. No one on site to help, but Drew was very responsive to our requests and all was good. There was only one roll of TP for 3 people but luckily we saw the housekeeper and she supplied us with an additional role. There are 3 picnic tables with BBQ stands but the grass and weeds were overgrown making it not easy to use. Bring your own silverware, paper towels, plates, etc because nothing is supplied.

Cute little cabins in a rustic quiet area with a beautiful field and mountain view. They are cabins so there is no on-site person at the office, no ice machine or other amenities that an actual hotel would give you. But I had no problems with checking in using the code given to me in the email that day. Coffee machine, refrigerator and microwave in the room. The beds had some sort of plastic liner on the mattress though, so every time you turn in bed it makes this swishing noise which was kind of irritating, but overall we enjoyed our stay and would do so again.

The cabin was exceptionally clean and had a wonderful scent. The location was perfect, offering stunning mountain views. There was ample parking and plenty of picnic tables with a BBQ grill. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We had a lovely experience. Thank you!

It was our second visit to these cabins in three years. The instant check-in process was nice, as we received the lock code to the room in advance; thus, it did not matter what time we arrived--we had a room. However, lack of staff on site or nearby had some major drawbacks; in our case, the heat pump used the heat the room was fighting a losing battle against the outside cold, down to 9ºF (-17ºC); ended up having to purchase a small electric space heater to maintain a reasonable temperature (68ºF, 20ºC). Tried to reach out to someone on the provided phone number, but just rolled to voicemail. Otherwise, was a very nice room, though a little drafty through cracks in the door and along the roof/wall interface. It is a quiet, relaxing place in the winter, if one is prepared for the cold.

Convenient location about 15 min from Bryce Canyon. There are several log cabins around area. This location was a smaller one with less amenities. The office is “virtual” and unmanned which I didn’t care for. No ice available but across high way for purchase. It does have micro and mini fridge. Our particular room smelled of sewage. I emailed and someone came quickly to remedy situation but didn’t fix problem. It greatly affected my enjoyment. They did clean and replace towels each day.

Loved this cute little cabin. It had the convenience and confort of a hotel without the having to walk stairs of use and elevator to get to your room. You park right across from your cabin so very convenient to move your luggage into the cabin. We walked the one block down and one block up to the main street to go to the restaurants and grocery shopping. On the property, there was no personnel interaction with the staff other than through email to go over procedures for the room. They do have a number to talk to someone if necessary.

I emailed the property, describing the following issues (including photos) and never heard back. That was two weeks ago. So I'm posting the information here: 1. When I originally booked the stay on Expedia, the property description said that our credit card would not be charged until we arrived at the property, but the card was charged immediately. I emailed the property about this, but never heard back. 2. When we arrived at the property, the Wi-Fi was nonfunctional. We could not connect any of our devices and the TV was also not functional. I texted the property manager and he later stopped by our cabin and was able to get the TV working by connecting it to one of the other cabin's Wi-Fi, but our phones and laptop never had functional Internet access. 3. We captured three insects (beetles?) in the unit, two in the shower and one on the carpet in the living area. While we were totally into the “log cabin” aspect of the property, it seems that the pests should be eliminated. Photo provided. 4. There were lots of spider webs near the peak of the ceiling. Photo provided. 5. Two of the five light bulbs were burned out in the ceiling light fixture. 6. The coffee pot was not clean. It had used grounds in the filter basket and dried coffee in the pot.

Close to Mossy Cave Trail side of Bryce. Cabin needs a deodorizer and good dusting. Spiderwebs all over ceiling. One bedspread had a stain. Shower drain doesn’t work well. Toilet seat needs straightening. This could be a great stay with regular cleaning and maintenance.

There was a terrible smell coming from the sink; sewage smell. There is a pipe or something broken underneath. We had to use a towel to plug opening in sink to try to limit the amount of smell that made its way into cabin.

Cabin is clean, comfortable and nice size. Quiet. Very nice staff. Several dining options in Tropic, where the cabin is located within walking distance. Bryce Canyon National Park about 10-15 minute's away by car. Easy drive.

Individual units provided a quiet experience. However, the cabin REALLY needed a deep clean, it was EXTREMELY dusty and dirty. The bathroom was incredibly small...you needed to take the toilet paper out of the wall holder to be able to sit and use the toilet. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would NOT stay here. Next time we visit Bryce, we'll stay at a "regular" hotel.

Beautiful clean cabin, the shower pressure was great. Are room came with three towels and rags, if you have more people request more. I loved that these cabins were off and down a road vs a lot of cabins on the road side. The pillows and blankets were comfortable. There’s a cute little fridge and microwave and the sink area was big enough to prepare things. The little porch and chairs were cute and night time was beautiful. I loved waking up to the rooster in the area. The only negative was the wifi never worked for our phones, but it wasn’t important enough for us to say anything or care, we came to this cabin to disconnect, however if you have t-mobile your phone won’t work. Verizon no problems. I feel some people may need to know this. The property management was accommodating and very pleasant to talk too. I loved how close the store was and little restaurants. The people in town were also very nice. Will come back to these cabins !!!!

The bed was comfortable and so was the sofa. The microwave and fridge area was poor. The fridge was a mini fridge and did not hold much. The bathroom vanity was the only place to store food items. The area was quiet and a quick drive to Bryce.

The A/C Unit was very loud and did not work very well. A ceiling fan would have been much better to circulate the air in the unit. Also there were multiple cobwebs in the bathroom and the waterproof mattress pad covers were noisy and caused the bottom sheet to come off the corner of the mattress multiple times during the night. Difficult getting a good night sleep.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful, making check-in a frustrating ordeal. We were extremely disappointed with our recent experience at this place. We arrived late afternoon, early evening tired from hiking. I reserved the cabin for 3 adults, two queen beds. I thought it would be obvious that we would like 3 pillows, but there was only 2. We tried to make coffee. Coffee maker didn't work. The fridge, which was plugged into the same outlet didn't work either so likely a tripped breaker. No one onsite to help. We moved the coffee pot to another outlet. The coffee pot worked but the coffee that it made was horrible. This seems to me to be very poor service for a $260 cabin. I sent an email to the email address provided but did not receive a response. No, I would not recommend Bryce Canyon Log Cabins.

Log cabins were well equipped and very pretty. Location was convenient to Bryce and only a few minutes back to Mossy Cave, outside the park. Otherwise we might have missed that little gem. Be warned...property is hard to locate because it is right next to another log cabin property and signing is way back from street. Once there, it's lovely.

Air conditioner was right next to the bed and the mattress needed to be replaced or rotated all the padding in middle. Hard to find propertiy after dark and no wifi if you have t mobile your out of luck no service the property is not lite up and not good signage

We love our stay! Very clean! We had a housekeeping which is not easy too see these days. The cabin was nice and very clean. Very convenient location. We stay for 2 nights and I will comeback again. The only problem was the very limited option for dining. We try two of the restaurants and the food was terrible. Coffe shop is the only place that we enjoyed the food.

A great home-base for Bryce Canyon and GSE -- close to BC (10 min drive) but away from the hectic touristy area of Bryce itself. Area around the "cabin" was nothing special, but could walk to food, supplies, etc. We. dined at Showdown and Pizza Place - both with good experience. Inside cabin, size of average hotel room inside, clean, and comfortable. A/C was effective. Wifi was decent, but we did not ask it for much. A few areas that could improve - coffee maker was small and needs to be type that shuts off automatically, fridge was tiny cube, chairs on porch seem worn. We never interacted in person with a staff person -- which means we had no reason to call on them (a good thing). Would recommend if want basic and decent place to sleep - don\'t need pool, laundry, breakfast, or other amenities.

Cute cabin. A bit dark with only one window and two out five overhead lights are burnt out. Also BYOG as in bring your own glasses ( even plastic) as only two paper cups were provided for our two night stay. Lots of coffee and a decent coffee maker. But nothing for a glass of .. water? Attractive wooden bed however uncomfortable pillows and a rather soft mattress. Good shower/bathtub. Close to restaurants. Went to Showdown twice… live music 6:30 to 9:30. Walkable if you want. Nice view from little patio of cabin.

We really enjoyed our stay here while visiting Bryce Canyon National Park and Canyonlands, and Zion. Room was clean, comfortable, and convenient to a Market across the street, as well as some eateries! We especially liked Showdowns Restaurant down the road! Great service and food!

Loved this cute little cabin. It had the convenience and confort of a hotel without the having to walk stairs of use and elevator to get to your room. You park right across from your cabin so very convenient to move your luggage into the cabin. We walked the one block down and one block up to the main street to go to the restaurants and grocery shopping. On the property, there was no personnel interaction with the staff other than through email to go over procedures for the room. They do have a number to talk to someone if necessary.

Archie was very helpful when making a change to our reservation prior to arrival a few days ahead of time, took the time to get everything where we needed. Our door keypad did not work on arrival, but again Archie was more than helpful.

Cute cabin, slept well, nice location, staff unresponsive to me and hotels.com for 48 hours, but managed to send me two emails inviting me to stay at other properties. Floor in front of sink was wet. Cleaning staff said they had same problem in another cabin. Door guard on bottom of door was broken and 3/4 of bottom of door was exposed so critters could have slithered in if they so choose. Light shone in the next morning bright and early. We had asked to cancel and a simple no would have worked instead of making up excuses and giving untrue info to hotels.com.
