Lovely location and rooms, but as an octogenarian with a disabled wife the front entry is not to be recommended. Lack of hand rails and the difference in height of steps make the approach to the building challenging. As it is the only entrance, this creates a wrong first impression to the facility.

The guesthouse is in a great location - Mark & Colleen were great hosts. We wish we had more time than our overnight stay and would have to come back to spend more time there.

What a gem of a place. Absolutely stunning. Love the Mama Mia ambience. Owner Mark was wonderful and so accomodating. We even had a nesting owl outside 😍. Perfect location and so peaceful.

Absolutely beautiful room, wonderful welcome and great location. This is one of the best places I've stayed - and I travel a lot. I can't recommend Charlotte House highly enough, it's superb
