Our room was nice, A/C worked great. Elevator was small but it worked well. Desk staff was always friendly and informative. The included hot breakfast was awesome and handled by the restaurant next door. The neighborhood seemed a little rough but everything was fine. Some great restaurants real close w/ a wide variety of food. Just a short walk to the train station and the meeting place for most of the tours.

The Ramada near Frankfurt Hbf is very conveniently located near the "Weser-Münchner Straße" tram stop. I had stayed previously in July 2021, so finding this was very easy. The room I had was comfortable, similar to the one I had on my previous visit. It had a bathroom with shower/bath. The HVAC worked fine. Breakfast is not served at this location, and the adjacent restaurant had discontinued breakfast service a few years ago, but had not updated their hours since Covid 19 when I had visited. There are other places for breakfast along Münchner Straße. Checking in is not until 3 PM, but the front desk staff will look after the luggage. Checkout was fairly fast.

Me gustó, a unos metros de la Central de trenes, está vigilada la zona por la estación. Hay comida rápida. Restaurante cercanos alrededor de las calles hacia cualquier lado. Y el Hotel ofrece lo que dicen los espacios buenos, el desayuno buffet bueno pero limitado de variedad de alimentos. Gracias la pasamos muy a gusto.

Very noisy air con and lift system, So pretty loud at night. Only a single pillow in the room as well. Decor is looking a bit dated. Room was very clean and the staff where helpful. The breakfast was also very good with a hot and cold option.

Habitacion amplia, anticuada, pero completa. los colchones estan muy blandos y deberian ser cambiados. Muy poco iluminacion, la disposicion de la luz es totalmente insuficiente. Baño pequeño y estrecho, pero roformado. Traslado al Aeropuerto con empresa privada y un precio cerrado, muy puntual. Cafetera (Hervidor) y Minibar en la habitacion. El sexto piso, no dispone de ascensor, te deja en la quinta planta y te toca subir las escaleras, si vas con equipaje algo pesado, no es agradable.

We had a shocking experience at Ramada by Wyndham Frankfurt Central Station. Upon entering our room, we discovered cockroaches, which was absolutely unacceptable. We immediately reported the issue to the reception, but the staff was unhelpful and dismissive. We decided to leave the hotel right away as the conditions were intolerable. I would strongly advise against staying here. We are still waiting hotel's confirmation to get refunded but they are not checking their mails. I hope hotels.com can refund us ASAP!

Located in central frankfurt, which is a very dirty area. The night receptionist was friendly but first room given was overlooking airconditioning units and was very noisy, even with closed windows. Second room moved to was quieter, but then noticed a cockroach which caught and took to reception in a glass. Receptionist not surprised, as I was told they regularly have pest control into the hotel, presumably as they have a problem. Then moved very late at night into third room, so not much sleep that I paid for. Each room had very worn furniture, and a filthy poorly fitted carpet. The airconditoning has a difficult to control unit. Next day went sightseeing and returned to collect my bag at reception, to be told the hotel could not offer me access to a toilet, as its staff only. Nor despite it being a hot day could they offer access to water to fill my bottle, as any tap water is for staff only. This has to be one of the worst hotels I have ever visited, and damages the Ramada brand.

Whilst the team are friendly it doesn’t make up for the dirty corridors with stained carpets and dirty walls. My room was roomy but not particularly clean as previous occupants black hair strands were trouble on display in the bathroom and bedroom. The room was well used and tired and can do with some love.

Das Hotel bedarf einer dringenden Renovation. Das Fenster im Badezimmer schloss nicht, dadurch war es zügig und ein bisschen unterkühlt. Das Zimmer besass einen sehr verfleckten Boden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück im libanesischen Restaurant war nicht schlecht, das dortige Personal sehr freundlich.

The first bad impression was the strong smell of cigarettes in the room, the dirty carpet and a beer cap on the floor. They made the effort to try to change our room, which was worse. There were cockroaches in the bathroom and the bed was not very clean. The experience was so bad that we only spent one night there out of the three we booked. The treatment of the people was friendly and they tried to resolve the situation, however, the place was not at all what we expected or what we saw in the pictures.

Precio vs Calidad no es tan malo. Pagué 60 euros la noche, buen precio por la ubicación del hotel. Excelente ubicación, 10 minutos caminando desde la estación centran de Frankfurt. Un poco inseguro por las noches dado que hay drogadictos en la zona. El espacio es pequeño pero con lo necesario y suficiente para una persona. Las recepcionistas amables. Lo muy malo, la limpieza. El piso y la alfombra sucios. Intenso olor a cigarro aún cuando se supone no está permitido fumar. Y olor a mascota :/

This is a warning to all potential hotel guests. This hotel lost my bag/suitcase containing laptops, clothes and personal effects. Initially, the hotel would not respond and ignored my pleas for assistance to locate the bag and failing that the payment of compensation. They hoped I would just go away. Only after great deal of angst did the hotel confirm that the bag was either lost or stolen whilst in their care. Once again the hotel has stopped communicating with me completely about the loss or any compensation. This Hotel has displayed a completely uncaring and totally unprofessional approach to this matter and a total disregard for the security of the guests and their belongings.

Asian guy in the front desk is not professional and rude. I cannot speak German and he did. No English for me. I and other people had to wait for check-in for 40 mins. Location is good.

Do not book here. There are drug addicts all around the area. Very hard place to park your car (if you have a rental). The hotel smells and heating did not work. When I had a question for the staff they either looked bothered or were rude. I had two rooms booked and they canceled one of them which forced me to book another room and not get a refund for their mistake. I’m not kidding when I say do not book here. Horrible experience.

Hotel très bien situé près de la gare, du centre ville et du fleuve. Par contre le quartier est mal fréquenté surtout le soir. La rue est très bruyante. Je ne recommande pas pour des familles. Le confort est correct pour le prix. Le soir de notre arrivée nous avons aperçu deux acariens ressemblant probablement à des puces de lits dans la couette. Le personnel nous a immédiatement changé de chambre. Nous n'étions pas très rassurés pour la suite du voyage, mais nous n'avons pas observé d'autres acariens dans notre nouvelle chambre que nous avions méticuleusement inspectée.

The hotel is NOT in the shady, drug-dealing red-light district, but it's on the border of it. So that was a relief: there weren't any of the drug-dealers, hookers and homeless you see around the Central Train Station/Haupbahnhof about 500m away. As soon as you head in the direction away from the train station and hotel, you see nicer restaurants and establishments - so, nothing wrong with the neighborhood, and barely a 10-minute walk to the Central Train Station. There is a wardrobe and a small mini-fridge in the room, plus an iron and full-length ironing board, which was a nice surprise for Europe. A super noisy bathroom fan that automatically came on with the light, no big deal. Room was larger than your typical German hotel room, and best of all, there is a receptionist in the small entrance lobby 24/7. Also a very pleasant surprise for Europe: no movement sensors! The front door of the hotel was unlocked all the time - as the reception is only a few feet away -- and walking up the stairs and down the halls was easy with the lights on 24/7, no sensors, and no sensors in the room or in the mini-fridge. Just felt like the good ol' days. The only negative, not major: the room could use a little love, considering it was about $115 a night in the off-season. The carpet by the door had a huge stain, maybe there'd been a flood, and the part of the carpet under the big window and radiator was dusty. You could see the cleaners don't really do such a fantastic job.

as a matter of personal safety, I must note that the hotel’s location was in an unsafe area. On the morning of my departure, I narrowly escaped an attempted robbery while at a grocery store nearby. I am thankful my husband, an Army veteran, was present and able to intervene.

The Ramada near Frankfurt Hbf is very conveniently located near the "Weser-Münchner Straße" tram stop. I had stayed previously in July 2021, so finding this was very easy. The room I had was comfortable, similar to the one I had on my previous visit. It had a bathroom with shower/bath. The HVAC worked fine. Breakfast is not served at this location, and the adjacent restaurant had discontinued breakfast service a few years ago, but had not updated their hours since Covid 19 when I had visited. There are other places for breakfast along Münchner Straße. Checking in is not until 3 PM, but the front desk staff will look after the luggage. Checkout was fairly fast.

Do not book here. There are drug addicts all around the area. Very hard place to park your car (if you have a rental). The hotel smells and heating did not work. When I had a question for the staff they either looked bothered or were rude. I had two rooms booked and they canceled one of them which forced me to book another room and not get a refund for their mistake. I’m not kidding when I say do not book here. Horrible experience.

Our room was nice, A/C worked great. Elevator was small but it worked well. Desk staff was always friendly and informative. The included hot breakfast was awesome and handled by the restaurant next door. The neighborhood seemed a little rough but everything was fine. Some great restaurants real close w/ a wide variety of food. Just a short walk to the train station and the meeting place for most of the tours.

Me gustó, a unos metros de la Central de trenes, está vigilada la zona por la estación. Hay comida rápida. Restaurante cercanos alrededor de las calles hacia cualquier lado. Y el Hotel ofrece lo que dicen los espacios buenos, el desayuno buffet bueno pero limitado de variedad de alimentos. Gracias la pasamos muy a gusto.

Very noisy air con and lift system, So pretty loud at night. Only a single pillow in the room as well. Decor is looking a bit dated. Room was very clean and the staff where helpful. The breakfast was also very good with a hot and cold option.

The view from the window is not the best: you can see other people smoking in their rooms.

Sehr nettes Personal, 24/7. Das Frühstück gibt es in einem anderen Hotel (200m). Das Haus ist renovierungsbedürftig, die Bar war bei mir geschlossen und verbaut mit Wäschewagen. Preislich aber top! Die Gegend typisch Frankfurt Bahnhofsviertel.

BAD experience! First I emailed them twice to get clear instructions how to get to the property and they were never answered! Then we couldn’t even checked-in early (that I understand) so when we came back for check-in we received the room key and we went to sleep after 8+hrs traveling! Then we were walked up twice asking is we had paid for our room??? Not happy with that at the check-out I was asked again for my card (even though I presented the receipts)! The only thing I have to said is that the “Asian descendent guy” that attended us at check-out was very apologetic but the damage was already done! Awful Customer Service. We were only there for one night! Never again!
