This is the first time I have stayed at The Radison Blu. It is conveniently located on Sukhumvit Road. The property is kept up well. Nice swimming pool. The staff were great as well. I would definitely stay here when I come back.

A good 6 day stay at Raddison Blu, hotel is still in excellent condition. Fantastic cheerful helpful staff. Room spotlessly clean, fantastic roof bar and a great breakfast.

I stayed for 5 nights for a business trip. Pros: Nice and clean room, in good size, not old. Staff are very welcoming, especially the concierge boys. The gym room is ok too, but the steam room/ Sauna wasn't working on some days. Good locations, near a lot of massage shops, and close to Terminal 21. (6 mins walk) Cons: The Wi-Fi network is unstable, unreliable, and very poor. will lose the network most of the time, and the Wi-Fi cannot even connect sometimes. It disturbs all of my online meetings and my leisure time watching drama on iPad. Their staff are trying to support but cannot totally solve the wifi problem (maybe this is more like a system issue) , Also, the toilet is very easy to get stuck. It's stuck twice in 5 days; I have to call a technician to fix the toilet. The time that I spent waiting for the technician to fix the WiFi and toilet was time-consuming and delayed my schedule. For business trip, i will definately not staying here, but if for leisure, maybe i will consider.

I stay at this hotel every time I am in Bangkok (3-4 times a year) because of the staff and its location. Now the hotel is showing signs of neglect along with wear and tear. On this particular trip I stayed there twice at different times and both of my upgraded rooms had cockroaches in the bath room. On the first incident I killed it but forgot to pass along the info to the front desk and the second time I notified the receptionist with a picture, she took a snap of it but unsure how that info is going to be used internally. Inside the lobby elevators you can see dripping marks of liquids that can be seen the entire time I was there.

I usually stay at the Carlton next door but decided to try the Radisson. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The hotel feels old, poorly maintained, and not very clean. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The only issue I had were the dirty sheets on the night I arrived. The room just didn't look thoroughly cleaned. They did a thorough cleaning the following day as we checked in late.

第一晚浴室有蟑螂，在外玩樂一天，回到房裡只想好好洗澡後，享受舒適的睡眠，誰知卻得與小強奮戰，請飯店人員來協助，等到我都已忍不住將小強處死了，還未見有人前來協助，打電話抗議後終於有人協助換房間，但卻是臭著臉的，沒有一句抱歉！第二晚，依然是帶著滿身疲累想回房好好如廁，浴室地板竟有著一灘濁水，往上看，天花板一直滲著水滴下來😢… 這是五星級的品質嗎？我強烈抗議，並要求退費！！！這次是4天3夜的旅程，每晚都忙著搬家換房間，請問有達到讓旅客好好放鬆，享受猶如回家般的舒適饗宴嗎？

The hotel was nice, great location. however I am not sure it would be 5 star as the room felt a bit dated. Breakfast buffet was amazing and it had a nice pool. The house keeping service was fantastic! I also booked a massage.The massage I received was good, however the room was close to the pool and you could hear kids yelling and the vibration of them running on the deck.. I wanted to provide feedback for future improvements. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The wood floor in my room are in bad condition. You make a lot of noise when you step on it and there’s a couple of hollow spots that you could feel it when you walk on top of it. The sink water flow is a joke and the shower is not much better. The soaking tub was good and the water flow is great. However, the shower head at the tub leaks and whenever you turn on the water to fill up the tub, you make a mess with the leak. Another thing that’s boarder me is you can hear your neighbors talking, going in and out in the middle of the night. It happened to me every night. Maybe it’s the neighbor have no manners! Now, let talk about the good thing, transportation is convenient. It’s close to BTS station. Eating, shopping is great as Terminal 21 and Emsphere are very close. If you want to get massages, there are many choices steps away. The staff are very helpful and polite. Overall, great service.

We had an incredible experience at the Radisson Blu. The location was great for all kinds of activities and exploring, the staff all the way from the door staff to the front desk and housekeeping were all wonderful. We enjoyed the amenities very much like the pool and breakfast. We would definitely recommend the Radisson Blu and would stay here again.

Great front staff and housekeeping. Went to the lobby lounge for 2 hours and never got served by the ladies working. Also, some Chinese wannabe influencers went behind the bar and started taking pics of themselves pretending to work. Picked up glasses and alcohol without being questioned by the staff not serving me. I've never seen anything so unprofessional in a hotel. It's a great hotel and I would stay here again, just not the lobby lounge.

We had a power outage on the 13 th August so ended up spending the day out. Hotel promised to compensate by giving us free breakfast for subsequent stay of 28-30 but they denied promising us the same. This is poor customer service.

The staff gave me a room at 10:30 which is nice. A lot of hotels try to charge you for early check in. I find it stupid because if a room is already cleaned and available, why would you hold it if a customer is waiting for it… I can understand late check out fees because they hold the room for you, but early check in should be given if available. The staff was also very friendly, warm and professional.

I was here in transit to China for one day. The hotel is very well located near the BTS and MTR, MS Wanmai was very nice and offered me late check out and early check in . You don’t want to miss the view at the roof top bar restaurant that is just amazing!! Breakfast was more than expected with a lot of choices and very. Finally thank you Ms Nina, Mr Jane and Diew for being so welcoming!!! They make me feel home and made everything to have my stay comfy. Will be back for sure

Radisson Blu Plaza is a nice hotel that is in a very good location close to restaurants, shopping and the train/metro. It is clean, comfortable and has many amenities. My wife and I stayed there for 6 nights for the New Year's. We must say that the concierge at the front desk, Nina went above and beyond to assist us with suggestions for restaurants, shopping, sightseeing and transportation. She was very helpful, courteous and never hesitated to help in her busy schedule. We wish her success with her career at Radisson because of her excellent work. She is an asset to your hotel establishment.

Love the location as I can choose to walk to either Asok or Phromphong BTS or Sukumvit mrt. There’s multiple malls around including latest Emshpere. Lastly many good foods in the alley worth exploring.

Excellent location. Walking distance from Emsphere, Terminal 21 and BTS Asoke. Buffet breakfast was good. However room was a bit dim where lighting was concentrated on one side. Overall it was good and will be back.

Continently located near the Sukhumvit/Asok stations, Soi Cowboy is just around the corner and Terminal 21 Asok is just a street away. Aside from the perfect location, the room is large and comfortable, facility is good, the shower has sufficient pressure and the water is hot enough. There’s also a Let’s Relax Spa in the building.

Great Hotel to stay in Bangkok ! Convenient location! Too crowded breakfast place . I should have opted for no breakfast option and choose other great breakfast options nearby! Was so crowded, gerat food choices but quality is not great. Service was slow, I got my coffee served when I was about to leave. That's my only regret.

Second time staying at Radisson Blu Plaza, hotel is great, pretty clean with decent size rooms. Breakfast options are amazing with wide variety. There is pretty much everything for everyone. We came here for our anniversary and to our surprise, staff ended up decorating the room, that was cute! MRT Asoke is 5-7 mins walk which makes it super convenient. There are lots of restaurants and cafe around too.... overall its a perfect hotel, would certainly stay here again!

Great location and amazing service. Breakfast is great and pool area is nice and clean. Rooftop bar was fun with great views. Rooms are a bit outdated and we had an issue with our shower not draining but they eventually switched our room. Overall, would stay here again, especially because of the incredible and convenient location!

The Radisson Blu Plaza is a clean hotel, nice big lobby, good dining options including the Brewski rooftop bar. Good for business, the desk is large and there is plenty of storage space. Bathroom was clean and updated. Bed comfortable. Staff very helpful. Nothing to complain about, the manager of the restaurant took time to greet me and make me feel welcome.
