Sunday Sea Two Pool Villa Pattaya

This hotel is a scam, you would do best in staying somewhere else and save your money. First of all i dont know how they can be rated as a 5 star hotel, maybe 2 star tops. I booked a Deluxe pool villa for 4 nights , the villa was very run down, not maintained at all. Broken interior in the villa, poor and old AC unit. Bathroom was disgusting and not clean at all. Pool was not clean either and had plastic floating around on the bottom. In general just broken, run down and unclean. We checked in and only stayed a couple of hours before we checked out, first time in my life i have ever done that at a hotel. The electricity went out in the whole complex since they have no backup, it became very hot in the villa without a functioning AC and it was still out when we left so i don’t know how long it actually lasted but minimum a couple of hours. Seen other reviews saying they had no AC for a whole night. The staff was rude and unwilling to help out at all, not even trying to see if we maybe wanted to change villa for example, which would have been the least they could offer seeing the state of ours. When we checked out they just stated no refund at all, but it was bad enough for us to just leave anyway and not stay one minute longer then we had to. I dont know how many of the reviews can be positive and a good rating in total, i would trust the bad reviews much more then the good ones when it comes to this place. Do yourself a favor and book another hotel to stay at!

The location is excellent. Although it's not within walking distance to shops, transportation is convenient. We drove ourselves and it's a good choice. The staff is friendly and responsive. One issue though, the water flow is too slow. If other guests are using their bathrooms at the same time, some time the water supply will be interrupted.

Two bedroom villa has no connecting living rooms. It’s separated and not practical. Shower area is only outdoor. Breakfast is bad. Staff not very friendly

Great value for an out of the way villa stay near Pattaya. Beautiful villa with own pool, very comfortable. Slightly worn (outdoor bathroom shower curtains missing?) with a few malfunctions (electricity failed on my last day), but to be expected for the price paid.

I booked here on Songkran for 4 nights. I know it is the high-season which the staff are busy and lots of guests. But I just wish to have a private and quiet atmosphere at least in my room but the neighbourhood turned on the music out loud all day from 10:00 to 24:00 and it was getting louder on the afternoon, even the glass on the door was shaking! The hot water doesn’t work from the breaker cut down and I call the staff to fix it but it wasn’t work again on the next day. Ps. You get what you paid on this price of the pool villa. 🙃
