What a hidden gem, we only stayed one night and wish we could’ve stayed longer. Good food, great location. Excellent staff. Good bar. Some amazing treasures to be found when snorkelling.

Why stay at the Granada Beach resort? It’s in a fairly secluded and beautiful location. It has a private beach that is surrounded by a coral reef. Just walk down to the water’s edge and the reef starts right there. It’s a beautiful place to snorkel and when the water is clear and calm you can see tons of different fish, corals, and the odd sea turtle or octopus. The view from the upper floor is amazing you can see the sunrise in the bay from here. The food is very good and there are options for most everyone. They have a well stocked bar and wine list is good. There is a pool right on the property for those days when the tides are strong. You can book excursions from here that includes transportation-which is great. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the main road (highway), but is a bit difficult at night no street lights so walk with a flashlight or phone as there are a few hills to walk up to the property. There are few mosquitoes and there are lots of ants. There are skinks that live on site and they are great for keeping pests away. We had a little buddy that stayed in our room for almost a week hiding by the bedside shelf near the wifi router. It is a great place to unwind and relax. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. They helped is with info on transportation for our day trips to Dumaguete or Cebu City. The messages were great and released a lot of my tension and muscle knots. I would definitely recommend Granada Beach Resort.

I had the best time staying here during my time in Cebu! The resort is very relaxing, with a private beach and very nice pool area. The food at the resorts restaurant was also very good! I would definitely recommend this resort for a relaxing vacation, and would stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Tolles Hotel, das uns von Tag zu Tag mehr begeistert hat. Das Hausriff ist ein Traum. Wir waren schon an einigen Orten schnorcheln (Ägypten, Thailand etc) und haben selten ein so schönes Riff gesehen. Das Ausleihen der Ausrüstung ist super. Service erste Klasse und auf europäischem Niveau! Leider war bei unserem Aufenthalt der Whirlpool kaputt. Hinweis fürs Hotel: ein bisschen könnte man noch rausholen z. B. Dachterrasse oder auch Zimmer mit Meerblick. Absolute Empfehlung!

Lovely area if you are looking for an isolated quiet resort. Andy, Lilly, joy and Kate were great hosts. The food in the restaurant was good and plentiful. The room was very cute and clean. Very very small resort. There are only a few chairs around the pool and they not the best and may need some tlc. The towels were a little tattered and had holes in them. The sheets on the bed do not cover the mattress. If you move, they come right off. Sheets that cover the mattress would be much better. Snorkels and masks were complimentary which was nice. However the house reef now is not what other guests have described. Although there is nice coral, there are very few fish. We took a walk down the road and it was nice to meet the children and locals. Oslob is nearby if you want to swim with the whale sharks. Good place for a short stay.

Personalized service provided by all staff members and quality of food was excellent. Boutique hotel size with a beautiful terrace and a private beach. A few steps from the beach is the house reef which is perfect for snorkeling. The massage service was great and the location out of this world. We arrived after a long flight and needed a place to acclimate and to rest and are more than happy to have selected this hotel. The hotel does offer tours in the area. In a world of hotel chains this unique hotel is a refreshing option and a great value for the product offered.

It was really great resort! very Quiet and peaceful, and ecofriendly. The Private beach is fantastic place to dive and snorkel All crews are very nice and very good at English. The Pizza especially pepperoni is very yammy!! swimming pool are well managed every day I want to go again!! See you soon Lisa and Mike and Joy, Sin and Penny~

Lisa runs a very professional resort. She has great team member like Jury and Alex who provide safe guided tours that are safe and amazing (whale shark swimming, waterfall tours and island tours. The food is delicious and the rooms are clean -truly a value in paradise

We reserved the nicest room on the property, and the lighting was so bad we could barely see. Bugs in the room. No TV/radio and internet was randomly available. Only food option closes very early. Very cold showers due to only 3-4 minutes of hot water. Upon returning from day trip to much nicer resort, our room had not been cleaned. Refused to clean or even replace linens. Did not offer a replacement room. Owner told us we were free to leave so we packed our bags and set out to nicer location, but while leaving owner refused to refund for second night. I've traveled all over the world and have never paid so much for so little and be treated so poorly. DEFINITELY DO NOT BOOK HERE!

部屋も綺麗でエアコンの効きもよくご飯も美味しい！！スタッフの皆さん優しい！景色がめっちゃいい！バカンスって感じでとても楽しかった！送迎バスはスピード出して走るから怖い人には怖いかも！アトラクションだと思えば楽しい！(^^)市街地からとても離れてるので3時間半くらいかかる。わんちゃん白色のタクシー使ったほうが安いかも！ホテルの周りは本当に何もないから出ない方がいいよ！

Our stay Granada was brilliant. The room was lovely and the food in the restaurant was delicious. The staff were helpful in identifying vegan options for us. The food and drinks were very good price also. We did some tours from the resort and although you might find it slightly cheaper elsewhere I would recommend doing it direct with them. They make the process so easy the and driver is happy to help you other places after you tour. The location is lush and the staff are all brilliant here and make the stay what it is.

Lovely area if you are looking for an isolated quiet resort. Andy, Lilly, joy and Kate were great hosts. The food in the restaurant was good and plentiful. The room was very cute and clean. Very very small resort. There are only a few chairs around the pool and they not the best and may need some tlc. The towels were a little tattered and had holes in them. The sheets on the bed do not cover the mattress. If you move, they come right off. Sheets that cover the mattress would be much better. Snorkels and masks were complimentary which was nice. However the house reef now is not what other guests have described. Although there is nice coral, there are very few fish. We took a walk down the road and it was nice to meet the children and locals. Oslob is nearby if you want to swim with the whale sharks. Good place for a short stay.

The resort is beautiful and the staff are the nicest people you will find anywhere. Room was very nice and aircon was so nice on the warmer days, the local staff set me up with the local motorcycle rental place so I could get around at my own pace, but the local public transport system is great as well. Only thing that I didn’t expect was only solar heated hot water so sometimes a cold shower and no fridge or tv in the room, but honestly that really wasn’t an issue and if you ask the staff for a bucket of ice they are more than happy to help. Me and my fiancé loved it and hope to return.

En revanche la plage privée devrait être un peu plus entretenue (nous avons trouvé quelques morceaux de verres sur le sable donc moyen si on y marche dessus). À cause du trafic excessif entre l’hôtel et l’aéroport, nous avons dû écourter d’une nuit notre séjour (payé entièrement bien sûr puisque non modifiable et non remboursable) ce qui me fait penser qu’un petit geste commercial aurait été appréciable puisque nous n’avons pas pris le petit déjeuner sur cette fameuse nuit non utilisée sur place.

Our stay Granada was brilliant. The room was lovely and the food in the restaurant was delicious. The staff were helpful in identifying vegan options for us. The food and drinks were very good price also. We did some tours from the resort and although you might find it slightly cheaper elsewhere I would recommend doing it direct with them. They make the process so easy the and driver is happy to help you other places after you tour. The location is lush and the staff are all brilliant here and make the stay what it is.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay here. the hotel was nothing short of amazing. All of the staff couldn't have done any more to have helped us during our stay. The hotel is small which allows the staff to offer a more personal experience and cater to you every need! If you're ever in the area Granada Beach Resort is a must stay! Wow! It is hard to describe this absolute tropical paradise. My fiancée and i both fell in love with the resort. It is a real haven for people wishing tranquility and great service. We arrived at a resort and left a home from home.

This wasn't what we expected. We thought it was a larger resort. We were so happy when we arrived, and it was very quaint. The wait staff were awesome, and made our stay most enjoyable. Lisa, and Michael the owners were fantastic. I proposed to my girlfriend on their beach. When they found out they went out of their way to make us feel special. We will be back.

What a wonderful gem! The resort is beautiful and hidden away from the road. All staff are super friendly and Lisa’s daily special made my day. Perfect spot to chill and relax and do nothing. They are only 20mins away from the whaleshark watching place and the guile is super awesome as well. What a wonderful experience and couldn’t wait to be back!

Personalized service provided by all staff members and quality of food was excellent. Boutique hotel size with a beautiful terrace and a private beach. A few steps from the beach is the house reef which is perfect for snorkeling. The massage service was great and the location out of this world. We arrived after a long flight and needed a place to acclimate and to rest and are more than happy to have selected this hotel. The hotel does offer tours in the area. In a world of hotel chains this unique hotel is a refreshing option and a great value for the product offered.

Why stay at the Granada Beach resort? It’s in a fairly secluded and beautiful location. It has a private beach that is surrounded by a coral reef. Just walk down to the water’s edge and the reef starts right there. It’s a beautiful place to snorkel and when the water is clear and calm you can see tons of different fish, corals, and the odd sea turtle or octopus. The view from the upper floor is amazing you can see the sunrise in the bay from here. The food is very good and there are options for most everyone. They have a well stocked bar and wine list is good. There is a pool right on the property for those days when the tides are strong. You can book excursions from here that includes transportation-which is great. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the main road (highway), but is a bit difficult at night no street lights so walk with a flashlight or phone as there are a few hills to walk up to the property. There are few mosquitoes and there are lots of ants. There are skinks that live on site and they are great for keeping pests away. We had a little buddy that stayed in our room for almost a week hiding by the bedside shelf near the wifi router. It is a great place to unwind and relax. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. They helped is with info on transportation for our day trips to Dumaguete or Cebu City. The messages were great and released a lot of my tension and muscle knots. I would definitely recommend Granada Beach Resort.

This place was an absolute gem! 💎 Totally my style - secluded, chill, and with those awesome bungalow vibes. Finding it was a bit of an adventure (thank goodness for GPS!), but SO worth it. The whole atmosphere just screamed "relax," especially those private beaches! The staff were the best - super friendly and made me feel right at home. Oh, and the food? Amazing. Especially with those draft beers! 🍻 Loved exploring the walking paths and the forest too. Can't wait to go back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a secluded private holiday.

MUST READ We stayed at Granada for our Honeymoon, we are a couple in our 30s and here is the truth about Granada: First of all, a couple of “reality points when choosing a hotel: do your research, google maps says 2hrs from Cebu City, but please realize you will not be driving in speedways, so just know it’s more like 3.5 hrs. Also, please note Granada is located 15 minutes from Oslob, this is perfect distance so you can enjoy some peace at night. I am not a paid reviewer or a paid actor, everything you’ll read below is the truth. 1- STAFF: Granada is a 3/4 star hotel with the staff of a 10 star hotel. Everyone has a genuine smile on their face, everyone takes their time to say hello and are willing to help with any question you may have. We truly enjoyed the service of Aylin and the other coworkers at the restaurant/bar,,, well done ladies! Also, this is probably the only hotel I’ve been to where the Hotel Operator/Manager is on site making sure every guest is having a perfect time, if you are lucky enough to meet the Manager “Andy” you won’t regret a short conversation with him. Our stay Granada was brilliant. The room was lovely and the food in the restaurant was delicious. The staff were helpful in identifying vegan options for us. The food and drinks were very good price also. We did some tours from the resort and although you might find it slightly cheaper elsewhere I would recommend doing it direct with them. They make the process so easy the and driver is happy to help you other places after you tour. The location is lush and the staff are all brilliant here and make the stay what it is.

Why stay at the Granada Beach resort? It’s in a fairly secluded and beautiful location. It has a private beach that is surrounded by a coral reef. Just walk down to the water’s edge and the reef starts right there. It’s a beautiful place to snorkel and when the water is clear and calm you can see tons of different fish, corals, and the odd sea turtle or octopus. The view from the upper floor is amazing you can see the sunrise in the bay from here. The food is very good and there are options for most everyone. They have a well stocked bar and wine list is good. There is a pool right on the property for those days when the tides are strong. You can book excursions from here that includes transportation-which is great. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the main road (highway), but is a bit difficult at night no street lights so walk with a flashlight or phone as there are a few hills to walk up to the property. There are few mosquitoes and there are lots of ants. There are skinks that live on site and they are great for keeping pests away. We had a little buddy that stayed in our room for almost a week hiding by the bedside shelf near the wifi router. It is a great place to unwind and relax. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. They helped is with info on transportation for our day trips to Dumaguete or Cebu City. The messages were great and released a lot of my tension and muscle knots. I would definitely recommend Granada Beach Resort.

Personalized service provided by all staff members and quality of food was excellent. Boutique hotel size with a beautiful terrace and a private beach. A few steps from the beach is the house reef which is perfect for snorkeling. The massage service was great and the location out of this world. We arrived after a long flight and needed a place to acclimate and to rest and are more than happy to have selected this hotel. The hotel does offer tours in the area. In a world of hotel chains this unique hotel is a refreshing option and a great value for the product offered.

It was really great resort! very Quiet and peaceful, and ecofriendly. The Private beach is fantastic place to dive and snorkel All crews are very nice and very good at English.
