I cannot fault this hotel they are clean friendly very helpful overal I would say better than some of the big branded hotels I have stayed here four times and I’ve just reserved for November 2026 the maids come and clean and change Berlin every outher day towels changed daily also bring bottled water every day my rating 10/10 just excellent and quite close to beach shops shopping mall perfect

We were unable to stay at this property due to the unacceptable and unhygienic condition of the room. After inspecting the bedding with a UV light, the sheets and pillowcases showed extensive staining and marks that were extremely concerning. The condition of the bedding fell far below basic hygiene standards. We did not feel safe or comfortable sleeping in the bed and had to leave and find alternative accommodation. When this was raised with staff, there was no meaningful attempt to resolve the issue. The response was dismissive and no suitable alternative was offered. In addition to the hygiene concerns, the property itself felt very outdated, dark and damp. The overall condition of the building gave a neglected impression. Access is also inconvenient — there are multiple steps up to the property entrance, and the lift only serves alternating floors, meaning guests still have to carry luggage up or down stairs. This is not clearly highlighted and could be a serious issue for anyone with mobility concerns. Based on our experience, we would strongly advise others not to stay here. The standard of cleanliness and overall condition were not acceptable.

I’ve been to this hotel now three times since 2023 it just gets better staff friendly helpful will accommodate your needs quite close to soi seven etc clean room every day unless told not to five star treatment in cleanliness and staff always welcoming to help excellent service

Rooms were very small. Breakfast was limited. You can get a better hotel for this price.
