J'ai pris une chambre supérieure résultats elle n'était vraiment pas exceptionnel. Le nettoyage dans la salle de bain surtout contre les murs n'étaient pas terrible. Mais le plus grave la climatisation très vieille ne refroidissait pas la chambre on a dû dormir les fenêtres ouvertes c'était pas terrible étant donné que la chaleur à ce moment-là était importante, la piscine est plutôt une pataugeoire très petite 70 cm de profondeur. Par contre la brasserie en bas avec la terrasse et très très bien et très agréable

The room was overall very clean, except the plastic rim of the shower door was full of mold. I brought it to the attention of the reception desk, where they proceeded to take a picture of the picture I had taken, and I assumed it would be cleaned that same day. I stayed there about five days and it was never cleaned.

Hôtel à éviter, literie sale, draps idem, odeur de m**de dans toute la chambre. On y a même pas passer la nuit. Je sais pas comment les autres voyageurs ont pu être satisfait. Bref passer votre chemin. Même à l’accueil elle a haussé les épaules tellement elle sait que c’est éclaté au sol

The room was big and comfortable. The people who attended us were very kind and friendly. The hotel is well located, close to a park and to Rambla Sabadell. The only thing we did not like was that it was not a big bed, but two single beds put together.

Wonderful cafe on first floor. It is a large building with a lot of stone hallways with interesting artworks hanging on the walls. However during the winter the temperatures inside are very chilly because they do not heat the hallways, and my room temperature was 63 degrees, so I had to keep running the small wall heater all day and night to get up to 69 degrees to sleep.

Todo genial menos el trato de uno de los empleados del turno se noche, el cual no dejó entrar a mi chico cuándo salió a fumar a las 1:50h de la noche. Mi chico le quiso dar el DNI para que viera y se confirmase que estaba alojado y el hombre no quiso cogerle el DNI. Le pidió la llave de la habitación pero no se la pudo dar ya que yo estaba en la habitación descansando y esperando a que mi chico subiese de fumar. Me hizo bajar y nos habló de malas formas y amenazó a mi chico de hacerlo fuera del hotel sin ningún motivo. Tampoco nos gustó el tono en el que nos habló. También comentar que a la hora de hacer el check-in y apuntar nuestros nombres en la ficha, apuntaron el mío dos veces, en vez de el mío y el de mi chico. Mala gestión.

À l'arrivée le gérant me dis qu'il ne trouve pas ma réservation , qu'il ne connaît pas le site hôtels.com. Il me demande de contacter le site. Grâce au service client qui a tout arranger en 2 mn, il retrouve ma réservation . Le gérant avec qui j'ai traiter 15 mn , remet les clés à mon mari qui vient juste d'arriver . Merci la misogynie et la pointe de racisme , constater par mon mari.. moi je relève même plus .

Le sejour etait bien hormis le bruit du mini frigidaire toute la nuit. On entend quand meme du bruit au dessus ou a côte. Sinon le personnel au top! A 25km de Barcelone . Par contre rien a faire a Sabadell.

I liked everything! Safe area, nice area, super friendly staff and accomodating to my needs and schedules. Great restaurant for all your meals. Different menu and delicious options for lunch every day. Walking distance to main attractions and restaurants. Churches and museums 5 minutes walk. Excellent location. I will definitely come back!

Great location with shops and restaurants nearby. Public transport was also very easy to catch as there was metro and bus station around. The hotel also has a restaurant above if you need to dine in. The only problem we had was getting an iron seemed to be a problem but overall the stay was great.

Stanza e bagno rinnovati di recente, molto belli. Personale alla reception ne cordiale ne scortese. Semplicemente fanno il minimo indispensabile di cui hai bisogno...Asciugacapelli inesistente, ne in stanza ne in reception, penso che con il costo della stanza, e il costo ridicolo che un piccolo asciugacapelli ha, non sarebbe male acquistarne qualcuno da tenere perlomeno in reception. Colazione minimal, ma di buona qualitá.

Mal servicio en cafetería para desayunar: tienes que indicar todo el rato que hay que reponer los zumos y es increíblemente lento para hacer tostadas, etc. Personal de limpieza y recepción muy amable.

Great location with shops and restaurants nearby. Public transport was also very easy to catch as there was metro and bus station around. The hotel also has a restaurant above if you need to dine in. The only problem we had was getting an iron seemed to be a problem but overall the stay was great.

Good hotel! Restaurant inside the hotel is a good spot to have a nice meal. Breakfast is decent. Wifi is poor, speed is sufficient for surfing, but for streaming the speed is too low. The parking garage is a bit of a challenge, tight parking spots. The beds are terrible if you prefer a comfortable sleep. It is like they stuffed a small piece of matras on top of some concrete. It is not a bad hotel, but for sure not a good hotel

The pool terrace was closed which was very unfortunate as the children wanted to swim. I had room 411 which was very spacious, bed was comfortable no complaints apart from it not having coffee facilities. However, we were part of a larger groups who stated our room was much nicer than there’s.

The room was overall very clean, except the plastic rim of the shower door was full of mold. I brought it to the attention of the reception desk, where they proceeded to take a picture of the picture I had taken, and I assumed it would be cleaned that same day. I stayed there about five days and it was never cleaned.
