Room was warm when we checked in. Late response, I have to go downstairs to get an extra towel after I called to have an extra one. Broken lamp but replaced right away.

The room was spotless and super clean. This hotel truly has amazing housekeeping staff. Everything was set up perfectly. We truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel San Marco, and will visit again soon. Thank you to all of the staff for making this the perfect choice.

We booked two nights with a check-in date of November 21, arriving at 10:00 PM. Unfortunately, we had to leave by 11:00 PM the same night—after only one hour—because the conditions at the property were completely unacceptable. The hotel was filled with intoxicated guests who were yelling, partying, and causing disturbances throughout the area near our assigned room. The pool area was extremely dirty and had an unpleasant odor, which clearly indicated poor maintenance. We did not feel safe or comfortable at any point. We raised these concerns with the motel staff, but they showed no care, no urgency, and no willingness to address the situation. Considering that the room rate was over ₱5,000, it is extremely disappointing that we were forced to vacate the property immediately for our own safety and well-being. We contacted Expedia right away to report what happened and are requesting a full refund due to the severe mismanagement and unsafe environment. This property is absolutely not recommended for anyone. The hotel management does not seem to understand how to operate within the hospitality industry. A hotel should be a place for rest, relaxation, leisure, and quality time with family—not a venue that allows uncontrolled noise, unsafe behavior, and unsupervised parties. Management needs to learn the true meaning of hospitality, guest safety, and professionalism, because based on our experience, these values are completely lacking at this establishment.
