Personal amable y atento. Instalaciones excelentes. La alberca no climatizada y por su ubicación no se antoja tanto utilizarla. Los 3 días de estancia los restaurantes no tenían alimentos del menú y el brunch dominical, a mi gusto muy limitado para su costo.

This property was very aesthetically pleasing during the day and night. The vibe was so chill from morning to night. Staff is totally incredible and made us feel like we were the only people there (and we were not). The gym had great equipment. The food was great and the service was really impeccable. They also had a very convenient shuttle service that took you anywhere you wanted to go. Thanks to all the staff at Amatte, we will see you next year.

La propiedad es muy bella, lo que estuvo muy decepcionante fue que no pudimos disfrutar de las actividades y las instalaciones que también están incluidas en el costo de la reserva, ya que estaba en remodelación y el roof no estaba en servicio así como me dejaron una habitación donde en la ventana tenía todas las mesas de los comensales y no tenía privacidad en mi cuarto, se escuchaban como comían, y sus pláticas de todos ya que estaba a unos pasos de ellos.

Beautiful property. The people were incredibly nice and taxis were easy to grab and affordable to the center of town. The rooms were very nice. The bed was a little firm. The pool was in the middle and it was too awkward and a little cold to swim. Also there is no hot tub, which would have been nice. The restaurant on the main level is nice and more affordable. The upper rooftop is breathtaking and the mussels were delicious. The view is incredible but the prices were much higher. Overall it was a really good hotel. It also has a service to pick you up from the airport, which was very helpful. The nicest people are there!

Nos hospedamos solo una noche por el fin de semana del día de las madres, aunque se me hizo algo elevado el precio por una noche, pensé que valdría más la pena ya que compramos la experiencia de la cena del día de las madres en el restaurante del hotel, la cual no cumplió mis expectativas porque se me hizo sobrevaluada. El hotel estaba muy solo y el restaurante igual para ser un fin de semana festivo. Considero que sus precios si son exagerados para lo que ofrecen. En general el hotel es bonito, la alberca muy fría (aunque advierten en la publicidad que no tiene calefacción) me parece más como una fuente de decoración que una alberca, pero la villa donde nos hospedamos era muy bonita, limpia, camas cómodas, todo excepcional en la habitación. Room was nice, friendly staff but the most striking feature of this hotel is its magnificent design, especially the amazing rooftop bar and restaurant. The restaurant is quite pricey but very good. Cool DJ on Friday and Saturday evening. Free transportation to the city center. A very hip place!!!

Everything have been perfect from arrival to check out. Hotel is beautiful, super clean and service really outstanding. Restaurant in the Rooftop is a must to dine in, fine cuisine and great ambiance. Ximena and Debora from the front desk were extremely nice and helpful with our needs. We will be back for sure!!

No la recomiendo. Aparte un tipo de habitación que no se dio. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba en la habitación , está lejos del centro , el baño en la regadera con hongos de humedad y óxido en las partes de metal Una pena pues los empleados amables y serviciales pero no volvería

definitivamente esta sobre valorado. La limpieza de los cuartos no es buena. Falta mucha disposición en el personal, no hubo agua en la mañana del 31 y la respuesta de la gente fue muy mala. Hay mejores opciones de hoteles en San Miguel!!!

Las habitaciones no tenían aire acondicionado no servían . Reservé cuatro cuartos los cuales 2 no servían. Los aires y el calor eran insoportables . Llamamos tres veces y lo único q me dijeron fue q me daban check in later. ( no entiendo su falta de solucionar un lugar tan costoso) Lastima ya q el lugar es muy lindo .

Lo único que no me gusto fue que había una boda ese día en el área del restaurante y la música estaba muy fuerte y se escuchaba en las habitaciones muy intensamente hasta las 3 de la mañana. Por lo cual no descansé muy bien por el sonido tan alto.

Todo excelente!!! Super servicio, instalaciones geniales, todo padrísimo. La única área de oportunidad sería la cama, muy chica y las almohadas tampoco están bien.

Would not stay again solely due to the noise. You hear everything through the walls, including any chair that moves upstairs on the rooftop starting from 7am-11pm. They have loud music playing until 11pm on the rooftop but yet no one is ever there. The restaurants are almost non existent with people in the evening and and poor service. Nice setting, but little to take advantage of throughout the day and night, including room service etc. This place should shift into a bar/restaurant because it’s very uncomfortable to enjoy with the noise, does not make sense as a hotel and there is nothing to do all day.

Everything have been perfect from arrival to check out. Hotel is beautiful, super clean and service really outstanding. Restaurant in the Rooftop is a must to dine in, fine cuisine and great ambiance. Ximena and Debora from the front desk were extremely nice and helpful with our needs. We will be back for sure!!

The service at all the restaurants was very bad. Welcoming service and help desk were very good, but the overall experience is not good taking into account long waiting times (45 minutes for a guacamole & fries) or them pushing you to consume the brunch when continental breakfast was included on the price, hence offering a bad service because of not paying their preferred option. This property was very aesthetically pleasing during the day and night. The vibe was so chill from morning to night. Staff is totally incredible and made us feel like we were the only people there (and we were not). The gym had great equipment. The food was great and the service was really impeccable. They also had a very convenient shuttle service that took you anywhere you wanted to go. Thanks to all the staff at Amatte, we will see you next year.

The location is very bad, far away from the center and there is no any view in the hotel. There is a very noisy bar in the roof, they close at 10pm. So you can’t sleep before that. Neither calm down. The hotel refuse to issue an invoice, even they said will help to issue the invoice but after one month I didn’t receive my invoice. Very bad choice, you can’t relax there.

I am traveling quite a lot and love staying in nice hotels - but this was an outstanding and one of the very best experiences I had so far! The stunning views from the roof top terrace, the delicious food, the friendliness of the staff going above and beyond to make you feel 1000% pleased and happy! My only concern was that it is not downtown in San Miguel de Allende - but was finally so glad to be above the town, breathe some fresh air and enjoy the views! And whenever you wanna go the hotel provides you with a free shuttle service. Just a short WhatsApp to reception and someone will be waiting for you and shuttle you downtown or back to the hotel, which is just a short ride!

I am traveling quite a lot and love staying in nice hotels - but this was an outstanding and one of the very best experiences I had so far! Beautiful property. The people were incredibly nice and taxis were easy to grab and affordable to the center of town. The rooms were very nice. The bed was a little firm. The pool was in the middle and it was too awkward and a little cold to swim. Also there is no hot tub, which would have been nice. The restaurant on the main level is nice and more affordable. The upper rooftop is breathtaking and the mussels were delicious. The view is incredible but the prices were much higher. Overall it was a really good hotel. It also has a service to pick you up from the airport, which was very helpful. The nicest people are there!

Personal amable y atento. Instalaciones excelentes. La alberca no climatizada y por su ubicación no se antoja tanto utilizarla. Los 3 días de estancia los restaurantes no tenían alimentos del menú y el brunch dominical, a mi gusto muy limitado para su costo.

Nos hospedamos solo una noche por el fin de semana del día de las madres, aunque se me hizo algo elevado el precio por una noche, pensé que valdría más la pena ya que compramos la experiencia de la cena del día de las madres en el restaurante del hotel, la cual no cumplió mis expectativas porque se me hizo sobrevaluada. El hotel estaba muy solo y el restaurante igual para ser un fin de semana festivo. Considero que sus precios si son exagerados para lo que ofrecen. En general el hotel es bonito, la alberca muy fría (aunque advierten en la publicidad que no tiene calefacción) me parece más como una fuente de decoración que una alberca, pero la villa donde nos hospedamos era muy bonita, limpia, camas cómodas, todo excepcional en la habitación. Me recibieron con un detalle por día de las madres (unas mini tartas y una tarjeta de felicitación) lo cual se agradece bastante. Consideraría volver a hospedarme en el hotel pero no estoy segura.

Room was nice, friendly staff but the most striking feature of this hotel is its magnificent design, especially the amazing rooftop bar and restaurant. The restaurant is quite pricey but very good. Cool DJ on Friday and Saturday evening. Free transportation to the city center. A very hip place!!!

El plan era simple: una escapada romántica en San Miguel de Allende en un hotel especial. Instalaciones bien, personal amable pero faltó ese toque que lo convierte en un hotel cómplice para esos grandes planes. Un guacamole extremadamente salado, tostadas más aguadas que una tortilla. Y la cereza del pastel: la "revisión de rutina" del Check Out (como motel) donde nos preguntaron por un agua mineral que nunca estuvo en el frigobar y una bolsita que debía estar con la secadora de cabello (que tampoco estuvo) Todo el tiempo tuvimos la sensación de recibir el mínimo incluido en la tarifa a pesar de ser un dia con una ocupación claramente baja. A tal nivel qué el elevador nunca estuvo en servicio. Así que no, lamentablemente no fue un buen hotel para la escapada romántica.

The hotel is very good, the staff is amazing!! All of them!! The people in the front desk, the ladies that keep the rooms clean, the guards at the garage etc etc. all of them. The point is the noise! The hotel has a nice roof top that has a party almost every night until midnight. Forget about sleeping. In addition is located in a traditional traditional area where they have parties and fire works for everything. Every rocket is like a bomb next to your room .
